Mind you that we took off work and drove 3 hours on a Thursday afternoon. They would not move it to later that afternoon but offered the next day so we could drive another 3 hours one way to the business again. No thank you. She was very flippant about the miscommunication and really didn't seem to care much about our time or feelings. Just sharing so this doesn't happen to someone else.
