Nothing Bundt Cakes never goes wrong. I do wish they had a different frosting option but the no frosting helps because I cannot stand cream cheese frosting. But the cakes are delicious, the customer service is top notch and kind, they make you feel so special and they listen, create, and deliver with so much heart. My daughter absolutely loves the cakes here, so she finally convinced me to try them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and the cashier patiently waited for me to make my selections. I ended up ordering the carrot, red velvet, and lemon bundtlets. After paying for my order, the cashier thanked me for my business.   I absolutely love the décor in the store, it was clean, smelled great and has a fresh, inviting feeling.   I had the carrot bundtlet and it was moist, packed with flavor, and tasted so delicious. Creating your profile online and purchasing online seemed like the easiest way to go for me. I got to make my selection(flavor, frosting, and size). I also chose my date and time. Then I made it to the store and it wasn't like I thought. The helpers were extra nice; they seemed as sweet as the cake was found to be. My Mom's birthday cake was packaged and nicely decorated in clear cellophane. I also picked up a small bundlet for my daughter "just because". It was nice and clean but very small. So ordering before you come is what I suggest because this isn't the place to i point practice social distancing unless you want to be outside in the elements. I can't and won't be able to tell you how the chocolate raspberry taste because there was any samples. I have to drop it off to my Mom and give her an air hug because she's elderly and very high risk. Give them a try the price is worth it. read more

Let's be real. It shouldn't really be hard for these places to succeed. The cake is well known and the name is well established. Of course the cake is delicious. Everyone going to a nothing Bundt cake knows this. So what should set locations apart? Customer service is the deciding factor and this location was unfortunately lacking. They had three people up front. One was on the phone with a customer, one was as at the register finalizing an order, the other was stocking. Not one greeted me or anyone else that walked in (of course I did not expect the one on the phone to do this). We just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge our entry. Now this may seem this is a small thing but we already established the cake is selling itself so is that a reason to do the bare minimum? I won't lie and say we would never be back because at the end of the day, it's a Nothing Bundt cake. Just disappointed at how the simple niceties are withering away. read more

This morning I ordered two dozen Bundtinis, one dz signature one dz red velvet and celebration hats. I scheduled them to be delivered 10:30. I got an email about 1020 that my order had been canceled. Technical difficulties.So I called the location near me and ask them about my order and they couldn't find it. I read them the email and it said please call to order. I called, I ordered and I paid for it and the person on the phone said that it would be about 1140 for delivery. But About 3 o'clock I called to let them know that I still had not received my order. They delivered one dozen signature Buntini'sso I had to call again and I said this has been like not the best experience because this was for a going away party for one of my employees. the manager he said I'll I'll get it over to you right now, I'll refund your money. great- whoever they called didn't speak English I guess and texted me in Spanish so I don't even know what they asked, but 45 minutes later we saw that the delivery person was in Plano -I'm in Frisco and not 5 minutes away from that bakery?! I ordered a cake (they had in stock) and asked to have it decorated (additional charge but worth it I felt). I waited patiently as I heard laughing and commotion behind the shutter swinging door. The time to decorate was "7 to 10 minutes" ended up being 55 min. The gentleman who took my order did not bother to update me or help the Increasingly long line forming (outdoors). He just played with his apron and went in the back to elicit more laughter and play with the 2 girls in the back. I am disappointed in the lack customer service. I think I had a bad experience with bundt cakes when I was younger. Seeing anything in bundt form immediately grossed me out. This place has changed me. The bundt cakes are perfectly flavored and so so moist. Everything I've had here is delicious. Plus, they usually have samples available. I came here to get a birthday bundt cake for a friend and was immediately helped by someone. She showed me the book I could choose decorations from and proceeded to stand there, which I guess it nice and attentive customer service, but it made me feel rushed because I felt bad she was standing there when there were other people to help. Anyways, I chose the cake and the decorations and they brought it out to me within a few minutes really nicely wrapped in cellophane. Not sure if the decorations were really worth the extra $10. We've picked up cakes from here a few times in the past and never been disappointed. However, the way they handled a recent issue has now made me a customer at this location for life! A few months ago, I ordered a Peanut Butter Chocolate bundt cake for my wife's birthday. It turned out they accidentally gave us the Pecan Pralines bundt cake instead (they look very similar). We were all quite disappointed and a few days later returned the Pecan Pralines cake. Not only did they give us a full refund for the cake, but they also went above and beyond and gave us a Peanut Butter Chocolate bundt cake as well! Tip: If you order a cake and request not to have the paper flower and magnets/cards decorations, then you can save about $10+ or so off the price of the cake (don't recall exactly, but I think it dropped the price of a cake from $31 to $19 or so). read more

And I have been to them from Houston - Austin - Dallas and all in between for years. Special orders, small orders.. whatever. I find that some locations aren't that friendly.
