So, we go back to the first store, it's not even showing the transaction on the app. The charge on his bank statement says it went through, he confirms with the employees that the store number on his debit charge was the correct store, it was. The employees called their higher up (don't know if it was owner or manager) and he told them not to make the sandwiches, even though we had the bank statement, timestamps, everything. So yeah, would give 0 stars if I could because they didn't even give us our sandwiches. Thankfully, it's a very easy charge dispute and we've already resolved that part.
