Visited my aunt in Dallas and I always gotta try out a local coffee shop. This one happened to be right next to where we were staying! Location is good because there's a lot of places to park, and if you want to walk around and shop, there are stores to shop at all around. Service was good. Drinks did take a little time, but can't blame them when there's only two people working! I ordered the Strawberry fields matcha. I wasn't expecting it to taste good because the color was alittle muted, BUT this was actually one of the better strawberry matchas I've had (and this didn't even have strawberry bits at the bottom!). I would definitely order this again. Next time I'm back I'll have to try something different, but I would highly recommend if you're in the area. read more

Came here for ice cream and was sorely disappointed. The ice cream was half melted in the freezer, which should've been a red flag to begin with. The textures were so weird, it was melting and icy at the same time. One of the flavors I got had literal sheets of ice that I crunched through. The non icy parts were weirdly foamy/fluffy. Didn't try the drinks though so can't comment on those. read more

Both my fiancé and I got hot lattes today: I got maple pecan with oat milk, and he got the otter with whole milk. His was a little better, but overall, they were WATERY. I taste none of the espresso and only the tiniest hint of pecan. It just tasted like hot water :( His was 90% milk, also very little espresso flavor. It tasted like honey and milk, fragrant with cinnamon. This may have been a one-off. Sorry that it had to be our experience! read more

I decided to come on a whim since I just needed a place that closed late! The baristas were incredibly nice and helpful! I had forgotten my laptop charger at home and they tried to help me obtain on (I had to drive back to my house to get it). The latte I got was okay, I don't remember much about it. Love coming here to study or for a quality coffee when I am out shopping. Some servers are friendlier than others but one server always remembers my order which is impressive. Coffee is solid but I wouldn't personally recommend the matcha. I have never tried the ice cream but would love to. The decor is welcoming and I like that there is an option to sit at the bar as well, it is also a fun area to people watch. read more

Cute ambiance and the barista was so friendly and attentive while we were deciding. I ended up getting the bee sting latte with oat milk and it was perfect- smooth coffee and their syrups (honey and white chocolate in this case) were excellent blending together seamlessly. Just the right amount of sweetness and the barista was willing to adjust for my friend who preferred it less sweet. Expect it to be on par with artisan coffee shop prices though. read more

I got a strawberry matcha and I feel like the drink could have had some strawberry purée or something to make the strawberry flavor a little more prominent. We loved this place! Cream and sugar is such a cool little gem with the location that they've chosen. Normally whenever it comes to places with a location like theirs, they strive to make the environment uninviting, to encourage people to get their drinks and leave. Cream and Sugar was the exact opposite! They have a very welcoming environment with Lofi music playing, couches or chairs, and tables so you can study as well. THIS is one of the better cups of coffee out there! Prices all include taxes. I got the oat milk iced vanila lattee and all the chairs are nice and comfortable. The music was 80s and relaxing to listen to. If you had a phone call, best to walk out to your car fyi. The baristas were all friendly! Wifi could be better, pretty slow ~3.0/1.0 speeds The coffee is made with Lemmas and 183 syrup. It was full of flavor and the oatmilk gave it a very satisfying creaminess. I saw an affogato for $6.5 so that is something I would have to come back sometime and try! read more

We stopped by to get some ice cream. As a lover of banana pudding, I had to get the banana pudding ice cream. It was so good! Definitely the best I've ever had. This place has two of my favorite things: coffee and ice cream. I have been searching for affogato in the city so I was extremely excited to see it offered at Cream & Sugar. The coffee shop is located at a new and upcoming area in Fairview, with plenty of shopping and activities. The shop is small and cozy. There were a few tables and couches. I loved the modern look to the shop. I enjoyed my affogato (ice cream with espresso). Their ice cream comes from Sweet Firefly in Richardson, TX and the flavors rotate. Comfortable seats and couches, the place is pretty small and quiet for the most part. I was able to read quite a bit of my book and then do some writing. Not recommend the muffin though. It's nice to have a local coffee shop in the area. I happened upon a sign out on the street and decided to follow it to Cream & Sugar. I lucked out and found a parking spot nearby. I was kindly greeted and all my questions were answered... 1. You sell ice cream & coffee? - Yep! 2. You offer coconut milk/vegan ice cream AND dairy made ice cream? -Yep! 3. You also offer almond milk for lattes? -Yep! My small almond milk late was good. I'm not sure I'd go back though. There were maybe two or three tables and that's it. While I was there they were all taken with people on their computers (not leaving soon). The price wasn't a deal, Starbucks is the same and more convenient. And finally, as a mom I like the idea of coffee and ice cream - something for them and something for me. However, I'm not sure the ice cream flavors offered in dairy my little ones would eat, there probably wouldn't be seating available and I do not want to spend $15 on ice cream and coffee. First, let me suggest that you try every single flavor option that came into your mind when you first see the selection. I tried three flavors and I was for sure which one I wanted to order...until the rep asked me if I would like to try the Peach Bellini. I said sure. Well, after trying the Peach Bellini, I was stuck. The Peach Bellini was by far the best. It wasn't ice cream, I believe it was sorbet which was exactly what I needed at the moment...something sweet, cold and not creamy. Most. Expensive. Lemonade. Ever. I came here yesterday and ordered a matcha lemonade. It was $7.04 which is extremely high pricing in my opinion! The lemonade was light, sweet, and refreshing and also didn't blow me away. The staff that was working up front were really friendly, and the location has cute interior design; I personally wouldn't come back as the pricing is high, but if you're in the area, maybe it's be worth checking out for a scoop of ice cream. read more

Baristas at this location can make great lattes that taste great and have cute latte art that isn't anything crazy but does add to the experience for sure! The seasonal drinks are very flavorful and the staff is great at making recommendations so I'd ask if you visit what they recommend! This location also has ice cream so if you're like me and enjoy sweets I'd definitely indulge the ice cream is rich and very decadent. Pricing is reasonable for this area and competing locations nearby. Quality is definitely worth the price, the taste is good and you're paying for that (but not unreasonably)! Honestly just wish the inside space was slightly larger or had more seating options but all in all the area outside the shop is beautiful and easy to stroll around in with a nice coffee in hand! read more
