Holli prepared a wonderful birthday bash meal for a group of 11 women at the Collinwood House. I selected DelishNola from other personal chefs because her initial proposals were responsive to the information I gave her about our dietary needs and preferences and our cost parameters. She worked with me over several months to come up with a menu to satisfy all of our wishes - and it was phenomenal. The pre-dinner small bites of cucumber with a spicy Asian crab, chicken salad filo, and roasted blueberry and brie crostini were a great start. The blue crab, okra, and andouille sausage gumbo was authentic from a family recipe and it was a hit with everyone. She made it and other dishes without meat for the pescatarians. We had two main courses: dry rubbed Cornish hen stuffed with crab and mirliton stuffing over a Cajun Jambalaya or pan seared red snapper in a white wine butter sauce over a Cajun jambalaya - large servings with the freshest ingredients. The Creole bread pudding with a bananas Foster sauce combined two New Orleans favorites, and it was plate-licking good. Holli and her crew were personable, efficient, and professional. We enjoyed a delicious, leisurely meal much more that we would have at a restaurant. It was one of the highlights of our five days in New Orleans. read more

DelishNOLA catered my family's Christmas Eve dinner and I could not have been more pleased. Holli and Tony arrived promptly at the designated time and brought everything they needed to prepare the five course meal. They were very personable and we enjoyed interacting with them during the night. Each course was plated and presented to us at the table. They even placed a personalized printed menu on each plate. I thought that was a very nice touch. Now on to the best part of the night.... the food! The pre-dinner charcuterie board was amazing especially the baked brie drizzled with balsamic. The next four courses (merliton dressing stuffed redfish, wedge salad with praline pecans and blue cheese, prime rib and four side dishes) were delicious and perfectly seasoned but the piece de resistance was the creole bread pudding with a rum sauce....mmmm! After the meal Holli and Tony cleaned the kitchen which allowed us to start the present opening and game playing. DelishNOLA made our Christmas Eve a memorable one and I highly recommend them for you next party or event. read more

We can't recommend Chef Holli enough! From our very first conversation, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful. Every dish was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much care. Beyond the amazing food, the service was exceptional, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the celebration with our family. Chef Holly and her entire team provided an. elite experience for my company. I wanted to treat an intown client and the rest of our Dallas executives to a personal Chef dinner in my home in Preston Hollow Chef Holly came up with a Japanese omakase style dinner of around 7 courses. We needed her to accommodate a shellfish and vegan diet which she was able to do with no issues. Her whole team was organized and knew what needed to be done from the moment they arrived. The experience was elite. We were all left blown away. Before the dinner was finished my wife had already begun planning another dinner party just to have them again. Would definitely highly recommend her. Her passion/skills are evident and her team enjoy what they do. read more

We hired DelishNOLA Catering for a bachelorette party and we could not be more pleased! We were from out of town so I appreciated her constant communication leading up to the event. They showed great professionalism the day of the event and the food was delicious. There happened to be a parade the day of our event and Delish called early and arranged to get there super early to avoid traffic and be on time! I thought this was a great way to start off our evening. They arrived early, got the house prepared, and let us head out to catch some of the parade. We came back and everything was done and ready to be served. We were all very pleased and enjoyed our time w/ them. I would highly recommend this company for any event! read more

I found DelishNOLA & Chef Holli just randomly on thumbtack.com, but THANK GOD I did!! I needed someone who would take the "leap of faith" and offer their services to an apartment INSIDE the French Quarter DURING Mardi Gras!! I received a lot of refusals from others but Chef Holli was ready to take it on and do the job. She was quick to respond to emails and designed a menu according to my budget. She was very accommodating regarding changes I wanted to make to the menu and didn't hesitate one bit. The food was delicious and everyone later as raving about the food. I highly recommend her for your next gathering or party! -Vishaal Pawani (extremely satisfied customer) read more

We were in New Orleans for a job last week. I found Holli on a review for the Airbnb house we rented and decided to give her a try. I can't say enough about Holli and her team. We had her deliver a dinner the first night and it was delicious. the second day she delivered box lunches to us at the theater - again wonderful. Then she hit it out of the park that evening when she prepared an amazing dinner at our house for our wrap party. She was cooking while we were working and when we returned we walked in to the most amazing smelling house. She was so fun to talk to while she was working and put up with all of us bugging her with questions. I highly recommend her!!! read more

On September 30, 2017 we had the privilege of having a dinner catered by DelishNola. It was delicious and left us wanting more. The steaks were prepared perfectly, the side dishes were a delight and the desert was too good for my belt to fit the next day. They made it fun and were polite as we all chatted about our lives, them included. In the end, I asked them to send me their information so when we come back to New Orleans, they will be a must call and dinner date. Holli and her husband are a perfect 10 in my book. Thank you for making our short trip memorable in other ways than we expected in the Big Easy. Adam W. Wilson & Friends read more

Food and service was AMAZING! Came to NOLA to celebrate a couple of birthdays with 16 people and wanted to have some of the great food New Orleans is known for.
