My Husband and I celebrated our anniversary at our home in Frisco this past weekend and we are so happy to have found Chef Holli and her team at The Private Table dfw. We hosted 25 guest and wanted an elegant menu to indulge on our anniversary. The menu consisted of three difference phases of the evening. First guest arrived to champagne service with a grazing station set out in our bar & lounge area, followed by servers with passed canapes of tuna crudo, bilinis with caviar and a few other incredible bites. Then followed a seated dinner that was absolutely phenomenal, we were all blown away. The dishes were simplistic with stunning plating but had a great deal of flavor. You can tell not only that Chef Holli is passionate about what she does but her whole team was super personalable and joined in the celebration, it was an anniversary we will never ever forget. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable Chef in Dallas fort worth or north dallas, you've found her! read more

I requested a quote. She got back to me 2 or 3 days later. I ask another question about my quote and never heard back from her. That was over a week ago. Wouldn't recommend this business. read more

Holli was a pleasure to work with! My sisters bachelorette party was in NOLA and we were trying to book a cooking class but we had too many food restrictions in our group of 10. We ended up looking into a private chef and Holli exceeded our expectations!! She worked with my on the menu to make sure all the food restrictions were taken into account AND she ended up doing a little demo for us for the courses. I would 100% recommend Holli for your next event. read more

Chef Holli gave us an amazing private chef experience for our anniversary dinner. With a little one at home, it is not always easy to get out for a nice dinner, so having the restaurant brought to us was perfect. She was communicative, professional, and very engaging. The food was excellent, the presentation was beautiful, and the service made the whole evening feel special. This was our first personal chef experience, and it exceeded expectations. We would absolutely book her again. read more

Absolutely wonderful and delectable experience. We had the pleasure of having Holli and Tony cook for 10 of us, no small feat, but it was absolutely seamless and we were free to hang out offsite and enjoy each other's company (albeit with our mouths watering a bit) while they prepped everything from start to finish with nothing needed from us. Holli cooked us 6-7 dishes over 3 courses, explaining a bit of the background of the recipes from her grandmother and other family members before serving each one, which made the enjoyment of the authentic NOLA cuisine that much more heightened and heartwarming. They handled all cleanup as well and even organized some leftovers in the fridge for us (which we tore into the next night). 10/10 recommend for a unique dining experience in already one of the best dining cities around. read more

Holli (and Brett the bartender) made the most incredible dinner with cocktails for 11 of us who were visiting New Orleans. Holli created the perfect menu for us, and was so professional and flexible along the way, including when we had some last-minute changes. She brought everything with her, from glassware to birthday candles, then left the place spotless apart from some delicious leftovers we devoured the next day. Everyone in our group LOVED the dinner and it was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Holli and Brett! read more

WOWZER! we celebrated my wife bday with Delish and let me just say we were speechless at the end the night. Everything was perfect from the food to the services and hospitality. We will definitely use them again for our future events. Wowze! read more

I just booked a private dinner party with Holli for next month. So far, she's been incredibly responsive and helpful in curating a menu that works for our whole group (including dietary restrictions!), answering logistical questions, and jumping on a Zoom to chat about details. I'm so excited for our event and will update once it happens, but wanted to share how impressed I was with Holli's professionalism and responsiveness! read more

Our experience with Chef Holli was above and beyond incredible. We had 17 girls in Nola for a Bachelorette party (not to mention this was the Friday before Hurricane Ida). Emotions were running high as we had to cut the weekend short and there had been a lot of stress a few hours earlier. Chef Holli ensured that our last meal was incredible. She worked with my for a couple of months leading up to the evening to ensure that the menu was accommodating and exactly what the bride wanted. On the actual evening, she blew away my expectations with how yummy and beautiful everything was prepared! Additionally, she was such a fun addition to our evening and is incredible behind. I can't recommend her enough!! read more

Chef Holli provided us with an incredible brunch experience during our trip to NOLA - even when I booked her services last minute! We had 8 ladies renting a home for a bachelorette party and Holli came through with a beautiful avocado toast bar with a side of all things southern comfort - grits, homemade biscuits and a her family friend's preserves. The food was fantastic! Leading up to our brunch Holli was incredibly professional, super responsive and was able to accommodate our dietary needs. She left our kitchen spotless, bagging up all of our extra food to enjoy during the rest of our weekend. She was such a great addition to our bachelorette event - can't recommend her services more! Thanks for helping make our NOLA weekend so special Chef Holli! read more

Holli put so much thought and effort into making this night special for our bride to be and for that, I cannot thank her enough!! Great food and services! Holli is absolutely delightful - she worked with me to figure out a menu that worked within the budget for me and my friends and went above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs. She set up the dinner and decor in such a cute and polished manner and was super responsive. Plus the food was delicious. Highly recommend booking this for bachelorettes! read more

We arrived from different parts of the states to experience the southern hospitality.... then Holli showed up at our door with food in tow. She came in like a hurricane.... changed our lives!!! She's extremely professional and meticulous! Her recipes are from her childhood. She is a light you bring into your home for happiness! We loved all the food we enjoyed throughout the evening! We can't wait to comeback to this incredible city and have her take care of us again!! Thank you Holli and Toni for your love and passion! We will see you again! read more

