This was the first time using Aspen Catering. I place and set up catering for several meetings and always trying to find the next thing to change it up, but still taste good. I was really impressed with the service from the people over the phone down to the delivery. The prices were reasonable and it accommodated for what we needed according to what they have listed to serve. That is always my concern. Will there be enough based on what they list to serve? Well, there was enough and left over and it all tasted good and turned out well. The delivery guy was so polite and set up everything and came back at a reasonable time right after to pick up equipment used. Will definitely be using them in the future! read more

WOW! All I can say about Aspen Catering is that they are one of the most accommodating catering companies I have ever had the pleasure of using. My own Atlanta-based company organized an ice cream party for a very big client of ours, and we went back and forth with two catering companies until we found Aspen. Pam was quick to reply, compared the rates of the other catering company we were speaking to, and was able to give us the best bang for our buck without sacrificing any of the amenities we wanted for our event. Aspen Catering was excellent from start to finish! We're from out of the DFW area, and coordinating a long-distance event was a daunting task for us, but Pam and her team were extremely competent and had wonderfully positive "can-do" attitudes, which makes such a difference. They coordinated an elegant banquet style, seated, plated dinner for 150 guests ... including the handling of all the rental items: tables, chairs, plates, silverware, linens, etc. They went above & beyond in service, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The Richardson Civic Art Society has an annual gala art exhibition every year at the Eisemann Center in Richardson. It is our biggest art show for artists from all over Texas.
