What do you get if you combine the following: Team Building, Tons of FUN, An Incredible Meal & a bit of Live Comedy? The Ultimate Team experience hosted by the brilliant and engaging, Chef Tre Wilcox! Try something different, support small business and check out Chef Tre, your taste buds will thank you!!!

Our team's creations with pork loin, crackers, jalapeños, potatoes etc.

My employer arranged a team outing at Tre Cooking Concepts, it was a lot of fun! We split up in teams and had a cook off. They gave us a handful of mandatory ingredients and you had to cook two different dishes but use all the ingredients and no googling for recipes, the point is that you have to be creative as a team. We had to come up with different dishes using pork loin filets, I thought they came out pretty good even though we didn't win. Chef Tre was there and very involved which made it fun. He told some stories, joked around, tried some of your food etc. After all the teams were done, he graded the dishes based on creativity, flavor and presentation. The other teams could sample whatever food was left. We also had a lunch included which included shrimp with grits appetizer. This dish was awesome, great flavor and just enough heat and the shrimp had good flavor and was cooked perfectly. They also served a chicken dish which was good and had macarons and assorted cupcakes as dessert. Everyone loved the outing. They also have special nights where couples can cook different types of cuisines and other types of events.

Fun Teambuilder with a little competition!!

5 Stars - Tre was so engaging and fun. It definitely felt liked a Chopped Competition that made for a great team builder. He says "I'm just a chef", but his read on people and how they interacts and adds value to a team was spot on!! We were all proud of our plates and then he made an amazing dinner for us to enjoy!!! Great job Tre and thanks for a great time with coworkers.

What a great experience. I recently attending out leadership conference and we did our team building activity here, highly recommend BTW. We were split into two group, some of us were cooking and some of us mixing drinks. They provided us with appetizers prior to beginning and the food was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming and we all had a great time. Worth checking out for a team event or corporate function!

Our management team recently had an excellent team experience here. We had 15 in our group and everyone felt this was the best team building activity we have done. Tre provides coaching throughout and does well to link the experience to leadership thinking. I would recommend this activity to any team. We competed and enjoyed seeing/tasting what each team creates.

We recently had a company team building event there. Tre was so easy to work with and prompt in responding to our questions. The evening was delightful and the team cooking contest was definitely highlight of the evening. Everyone had a great time cooking and we ended the night with a fabulous three course meal prepared by Chef Wilcox. We couldn't stop talking about how much fun we had the next day! We look forward to going back to the Cooking Concepts for our next event!

They posted a tantalizing menu on a Facebook event that had me looking for a way to sign up. Unfortunately there was no way to register for the class online through their website. Matter of fact, the website didn't provide any information about the class. I called the store phone number during business hours several times, but no one answered. Finally I left a Facebook message, and someone eventually replied and asked me to email to sign up. I would highly recommend the store find a way to streamline this process. There are so many online ticketing companies out there that will allow people to sign up and prepay for the event. A customer should never have to work so hard to register. My persistence was due to the tasty and possibly tricky-to-make menu items posted. There was the promise of vegetable samosas with a cucumber sauce and chicken tagine. Unfortunately we didn't get to make the samosas. They had already wrapped the cooked vegetables in phyllo dough and baked them. We got to make the cucumber sauce that topped the samosa and eat the savory creation, but I was disappointed that we didn't get a chance to make this staple appetizer. Our class of eight each had their own cooking station with a cutting board, knife, spatula, ramekins, pre-measured ingredients, cooktop, etc. Aprons were provided so that we would go home with food in our belly as opposed to on it. This was a hands on class where we were able to cut, chop, mix and stir. We were also offered a glass of merlot and a hot toddy to savor during the class. Sadly there was no tagine pot. This was another letdown. I had really hoped we would learn to cook with a tagine. They had one on display. Apparently the owner had ordered them, but they didn't arrive in time. Despite this, the final result was delicious. I devoured every last morsel of my chicken curry poured over rice with a side of wheat pita bread. Dessert was a light, healthy mix of orange slices and dates. The best parts of the class were: 1) Having our own work stations where we could get our hands dirty 2) Being able to drink wine during the evening 3) Asking questions of our chefs who gave us several tidbits we could use to entertain our friends and family later 4) Eating our masterpiece at the conclusion of the class without having to do the cleanup! Would I take another class here? Maybe, but unlikely. The price was steep ($69) per person. For people who already have a little bit of know-how in the kitchen, this class would have been a snoozer, but for those foraging into this area for the first time, the hand holding through the class is definitely a way to build ones cooking confidence.

Chef Zach was an absolute gem. :) We parked, walked up to the door, and he opened the front door without us having to knock. He had his entire kitchen prepared for us so that all we had to do was whisk or pour or laugh at his jokes. We made white chocolate mousse with a strawberry sauce. It was absolutely delicious, and he made the entire class effortless. Taught us a lot about chocolate along the way and imparted great advice for an easier time with remaking it. Had a serving each while there, and he sweetly (;)) boxed up our extra servings to-go. Definitely recommend doing his chocolate class! It was a fun date, and the white chocolate mousse just melted in our mouths haha.
