We had the absolute best experience with this catering team for our wedding! They truly handled everything--bartenders, linens, plates, silverware--and made the entire process feel so seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, they were incredibly patient as we worked through decisions and changes, and always made us feel supported every step of the way. Their attention to detail and organization really showed on the wedding day--everything was set up beautifully and ran so smoothly. And Tawny is simply the best! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt taken care of. The number of guests who came up to us saying, "That was the best meal I've ever had at a wedding!" was unbelievable. We couldn't agree more--the food was incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better team and would recommend them 100%. read more

I just wanted to take a moment to give a huge THANK YOU to Marci and her incredible team at Beyond the Box! Our event at the Perot Museum in Dallas was absolutely amazing -- everyone raved about the food! Marci's team made everything run flawlessly; they were kind, attentive, and so hardworking from start to finish. Marci suggested a creative "walking dinner" concept to let guests explore the museum while enjoying themed stations -- Mexican on the top floor, BBQ on the third, and more. It was such a fun twist that made the night unforgettable! I never would have thought of it myself, and it worked perfectly. Even when I had to make some big last-minute changes, Marci was incredibly gracious and accommodating -- she made it happen without missing a beat. I truly cannot recommend Beyond the Box highly enough. Exceptional food, thoughtful planning, and an amazing team that goes above and beyond! read more

Beyond The Box Catering - Our Texas BBQ buffet was delicious! - Caterers Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I recently had Beyond the Box cater a small breakfast gathering for our ladies at church & everyone loved the food! Lucero reached out & answered my load of questions, she was patient and detailed in her responses. Our sweet delivery lady (forgot her name) was punctual, kind & neat in organizing the food trays. I am thinking of other upcoming occasions to use Beyond the Box! read more

I used Beyond the Box for my son's rehearsal dinner. Every second, from the planning process to the clean up was incredible. Shelby was easy and fun to work with- going the extra mile when she didn't have to. The team at the event was professional and friendly. The event went off without even the tiniest detail overlooked. I was able to sit back and enjoy the evening knowing everything was under control! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any event. I will certainly use them again!! read more

Easy online ordering with several food & price options across the board. Food was good and service was perfect

Beyond the box... more like beyond impressive! I had a delightful experience today when I ordered my team's Thanksgiving catering bundle! The food arrived fresh, on time, and was beautifully arranged by the team member. The best part was the amazingly juicy turkey, incredible sausage stuffing and delicious side dishes. I've ordered a couple of fails in the past form other establishments, but this place knocked it out of the park. I would definitely recommend Beyond the Box for your catering needs. Thanks for the great experience! read more

First off: hire these amazing people!!! Seriously! You'll be so beyond glad that you did. Food was a huge thing for us. It was basically number one on our list of most important. Chelsi was such a trooper with all my questions even before we hired them. Even afterwards, she responded so quickly and was always so nice and accommodating. I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. Okay secondly, the food is honestly some of the best brunch food we've ever had. They stay true to their namesake. This is not your typical boring wedding food. This is real food that is damn good. Everyone at our wedding RAVED about the food and the bartender! The team who came to serve were just as amazing as the food itself. It's all inclusive. They pre set our tables, they bussed (no trash cans in your photos), and the staff were especially attentive to me and my groom. They even brought us our favorite drinks and appetizers while we were still taking pictures! We found that so thoughtful. We never had to ask for anything with them. Also, their set up of the food stations were absolutely beautiful and Pinterest worthy! They took brunch food and elevated it in a way that felt elegant but also down to earth and approachable. I love these people!!! read more

Beyond The Box Catering - Breakfast bread display with fruit - Caterers Near Me - Dallas, Texas

Absolutely great service. These guys nailed it from the prep, serving, and clean up. As the groom I always hear stories from friends and family about how their catering turned out bad because of the service or the food wasn't that great. But these guys did great. The food was amazing (and I wasn't the only one going for seconds) and the service was on point. read more

We hosted our wedding at The Carlisle Room, where Beyond the Box is the exclusive caterer. Beyond the Box offers creative, unique, and delicious options for any pallet. For our wedding we started with 3 types of hors d'oeuvres (sweet chili meatballs, jambalaya cakes, and mac & cheese cakes) which were probably all my favorite part of the meal. For dinner we went non-traditional and had three stations (chicken & waffle, sliders, and pasta) - and they were a huge hit with our guests! Finally, we went off-menu with "milk and cookie shooters" which they made specifically for us. Their ability to create and execute is fantastic. We would highly recommend Beyond the Box for any of your catering needs. read more

When planning my wedding, I did a lot of research for caterers and was initially impressed with Beyond the Box's huge amount of options. They have everything from simple appetizers to carving stations. I was trying to plan a menu for a casual backyard wedding with interesting choices for simple eaters and foodies. Megan was great at suggesting some good options to accommodate my guests and my budget. The food and service were phenomenal. They did such a great job throughout the night and the food was so outstanding. I think the jambalaya balls were everyone's favorite. Everyone who hires Beyond the Box MUST have these on their menu. Megan was very helpful every step of the way. She was prompt getting back to me whenever I emailed her and very accommodating when I was trying to decide on the menu. I've never done a catered affair before, but not having to do anything but enjoy the party was a treat and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend BTB to anyone looking for a caterer. read more

