They advertise that they are served warm and fresh, taking around 10-15 minutes to prepare, so order ahead if time is an issue. They have a kiosk order system but only one kiosk. I waited a bit because I missed the ordering QR codes posted literally everywhere to save the wait in line. Oops! My tea was out super fast. No complaints. The owners were super nice. I was greeted instantly and offered samples. I love that they have personalized the place with elements of their story. In fact, I came to know a couple of staff members well, including the manager Izza. One time I was lucky to see him roast the coffee beans with the in-house roasting machine.
