I have of late started doing a 2-sided pizza with the Big Brother w/ spinach and then Carne Classico. The toppings on these pizzas are amazing. The Big Brother has pepperoni, Italian Sausage, mushrooms, green onions and green bell peppers, I add spinach to mine. Even my pickiest child loves this pizza and she hates all of veggies, but she loves everything about this pizza. The Carne Classico is like an all the meats pizza- pepperoni, Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, meatball, and hamburger. Yummy!! We came with friends and their small toddler, who naturally had a lot of energy and kept running around. The kitchen staff was fantastic, interacting with him and keeping him entertained while we waited for our food--a thoughtful touch that made the visit even more enjoyable. Food: Jalapeño Okie (9/10): Whether it was my hunger or the quality of the burger, this was hands down one of the better smash burgers I've ever had! The flavor was incredible, with perfectly smashed and seasoned patties that hit all the right notes. Loaded Sidewinder Fries (8/10): A great complement to the burger! These unique, twisted fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. While the portion size is a bit smaller than expected, the quality more than made up for it. I'll absolutely be back for these burgers and fries--they're worth a return trip! Next time, I'll order ahead to cut down on the wait time. The restaurant's concept of offering a variety of food options with a convenient pick-up system is impressive and adds to the overall experience.
