This Fluffy Fluffy happened to be opened at 9am on a beautiful Saturday. On our way to Frisco Farmers Market, so, stopped to try. First time trying this place. Excellent service, a small place and luckily it wasn't too busy. Good food! Enjoyed it! Will try again.

Super quiet restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. We didn't have to wait as long - maybe 10 minutes. Pancakes were fluffy, and little more on the eggy side but still tasty. The restaurant has a few tables but it's quite small so if it's busy, you'll definitely be waiting to eat.

I ordered the blueberry cheese pancake, and it was so fluffy and delicious! The flavor was very well balanced, the fruits on the pancake went so well with the whole plate! The pancakes are made to order, so you will need to wait around 15-20 minutes for the pancakes to be ready. Make sure you have time to wait! There are tables and chairs inside where you can sit to wait for the pancakes or enjoy when they are ready. The service was great!

Went when the place was not busy. The staff was kind and helpful. The place looks nice and is clean. I can imagine it gets packed when it's busy cause it is a bit small. The dessert was delicious and balanced really well. I would highly recommend. They have a sign to let you know this but, in case you miss it, the desserts are made on order so it will take some time. It was worth the wait for me but if you're in a rush, probably consider other options.

So fun to see these soufflé pancakes outside of Japan! We got the biscoff & they were meticulously made, almost too pretty to eat. They also have brunch items like eggs Benedict. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

4/5 Food 5/5 Service I came here after dinner with goals to try their souffle pancakes, but I got tempted by the basque cheesecake... so I got both! The matcha tiramisu souffle pancakes were nice! Soft, fluffy, layered with cream. The matcha drizzle had the earthy flavor of authentic matcha! I enjoyed it overall, though it did have a slight eggy flavor. I'm not sure if chocolate basque cheesecake normally has salt, but ours tasted pretty salty (and I'm normally a fan of the salty sweet combo). The texture is quite thick too, but that's more of a personal preference. Great service! Not to many seats available. It was nice coming at a less busy time.

If a dessert spot opens near me i must try it. Fluffy soufflé pancakes yes please. We ran over together to turn this into a meal and not just dessert! The space is very small and standing in line waiting to order is a bit claustrophobic but then after you order where you can go to sit and get your food is more difficult. They have signs that asks patrons to not just stay in tables after they have finished or to hold a table before you have been served but clearly we have a literacy issue in Frisco. I will tell you they clearly use quality ingredients based on all the containers of eggs and ricotta cheese so you will be eating quality. They cook them after you order them so the orders getting made and sent out for pickup is slow. This is the other reason it gets so crowded inside and we went when it was too cold to sit outside. We did the Strawberry Refresher Tea as well as the Premium Tiramisu and Blueberry cheesecake toppings. The pancakes were very fluffy and tasted good as the topping was the same. I'd say i liked the Blueberry Cheesecake a little more than the Tiramisu. The serving size is small in my opinion to the cost of the item. You can get a steak dinner Texas Roadhouse for the same cost. So it was for sure worth the first visit to try it but don't think i will be back to do it again. You should come and try them if you have never had soufflé fluffy pancakes and make it an event.

This was my first time visiting this cafe! The experience was decent but I probably would not come again. Ambiance: There is some seating outdoors and indoors. The place is smaller and it was a cozy vibe. The servers were accommodating and brought the food to us. The wait for your soufflé takes about 20 minutes which they do inform you about before purchasing. Biscoff Soufflé: The biscoff flavor was really yummy but I dont think soufflés are my cup of tea. They have a really nice and fluffy texture but it has barely and sweetness or flavor. It kinda just felt like a bland sponge with biscoff drizzled on top. Overall, it is a good dessert place to try something new and different. There is a lot of various options so give it a try!!

We went when it wasn't busy and the staff were very kind to us when we ordered a lot. Do note that these pancakes take time 15-20 mins so be prepared to wait. Our favorite was the original pancake! We had the matcha but it was a bit rich with the matcha cream poured on so maybe skip the cream if you want it less sweet. Neat and clean interior. There's a free parking garage that you can park in and walk to.

Big fan of this place. I personally prefer this location over the Carrollton one in terms of taste. The service has been great every time I've gone to this location, the workers are patient and the food comes out at a reasonable time. In terms of location, this is a fairly small cafe area ideal for if you are a party of 2 or 3. I don't recommend going in a group bigger than 3 because seating is limited.

