Showed up early, great personality, above and beyond doesn't even begin to cover it. We did two signature cocktails along with beer and wine; to keep our liquor limited. As my favorite was running low, she made sure I (the bride) could still have my cocktail drink towards the end of our reception! She even hand delivered it when she saw me on the dance floor with a cocktail running low! Who does that?!? So amazing. She made us feel like royalty. My association was holding their annual convention downtown and had a "president's event" at a private residence. I don't know Dallas and the restaurant we were asked to use for the party doesn't handle any other services. A&J did several VERY important things for me: Recommended a package store that would deliver Made good recommendation for amounts and types of beverages Made excellent recommendation for a rental company for tables/chairs/linens. Showed up on time, was ready to serve and was everything a bartender should be. we needed a bartender for my friend's 40th bday party - heard about A&J from another friend. they sent me a quote, which i thought was more than fair, and we booked them for the party. A&J kept me updated on timelines, etc - the actually showed up early, which was great. set up was simple and quick. and even though they had limited light to work with (this was disco-themed party, with strobes, etc) they were able to provide any and all drinks requested. I used A&J Bartending for a recent Holiday party at my home with about 50 people. They helped me come up with some signature cocktails prior to the party and with the amount of alcohol needed for each. Our server Jose showed up early to set up and brought all the tools he needed. Everyone had a great time and loved the drinks. I even saw Jose open the door for some guests at one point when no one else could get it. These guys were AWESOME! My wedding was on September 3 and I couldn't give them enough compliments. All of guests were so happy about their service, I could hardly pull them away from the bar! They went above and beyond just bartending my wedding. They helped me with what mixers and how much I needed with the alcohol I had purchased. I have used A&J Bartending for two of my work events in the Dallas Design District. Both times they where very professional and easy to work with. They have a nice Glass top bar that looks great in our showroom. They also helped pick up any trash or empty cups that our guest left around the showroom.
