Food is always on point, tasty, hot and fresh. The hostess are always friendly. The weight staff is excellent.

Really delicious food at a pretty good price point! I came with my mom and two sisters and we got a ton of food. The rolls are crisp and fluffy and come with a bowl full of butter--perfect for slathering. Salads are pretty good but the entrees are where it's at. Service as prompt and friendly. I've only ever had the pizza on gluten free crust, so I'm no expert, but it's impossible to make gluten free bread taste good and they somehow did it. Obviously it's not as good as regular pizza crust. But it's 1000 times better than the one over at Domino's and like twice the size for half the price. I eat it a lot. read more

Don't be fooled by the 4 stars--I save 5 for food from Heaven. One of the first things I applauded Roma for is their sauces. So many wannabe Italian restaurants use one basic sauce for just about everything. Roma offers a variety of sauces--all delicious. My usual way of trying a new Italian restaurant is tasting their spaghetti. If their spaghetti isn't very good then most likely the place is a dud. Roma outperformed--ranking with the best. Tish was extremely pleased with the chicken and shrimp tetrazzini and said she'd order it again. The staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. My water glass was never empty. We were never neglected and the order was perfect. While by no means elegant, it was very clean and the walls were adorned with beautiful Italian scenery. I noticed there are a lot of reviews that mirror my take on Roma. That should give you all the clue you need to try them out. Stopped in to Romas for lunch. Usually I would rate them higher stars, but the last couple times I've been there I've been a bit underwhelmed. Today I went in and ordered the lobster ravioli. I love that there were actual chunks of lobster in the sauce. Unfortunately on the menu it clearly states lobster is in the ravioli and much to my surprise it was only a cheese mixture. Had I known this I would have probably ordered something else. $18 for 5-6 chunks of lobster and none in the ravioli was a bit excessive. I was disappointed. I even spoke with the manager and clearly showed my disappointment when he told me that the menu was wrong and misprinted and that it was just a lobster based sauce. When I order off a menu, I expect to get what it says when they bring it to my table. As for my server, she was a sweet little girl. It will be a while before I go back. read more

Great Italian food in Bonham Texas. The pasta is great. Pizza fairly good. Baked pasta dishes are small size but filling especially with rolls and salad beforehand. Plated did she's are huge portions. We really liked the house dressing, but the small tomatoes were nearly frozen in the very cold salad. The garlic oil that comes with the bread is extraordinary and worth the garlic breath. Lol. I had spinach ravioli and enjoyed it. Others in my party had pizza, spaghetti, chicken fettuccine, lobster ravioli, lasagna, and sampler. We'll be happy to return in the future. read more

Highly recommend Roma!! Great service...better food!!! Definitely "family recipe" entrees. The cream sauce on the Chef's Special was rich and creamy...a sauce I've never had before but will get again. Next time I'm in Doooo-rant, Roma will be on the agenda. read more

Tony and his brother have spent many years with lots of very hard work building a wonderfully welcoming restaurant with consistently delicious Italian offerings. They serve the best pizza in town, and all pasta dishes are made with homemade sauces. (The dishes are served hot! Just the way I like them) I, for one, appreciate their dedication to consistency, great service, and a friendly atmosphere! The new chairs and booths did not go unnoticed at our last visit a couple of nights ago. If you haven't been to Roma's in awhile, it's maybe time to be transported to Italy for an evening away from your kitchen. Im giving this place three stars to be nice. It took a good while for the server to even come to our table to ask for our drinks order. I can assume the server did not know what the sign at the door had listed for specials because she may be new, but keeping up with drinks and checking on the table should be automatic. My lasagna didn't even have any lasagna pasta noodles. In fact it was basically a scoop of meat, cheese and sauce. No height. No layers. The chicken on my friends plate was burnt. We had the chicken tortellina alla panna, and the chicken aristocrat dishes. Both came with a salad, which was basic, but fine (typical for most Italian places). The rolls were fresh and delicious, as were both main dishes. This is a nice little gem in Bonham. The staff was friendly too. read more