I've never tried a soufflé pancake before so I decided to try fluffy fluffy in Frisco since I was already at IKEA nearby. It's situated in a tiny Asian area in Frisco near stonebriar. After I ordered, they told me the wait would be around 20 minutes since they make the pancakes fresh, which was fine. I got the crème brûlée soufflé pancake. It was very light, almost as if I'm eating a cloud. The crème brulee sauce on top definitely made it taste better. It had the same problem as regular pancakes however that the bottom pancake doesn't have any of the sauce and doesn't taste as good. The caramelized banana was a nice touch. It's a pretty good dessert but I don't think it's the type of dessert for me

Love the light and fluffy pancakes. The service is always great. I like how everything is made fresh to order. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful. We shared the bacon eggs Benedict and the karage croffle. The manager brought us an order of their original soufflé pancakes and they were absolutely delicious.

The decor is so cute; I love the natural lighting and how the colors bounce off each other. Plenty of outside seating, and the inside seating has a great space as well. I started off with the green juice smoothie which was pretty tasty! I ended up getting the honey berry french toast combo with eggs, ham and turkey sausage, with a side of grits. I didn't care too much for the grits or the taste of the turkey sausage but everything else tasted amazing! The Signature Honey Berry French Toast stole the show. It wasn't overly sweet and the fruits added a perfect touch. Madison was our server. She had great customer service skills! She was very sweet! If I'm closer to this area I'll be back here for breakfast.

Checking in in advance on Yelp is a must, but we still waited 15-20 min past our expected wait time to be seated. Now I'd say normally for this experience, I would give 2-3 stars. Our food took about 50 minutes to come out, and the pancakes I got were basically iHop quality IMO. My bf liked his corn beef hash skillet well enough. I was willing to overlook all of this, because I've worked a busy restaurant opening before and I know how insane it can be. But the staff really surprised us when the wait time started drifting into unreasonable. Not only was our ordered comp'd without any prompting, but some of our order was brought out as duplicates for us to take home. That earned them back enough stars to be brought to 4 in my eyes. Definitely willing to give them another try at a less busy time. Thankful for the great service we received!"

I got the Country Fried Steak and generally enjoyed it. Sausage gravy didn't really taste of sausage but was herby and flavorful. Eggs, hash browns cooked perfectly as requested. Some feedback from my other party members: - The chocolate milk barely tasted of chocolate and was almost $6 (not worth) - cinnamon roll pancakes were good but very very sweet - the smores french toast tasted mostly of chocolate and had Oreos (?) I overall also enjoyed the creative variety of the menu. We would return

We were seated shortly after arriving. However, the table was poorly cleaned and used napkins was on the floor beneath the table seating area. I asked the hostess to have the area cleaned so that my family and I can sit down and enjoy our meal. We ordered corned beef hash skillet with pancakes, south border skillet, biscuits gravy with eggs and pancakes. The corned beef hash skillet gets a high mark. The south border skillet was average. The biscuits gravy with eggs and pancakes were cold and it gets a low mark. If we decide to eat at Honey Berry in the future, it will be the Frankford Rd location.

My wife ordered the egg white fritatta and I ordered the traditional breakfast scrambled eggs , turkey sausage and hash browns. Orders came out fast enuff but the texture of the fritatta was totally off putting to my wife and i agree my side of pancakes were spongy and chewy. Staff was pleasant enuff but we mentioned something to him about the frittatta and he just said "I don't know " - needless to say my wife left the entire breakfast On a more disappointing note, the bathrooms were not prepped - spell it out, the toilets had been used and not flushed and would not flush and we were literally the first table in the restaurant. Rather than ask if I was ready when she dropped off the carafe and mug, she just left. When she later retuned, she appeared to be in the middle of something. I was not sure the next time she would return, so I gave my food order. When I last visited, I ordered the Southwest omelette. The entree was carb heavy. In addition to the tortillas which came with the omelette, you still had a choice of either toast or pancakes. Their printed menu and their online menu had a discrepancy. The online menu still listed flour tortillas with the entree; the printed menu did not. I ended ordering the Denver omelette with sourdough toast. Few restaurants serve two whole slices , so I greatly appreciated that. Also, they serve the high-quality jam which I only seen at few places. The omelette in its entirety was not enjoyable. While the interior was fluffy and tasty, the bottom was overcooked. The setup was not consistent. At the hostess counter, there was signage with QR codes asking to rate your experience. The same display was visible on the tables. The table at which I was seated did not have the QR code display, but the surrounding tables did.