We hired Delish Catering for my 40th birthday party in NOLA and were THRILLED with the food! Everything was incredibly tasty and gorgeous. I wish Holli could cook for me every day! She is also a wonderful, warm, amazing person to work with. All the stars! read more

The good: The salad was flavorful and well put together. The dessert was well done. The so-so: The main dish was quite flavorful for me, but a bit too salty for others. Overall the main dish, red snapper, was an inconsistent experience for the party. The bad: We provided advance notice about food allergies and vegetarian needs; however, there were no modifications made to suit the dietary needs. Late arrival and a bit unpolished. My instinct is that the team was tired, overbooked or both. read more

Working with Delish Nola for my party was breathtaking. When I say the service was FIVE STAR is an understatement. They meet all of me and my wifes wishes and more! They were very professional and everybody kept raving about how great the food and service was on at my brunch/party. The bartenders did a great job and were very pleasent. I am so thankful that I chose Delish Nola to cater my event. They did such a great job on everything. It was all perfect to the last detail!!! I highly recommend when choosing a company to cater your event you pick Delish Nola. Once again I can't preach enough THANK YOU Holli and Tony Richardson!!!! read more

We get Holli for all of our large house parties to cater dinners. Our guests are ALWAYS amazed at her delicious creations. She and her team are easy to work with and flexible if there are changes. Their food is always incredible. Can't wait for our next event!! Thank you Holli! read more

Excellent five course meal for five people was provided by DelishNola for our NewYears friends trip. I highly recommend the BBQ shrimp with French bread and the fried Catfish Pontchartrain Taste and presentation was outstanding, and the portion sizes left us with enough food for lunch the next day. read more

DelishNola Catering did the most AMAZING job catering for our group of 14 when we were in town for jazz fest. Best shrimp and grits I have ever had. The food was incredible but the service was better. Holli and Tony are the most friendly yet professional chefs. I highly recommend them for any occasion! read more

I wish this could be more positive.... I was excited to work with Holli and DelishNOLA for my October 2014 wedding, and then she COMPLETELY stopped responding to me about a month after we first made contact. When I left a bad review, I did briefly hear from Holli's fiance, who let me know Holli was having health problems. I felt terrible and took down the review... and then never heard from Holli again. THANKFULLY, this this was months out from my wedding and I found another caterer, but I was hoping for more professionalism. UPDATE: Holli did reach out to me about a month and a half ago and offered to make a dinner when we are in New Orleans in October. I will be updating my review during that time. read more

Bad Customer Service... I cannot speak to the quality of the food as I was never given the opportunity to try it. However, I was communicating with the chef/owner, Hollie, about hosting a private dinner party for 15 in NOLA. After going through all the motions, picking the menu, confirming the date etc. I was excited to book and move forward! Unfortunately, after calling and emailing many many times Hollie never returned my calls or emails. Therefore, I had to book with a competitor. If they were no longer interested in my business, the least they could do is reply so I could have found an alternative sooner. read more

What an amazing meal complimented by Holli and Tony's impeccable service. Thoroughly enjoyed the five course meal: oyster raw bar, warm tomato bruschetta, Roasted Berry and Brie salad, Redfish Orleans and Very Berry layered cake with mascarpone. To be able to dine in the Garden District home we rented in relaxed comfort, visiting with Holli and Tony while enjoying their creations will always be remembered as the culinary highlight of our NOLA visit. Our only disappointment is that we can only give our experience five stars. read more

So, let me set the scene for you: It is my bachelorette party in New Orleans and there are ten women, including myself, saying at a hotel on Decatur street. My amazing sister was able to throw me a surprise bachelorette shower and DelishNola catered. We are so lucky they did!! Shrimp and grits, wedge salad, chicken salad sandwiches, cold cut sandwiches, chicken pasta, smoked salmon crostini app, cucumber crab app and bread pudding!! The menu was perfect. DelishNola came in and set up and even lent us their nice dishes as a favor. The menu card and decorations they provided were the perfect touch to any get together. This place is very professional and we will definitely be using them again if we are in the area. Great service, generous and highly recommended!! read more

I genuinely and enthusiastically recommend DelishNola to everyone! They graciously accommodated a group of 9 on a last minute booking with an exquisite nine course meal. A proper description of the meal exceeds my vernacular, but simply put, it was a delicious journey through New Orleans cajun and creole culinary arts blended with authentic local and generational twists. The meal culminated in the alligator stuffed cornish hen which had me licking my fingers clean. Holli and Tony were both professional and friendly. DelishNola provided one of the top dining experiences of my life and I highly endorse their business! read more

Holli and Tony were absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and they were both so accommodating and so sweet. We will definitely have them again and recommend them to our friends and family. read more

I hired Holli to cook dinner for nine friends visiting New Orleans for the weekend. I was looking for a relaxed evening with authentic regional food. Holli was easy to work with, friendly with my guests, and super efficient. But none of that would have mattered if the food had not been terrific. Holli cooks recipes handed down from her grandmother, and serves them with a sophistication and style that feels contemporary. We loved every bite. Thanks Holli! read more

Chef Holli was OUTSTANDING in every regard. She was extremely accommodating, picked the freshest and highest quality food products, arrived early, was a joy to watch as she made her magic, and even had our meal prepared minutes before the start time! OUR TABLE SETTING WAS ELEGANT and she thought of every dingle detail, even down to our printed menus and extras! AND THE FOOD! IT WAS, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST BRUNCH I HAVE EVER HAD. . . The menu was diverse and creative. She is top notch, hands down above all others with a kind and sweet spirit! read more

Amazing food! Spectacular experience! Holli was professional, thorough and incredibly gracious!

