Chef Mike was amazing from my first reach out email to saying goodbye after a few hours of laughter, cooking, and fun. Chef Brooke and Chef Richard were also just as engaging, energetic, friendly, and helpful. The classes are set up to be approachable and fun for all skill levels. Everyone in our group has been raving about the experience all weekend and can't wait to attend the public classes. I was so proud to show off CCK and know we have a business of this caliber in our community. RUN, don't walk, to their next class!

They do a whole lot more than just teach some recipes. They created a really fun experience that my guests could feel totally part of. They were organized and well prepared. When we arrived the prep stations were ready to go and they had all of the ingredients and tools ready to grab at the right time. Mike helped me design a delicious custom 5 course menu. The recipes were delicious. Everything was timed to be ready in stages. Even my guests who typically don't like to cook got into the action. It was a totally fun experience. We are looking for another time to plan another event.

What an amazing experience! As someone who has done a TON of mediocre teambuilding and engagement…read moreactivities, I cannot recommend chef tre enough. His ability to engage our large and diverse group while making it a fun and memorable experience for all was extremely impressive. Even people who normally roll their eyes at these sorts of activities were participating and having a great time. It didn't matter if you were an experienced chef, a novice, a senior leader, or a newbie on the team....everyone loved it! His location was a bit out-of-the-way for our company and took us about a half hour to drive to (which is not a distance we normally travel for dinners/activities). On the way there, some people were complaining about how far away it was, but THE MOMENT chef tre started talking with everyone there was zero additional mention of the drive (and it wasn't mentioned again a single time after the fact). Thank you chef Tre and team for an amazing night!

What a great experience!…read more I came here with a group of 19 colleagues for a team building event. Our group was split into two teams at five and two teams are four. Two stayed out to be judges. Each group was provided a mystery box of chicken thighs, and mahi-mahi for protein. We also had broccoli, orange, marmalade, rosemary, and black beans. We all had fun, laughing along with Tre. He is hilarious! The meal he and the other chefs prepared for us, was also delicious. Free-flowing, fun and laughter! Would definitely recommend this venue for other team building events.

The Cookery is a great date night / group activity spot if you're looking for something fun,…read moreinteractive, and just different enough to make you feel like you have plans. I came for the sushi-making class, and overall, it was a really good time. The setup was smooth, the atmosphere was lively, and the whole experience felt more like a social night out with a little culinary cosplay which honestly, has its place. They also offered wine and sake pairings, and you can BYOB, which definitely helps keep the vibe festive. That said... if you're hoping to leave with the confidence to open your own omakase counter in a strip mall, this is not that. A lot of the components were pre-made or prepped ahead of time, and there wasn't a ton of actual teaching around technique, ingredients, or the food itself. So while you do "make sushi," it's less MasterClass and more cute, hands-on dinner activity. But honestly? That's not necessarily a bad thing. Not every class needs to end with a knife skills certification and a spiritual relationship with sushi rice. Bottom line: Come here if you want a fun, low-pressure experience for a date night, girls' night, or team outing. Just set expectations correctly: this is more about the experience than becoming the next IronChef.

Date night! Great spot for couples or group parties wanting to try something new and learn some…read moreskills in the kitchen. Everything is split up amongst the groups so don't be scared thinking you'll be cooking the whole time. We selected the Cocktail Party event which consisted of appetizers and drinks. I wish I would've taken more photos but that would've required constant washing of the hands! Menu consisted of Sweet and spicy caramelized nuts( Amazing) Warm Crab dip Crostini( Spectacular, but I think we preferred it cold) Crispy Prosciutto Green Goddess Deviled eggs( probably our favorite appetizer..and she doesn't even like deviled eggs) Ahi Poke/Avocado Wontons( we might actually try the crab mix in the wontons) Chili Lime shrimp and Mango salsa lettuce boats( I thought it was excellent but she felt it was too spicy) Candied Orange infused Dark chocolate bark( awesome and the sea salt on top made it the perfect dessert). The drinks had a little something for everyone. I'm a whiskey on the rock kinda guy so the drinks were a little on the sweet side for me, but to each their own. Martinis, Magaritas, Gin Fizz, Old fashioned and a Caipirinha(yeah I never heard of it either but it was good!) I'm aware the price may be a little more daunting than your normal date nights but the experience and the quality ingredients made it well worth it!
