I had their matcha fluffy pancake and the fluffyness was absolutely delightful. The novelty of the jiggling is amazing and fun, makes me feel like a kid again. Plus the staff were friendly and the atmosphere has lots of bright colors to match the bouncy fluffy mood. read more

Situated in the corner of a strip mall across from the 99 Ranch Market is this gem of a dessert joint. The pancakes here are indeed fluffy and delicious. They're also aesthetically pleasing. A bit less eggy than other fluffy souffle pancake joints that I've tried overseas. The pancakes here are fluffy and closer to the American cake consistency, but much lighter and easier to cut through versus the types you'd get in Japan. Strawberry Souffle Pancakes - The strawberries are fresh and delicious. Definitely appreciate that the whipped cream appears to be made in house and not out of a can. The premium pancake option comes with the equivalent of three strawberries and two pancakes with a reasonable dollop of whipped cream and strawberry sauce. Nutella Banana Souffle Pancakes - Roughly half or two-thirds of a banana split in two and appears to have a bit of caramelized sugar on it. There's also one strawberry, a Ferrero Rocher, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce to go with two fluffy pancakes. The entree is definitely well executed and fruits are fresh. Whipped cream is excellent. Overall, this place is a great place to enjoy some fluffy souffle pancakes. There's limited seating and wait times on the pancakes are anywhere between 15-20 minutes, which we appreciate because they do make them to order. The price of $13.99 for two pancakes off the premium menu felt a bit steep for the product. Experience at much better establishments, like Happy Pancake, in Shibuya or Ginza offer three pancakes with a greater quantity of whipped cream and fruits at roughly $8.25 with no expectations on tips. I understand we're in the states and this may not be a fair comparison, but the variance in both quantity and price is steep. Other than that, the product is good and worth a try. read more

This Fluffy Fluffy happened to be opened at 9am on a beautiful Saturday. On our way to Frisco Farmers Market, so, stopped to try. First time trying this place. Excellent service, a small place and luckily it wasn't too busy. Good food! Enjoyed it! Will try again. read more

Super quiet restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. We didn't have to wait as long - maybe 10 minutes. Pancakes were fluffy, and little more on the eggy side but still tasty. The restaurant has a few tables but it's quite small so if it's busy, you'll definitely be waiting to eat. read more

I ordered the blueberry cheese pancake, and it was so fluffy and delicious! The flavor was very well balanced, the fruits on the pancake went so well with the whole plate! The pancakes are made to order, so you will need to wait around 15-20 minutes for the pancakes to be ready. Make sure you have time to wait! There are tables and chairs inside where you can sit to wait for the pancakes or enjoy when they are ready. The service was great! read more

Went when the place was not busy. The staff was kind and helpful. The place looks nice and is clean. I can imagine it gets packed when it's busy cause it is a bit small. The dessert was delicious and balanced really well. I would highly recommend. They have a sign to let you know this but, in case you miss it, the desserts are made on order so it will take some time. It was worth the wait for me but if you're in a rush, probably consider other options. read more

4/5 Food 5/5 Service I came here after dinner with goals to try their souffle pancakes, but I got tempted by the basque cheesecake... so I got both! The matcha tiramisu souffle pancakes were nice! Soft, fluffy, layered with cream. The matcha drizzle had the earthy flavor of authentic matcha! I enjoyed it overall, though it did have a slight eggy flavor. I'm not sure if chocolate basque cheesecake normally has salt, but ours tasted pretty salty (and I'm normally a fan of the salty sweet combo). The texture is quite thick too, but that's more of a personal preference. Great service! Not to many seats available. It was nice coming at a less busy time. read more