My event was spectacular no thanks to holli! About a week and a half before the event she completely fell off the face of the earth and stopped replying to phone calls and email with no warning. She was never great at being responsive but to just completely stop responding with out any notice is just unprofessional and ridiculous! Never work with this woman! read more

Girls Trip with a group of seven other ladies visiting New Orleans. Holli was referred to me by a local friend. She was AMAZING! We rented a house and she arrived on time to prepare a delicious brunch of shrimp & grits, sweet potato waffles & fried chicken, and strawberry shortcake for dessert - YUM! Not only was it one of the best brunches I ever had, it was beautifully presented and personalized with a lovely note. Highly recommend Holli and DelishNola! read more

Holli did an amazing job making our friends surprise bridal shower perfect! She made it so and all of us were able to just relax and enjoy the shower instead of "host." The food was absolutely amazing and we had plenty to go around, which was good because we all wanted seconds, and thirds! I would definitely use again and recommend. read more

I used DelishNOLA to prepare myself for the NFL combine.. I needed healthy meals that would also add weight to my frame.. Holli proved a diet that allowed me to lose body fat and add muscle in a months time.. Not only was the service top of the line but the food was delicious !!! Now that I am starting my rookie year on the NFL I plan on using DelishNOLA for all of my future meal plans. read more

Holli was recommended to us by our Airbnb host, and we were thrilled with our dinner. We had a great time looking through the various menus and working with Holli to tailor a great meal. Honestly, it was hard to narrow down all the great looking choices from the menu, but the three course meal we landed on was delicious and really felt like a taste of NOLA. We had a wonderful time interacting with Holli and Tony in the open concept kitchen/dining area of our Airbnb. We'd work with Holli again for any occasion! read more

I experienced chef Holli's amazing food during a recent trip to NOLA. I awoke to an intoxicating aroma from the kitchen. So I never even heard her come in. That's a testament to how professional she is! She started cooking without awaking us, and when I walked into the kitchen I was greeted with a smile, brewed coffee, and the sight of homemade biscuits that were in progress. Not only did the food taste great, but the overall presentation (plating, table setting, personalized menus) was impeccable. She truly provided personalized service to my friends and me and I highly recommend her! read more

Two weeks ago Holly and her staff prepared an at home meal for our group of eleven visiting New Orleans. What a wonderful experience! Holly and her staff were so gracious and easy to talk to, and the food was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the local appetizers, so much so that I was stuffed by the time the entrees came out--her portions were very generous and it was wonderful to have left overs the next day. Definitely recommend. read more

Outstanding! All prepared on site. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits. Don't forget to get something with bacon praline!

We hired Delish NOLA for a meal at a vacation rental in New Orleans for 6 guys celebrating their 50th birthdays. Holli was great to work with and responded to our inquiry quickly and competently. The event was very enjoyable. She served, cleared and cleaned up with style. The presentation of the dinner was great as was the timing. We enjoyed our mea , especially the main course which was chicken and sausage jambalaya. The chicken was tender and not over cooked. Our only complaints were that the food was a little on the cool side by the time it was served and we expected the food to be prepared at the house. As we were hiring a personal chef, we wanted to see the local food prepared and have an opportunity to ask questions. But Holli brought in the already prepared food as a caterer might. All in all it was a great event and Holli was great. read more

Holli is awesome. I had a private dinner party at my in-laws house with 16 people for 30th birthday this past weekend and she was amazing. They took care of everything from the prepping of the dinner tables, cooking, serving and cleaning up. She was so responsive the entire time I was doing the planning and extremely accommodating and professional. If anyone is looking for a personal chef I would definitely recommend Holli. The food was amazing (friends are still calling me and telling me that they loved the food that was served) and I was extremely pleased and happy that I had Holi come to cook for us and really make my birthday memorable. read more

I came to New Orleans with a large group for my birthday and we rented 2 houses. I had Holli come in and cook for 22 of us. She and her assistants helped put together the table, brought linens, silverware (she would have brought plates but there were enough in the house) and took care of a fabulous evening. She worked with me on the menu and was extremely responsive. They prepped, served and cleaned up. Now for the food review. Amazing !! Everything was just great from the salad with praline bacon to the apps to the shrimp and grits and honey chicken to the bread pudding. All very delicious. Everyone raved. I want to go back soon just to have her cook for me! Thanks Holli !!! read more
