I ordered the pecan waffle, side of hash browns, and sausage. No regrets. The waffle is large, taking up a full plate ( you get one waffle per order). I did think the price was a little steep, approx. $7, for one waffle with sausage. My total bill was approx. $11:00. Now, I'll admit I got caught up in conversation with Joe, the owner, who is a character worth meeting. Friendly and outgoing, he even came and sat at my table and we had a full conversation about the food industry and upcoming food treads/ideas.