If a dessert spot opens near me i must try it. Fluffy soufflé pancakes yes please. We ran over together to turn this into a meal and not just dessert! The space is very small and standing in line waiting to order is a bit claustrophobic but then after you order where you can go to sit and get your food is more difficult. They have signs that asks patrons to not just stay in tables after they have finished or to hold a table before you have been served but clearly we have a literacy issue in Frisco. I will tell you they clearly use quality ingredients based on all the containers of eggs and ricotta cheese so you will be eating quality. They cook them after you order them so the orders getting made and sent out for pickup is slow. This is the other reason it gets so crowded inside and we went when it was too cold to sit outside. We did the Strawberry Refresher Tea as well as the Premium Tiramisu and Blueberry cheesecake toppings. The pancakes were very fluffy and tasted good as the topping was the same. I'd say i liked the Blueberry Cheesecake a little more than the Tiramisu. The serving size is small in my opinion to the cost of the item. You can get a steak dinner Texas Roadhouse for the same cost. So it was for sure worth the first visit to try it but don't think i will be back to do it again. You should come and try them if you have never had soufflé fluffy pancakes and make it an event. read more

Always wanted to try the soufflé pancakes. Loved the various flavors. They are light and fluffy and not too sweet. Staff were wonderful from ordering to checking in on us while we enjoyed our pancakes! Place is super clean and has a fresh vibe. read more

This was my first time visiting this cafe! The experience was decent but I probably would not come again. Ambiance: There is some seating outdoors and indoors. The place is smaller and it was a cozy vibe. The servers were accommodating and brought the food to us. The wait for your soufflé takes about 20 minutes which they do inform you about before purchasing. Biscoff Soufflé: The biscoff flavor was really yummy but I dont think soufflés are my cup of tea. They have a really nice and fluffy texture but it has barely and sweetness or flavor. It kinda just felt like a bland sponge with biscoff drizzled on top. Overall, it is a good dessert place to try something new and different. There is a lot of various options so give it a try!! read more

I've never tried a soufflé pancake before so I decided to try fluffy fluffy in Frisco since I was already at IKEA nearby. It's situated in a tiny Asian area in Frisco near stonebriar. After I ordered, they told me the wait would be around 20 minutes since they make the pancakes fresh, which was fine. I got the crème brûlée soufflé pancake. It was very light, almost as if I'm eating a cloud. The crème brulee sauce on top definitely made it taste better. It had the same problem as regular pancakes however that the bottom pancake doesn't have any of the sauce and doesn't taste as good. The caramelized banana was a nice touch. It's a pretty good dessert but I don't think it's the type of dessert for me read more

We went when it wasn't busy and the staff were very kind to us when we ordered a lot. Do note that these pancakes take time 15-20 mins so be prepared to wait. Our favorite was the original pancake! We had the matcha but it was a bit rich with the matcha cream poured on so maybe skip the cream if you want it less sweet. Neat and clean interior. There's a free parking garage that you can park in and walk to. read more

Big fan of this place. I personally prefer this location over the Carrollton one in terms of taste. The service has been great every time I've gone to this location, the workers are patient and the food comes out at a reasonable time. In terms of location, this is a fairly small cafe area ideal for if you are a party of 2 or 3. I don't recommend going in a group bigger than 3 because seating is limited. read more

ORDER Matcha Tiramisu - The fluffy pancakes have matcha sprinkled on top with a cloud-like sweet foam on top. The matcha powder along with the matcha sauce that you can drizzle to your liking is divine. It's not super super bitter and complements the sweetness of the cream on top. The strawberries were super fresh and yummy. Literally so fluffy and soft and it melts in your mouth. Hands down one of my top 3 desserts around the area. VIBES The place is pretty small. There's the storefront with the ordering register then a couple tables along the side. SERVICE They said it was going to take around a 20 minute wait but it was so worth it. All the staff are nice and the presentation on the food is great! They also are really prompt to clean up tables after people leave. read more

I'm not usually a huge sweet desserts person, but fluffy pancakes are one of my weaknesses. The vibes here are those of your standard cafe. Be forewarned, even though the pancakes are delicious you will have to wait 15-20 minutes for them to cook them for you. Overall I give this place 8 s/10. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and are a solid after dinner dessert spot. ------------ I've had Japanese fluffy pancakes from other places and most are too eggy for my taste. So far every time I've gone here I have not had that experience! The tiramisu pancakes (9/10) and berry pancakes (8/10) are my go-tos. I've also tried the basque cheesecake but I'm not really a fan, it's too dense for me (6/10). read more