From a professional in the wedding industry, this is one of the best catering companies I've ever experienced. I work in the luxury wedding industry in Houston, I attended a friends wedding in Dallas and this caterer was 5 star. I have severe dairy allergy and they already had my accommodations available - our server knew my allergy and confidently told me that it was dairy-free. Super impressive!! The food quality was truly phenomenal and the servers constantly refilled beverages. They served the women first and cleared plates right away (very proper service). If they were local to Houston, I would add them to my preferred catering list! Book them for your event; your guests will be impressed and you won't regret it! read more

Beyond the box catered for our office today and I was not impressed. For starters, The pasta salad was undercooked and chewy. The fruit salad was good- but let's face it, how can you mess up a fruit salad. I had 2 wraps, a turkey and Swiss and a black bean corn one. Both of the wraps were soggy! The turkey and Swiss one was especially soggy- the turkey also smelled like wet dog and the wrap was flavorless. The black bean and corn wrap was okay, the meat was questionable. If we do order from them again, I will be bringing my own lunch! read more

We've used BTBC twice for work and have been extremely pleased both times. The fact that we are ordering from someone who believes in sustainable and local food practices fits with our company's values. Add to that the wonderful selection and tastiness of the food and BTBC has become our go-to for all our catering needs. Their customer service is excellent. This last order I had to make changes last minute and they were able to accommodate. We've had their Cajun tilapia, chicken dishes and lunchboxes. Delivery has been prompt and set up has gone without issue. We're very pleased and looking forward to our next meal. read more

The BEST corporate catering in the DFW Metroplex. They know what they're doing and they do it WELL! Not only is the food incredible, they make it SO easy to order and select the perfect menu that will impress everyone at your events/meetings. We always receive a ton of praise for the food at our events. We are so lucky to know them! Excellent service. Phenomenal food. Huge selection. Budget friendly prices. I attended all All-In training session at our home office in Dallas. Lunch was prompt and setup & ready to go when we took our break. We asked Josh for help designing a menu for us, and I have to say, he did a GREAT job. Lots of variety. Sandwiches of every flavor, pasta salad, hummas (more like YUMmus) and fruit. The entire group thoroughly enjoyed it. Was light enough to eat in between sessions and heavy enough to tide us over until the end of the day. Win-Win in my book. We can't say enough good things about Beyond the Box Catering, and will definitely send our glowing recommendations to our friends and business connections! :-) read more

I contacted this company for my husband's big birthday event to be held in our home; appetizers only. Everything was great...EXCEPT THE FOOD! The chicken and vegetarian spring rolls were inedible; guests looked at them and moved to the next platters. The California and spicy crab rolls were ok, but less than you'd even expect from the local grocery store. The fig appetizer was very good; the eggplant appetizer was good. I let them know of our displeasure and asked to receive a return call; no one ever followed up. I was so disappointed. A close friend asked who I had used because she wants to make sure she never used the same company. I had checked the reviews and most were good, but this was not a good experience for us at all. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. read more

I had Beyond the Box Weddings cater my wedding reception at the Dallas Arboretum in August 2019. I contacted many different vendors for pricing, options, etc. and Megan de Farcy from Beyond The Box immediately stood out as the best manager/administrator. Her responses were prompt, professional, reasonable and best of all - when I gave her a list of things I wanted changed, information about, etc. she would answer EVERY DETAIL. That, combined with their fair pricing, full service catering, and wide good range of menu options led me to choose them to cater our reception, and I am so glad that I did. We did the "Italian buffet" with a lot of custom options (which the FREE taste testing really helped us sculpt our menu), and the food was delicious. I asked Megan if they could do some sort of a custom braised beef short rib in a red sauce for a beef dish, and they absolutely crushed it. I had many tell me how good the food was - from the roasted vegetables, to the chicken Parmesan and many, many people that loved the braised beef short rib (myself including, my mouth is watering right now...). That's just talking about the food - I also had Beyond the Box run the bar, set up linens, etc. and they were extremely flexible and exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I'd highly recommend Megan and Beyond The Box for your next event, they're a real professional team. read more

Hosted a dinner & sales meeting and the reviews were excellent from all who ate, which was hugely important, since it was a potential client. Pricing was great. Delivery was timely. Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the "#2" from the catering menu. We will use them again for our next event. read more

This company knows how to treat its customers!!! So helpful and so attentive! Josh put together a great menu since I was overwhelmed with all the delicious choices that were offered. The food was a hit at our Halloween party. Even my vegetarian guests were thrilled with the non-meat offerings Josh included. His team showed up on time and the set up was stress free. I would highly recommend this company for your next catered event!! read more