Love the pancakes here! I posted a review on the Carrollton location too. Definitely come here! Frisco is way better with customer service and speed. At this store it was an all guy staff and they were so friendly. I brought my family this time and of course my husband was asking all sorts of questions and the guy taking our order was so patient and gave great recommendations. In Carrollton I ordered 3 pancakes and once coffee drink; it took 35 mins plus to get that out to us and there was only one table there that had already gotten their food. In Frisco these boys were doing great. They staggered everything to come out in a timely fashion and we only waited maybe 5 min to get the first item out. And we ordered more here; 4 different pancakes, two cheesecakes, and 3 coffees. Definitely check out this location. read more

The menu offered plenty of drink and treat options for everyone. The yuzu refresher was crisp with a mild flavor that paired well with the sweeter entrees. The furi tots were perfectly seasoned and were complemented by the dipping sauce, but could've been a tad more crisp. The cocoa banana croffle (croissant pressed into a waffle) reminded me of a crispy banana split. The soufflé pancake was thick, while remaining light and airy, almost like a cloud. The mildly sweet syrup, homemade whipped topping, and the pancake created a well balanced bite. The slice of basque cheesecake was rich, chocolately, and everything I'd expect from a small slice of heaven. Next time, I'll be trying the smoked salmon croffle! If in the area, you should visit and indulge in a few sweet or savory (or BOTH) options. Everything was adequately portioned and despite being dessert, wasn't overly sweet in any way. Great place that offers something for everyone's tastebuds. read more

I was in the area, picking up some food, and while I was driving about to leave, I saw that the shop had replaced the previous fruit tea place. I had this in Toronto before and remember it being super tasty. But yes, the soufflé style pancakes do take some time to prepare so there will be about a 10-15 minute wait at any given time. The shop is very cute and has lots of little tables inside, and plenty of seating outside as well. My friend and I went on a Saturday, and honestly I had forgotten it was still in its grand opening phase. So when we got to the counter and ordered, we were told it would be a ‼two hour wait‼ Which is kind of jarring, but we had discussed checking out Good Will so we did that while we waited. I don't think I could wait two hours again- I'll just wait for the craziness to die down- but it was more delicious than I remember! The matcha white chocolate was incredibly decadent. Be careful eating the Tiramisu ones, if you inhale the powder it's gonna be a bad time. read more

Be prepared to wait, we waited about 30 minutes after we ordered but still worth it!! 15 minutes standing in line. These are like soufflé which takes time, small batch made. There was long line out the door and about 5 Small 2 seat tables inside Don't hold back, these are so light fluffy x2! Not too filling or heavy at all. You can watch how they have 2 kitchen mixers going making fluffy batter and put in a flat griddle and then cover placed over it to fully steam/cook the soufflé. They had French toast soufflé pancake but looked a lot flatter. We got blueberry sauce with cream cheese topping on soufflé pancake, Jiggly, soft, and not "eggy". 5 stars! Banana Nutella sauce with strawberry on side soufflé pancake with whipped cream. 5 stars! The basque cheesecake tastes like eating a Sara Lee pound cake with the brown top crust but hint of cheesecake. It was light and like whipped cheesecake. read more

Delicious! I went recently after lunch to try one of the soufflé pancakes and thought they were really good. I ordered the signature and finished it in minutes, even though I had a big lunch beforehand. I did see some reviews where people would eat the top pancake and then not have any toppings for the second pancake. Our first time at Fluffy Fluffy Desserts. They have a wide range of food items from fluffy breakfast french toast to savory croffle sandwiches or with eggs to truly sweet and delicious fluffy souffle pancakes. I'm so happy they have chosen Frisco to bring these desserts to our neighborhood. I've only seen these pancakes on cooking shows and wondered. The owner went through the menu with us and we picked the deluxe tiramisu souffle pancakes with raspberries and blackberries and the blueberry souffle pancakes with caramelized orange and lime slices and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delicious and they do jiggle when you tap on the plate. The owner and his son makes everything fresh when you order them and it took us 5 minutes to absolutely enjoy every bite. We were saying how we wished they gave us a spoon so we can scrap all the sauce off the plate. The place is not wide so the tables and chairs were a bit small and tight.
