After making a careless mistake on the delivery address, I contacted Tiff's late afternoon to see about a redelivery. They graciously were all over it, delivering the replacement order (and didn't charge me in spite of my error!) in time for my grandson to share cookie pies with the rest of the family to complete his birthday celebration within a couple hours! Just exceptional customer service . . . and my grandson says the cookie pies were great too! You just don't experience this kind of service much anywhere these days, but Tiff's knocked it out of the park! read more

I sent cookies to my sister who is in the hospital with her 7 month old baby. I requested the cookies be delivered to the 4th floor where her baby is admitted. The website said they will try their best to deliver to the room, but I totally understand if they are unable to do that which is why I mentioned the floor specifically to make it easier for my sister to get her cookies. I tipped well and spent over $50 on her order, left a note for the floor to deliver to, and the delivery was dropped off at a desk on the 1st floor in a completely different part of the hospital. I am so beyond frustrated with their carelessness. read more

I'm from California and wanted to order cookies to be delivered to friends in Prosper, Texas. I selected this company because they offered delivery and were located in Prosper. It was so simple to do on the website. The delivery was confirmed with a picture of the package on the doorstep--on time and fresh. Watch your credit card statements! The teen said my card didn't go through even though I showed him it clearly was processed on my credit card app. He then went and changed the transaction by removing an item and said he needed to charge me again for the same amount. He said they're just pending, but if I actually do get charged, to call them. What a pain in the ass because sure enough, I was charged twice. read more

Of course, I waited until the last possible minute to call and place an order and then I worried they may not be able to fill it. So I called before the posted business hours and they answered! I thanked her for picking up because that's great customer service! But it only gets better from there. I explained what I was hoping to do and discussed my budget. She discussed the options and helped me figure out how to get cookies and brownies all wrapped up in "Thank You" wrap! And then she said, "It'll be ready a few minutes after we open." We arrived to pick it up and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything looked. We got a brownie on the side to share because who could resist? Not me. The recipient was so excited! She'd not had anything from Tiff's and opened it immediately to try something. She selected a peanut butter chocolate brownie and smiled at the first bite. She said it was the perfect combination, texture and taste! It looked delicious and she was excited to take her gift home to share! I was thrilled to have pleased her but Tiff's did all the hard work! My husband and I cut the brownie in half, because they are gigantic. It was amazing! Just the perfect amount of warm, gooey chocolate. So, the very next day we were back at Tiff's! He wanted an ice cream sandwich and I had planned to devour another brownie but then I saw the blueberry lemon cookie! Oh, be still my heart! I'm not sure there are words to explain just how perfect it is! And just like that, I spend my whole workout thinking up an excuse to get myself over to the shopping center where Tiff's is located! read more

Their customer service is outstanding, and I truly believe the problems that led to the ill experience I had and described in my original review will be corrected promptly. It was a bad night for all of us and this location deserves a second chance. Upgraded to 4 stars for faith in Tiff's Treats' team. Original review: I'm sad because I severely overpaid for cold, undercooked cookies. The poor girl working alone on Friday night had no idea what was going on. Every cookie in my box was cold - I was expecting 3 to be cold since she took them out of the front case. Apparently their ovens don't distribute heat evenly so cookies are underdone (the official explanation I received from poor overworked girl). They will sincerely apologize for the wait and the inconvenience. And you will sincerely never return to Tiff's Treats. read more

I came in asked for a dozen of cookies. I asked if the chocolate chip and pecan where fresh, the girl serving me said yes. She lied to my face. I asked are you sure because I just saw you pull them out of the cookie display. What she did was place the other fresher flavors on top and put my cookies on the bottom. The customer service was not polite nor helpful when the error was made their end. The cookies once received were cold and not warm the tiff treat way. The delivery time astronomical it took over 90 mins of the hour i waited to get my cookies. When calling the store the hold time was long and the team member was not helpful or listening to my concerns. read more

AMAZING TREATS!! The sugar cookie is the perfect definition of a PERFECT COOKIE! It's crispy on the outside and soft and CHEWY! It's so buttery and delicious! I also got their PB brownie and the normal brownie! The PB brownie was alright because it was SO sweet! But the regular brownie was SO perfect! The best part was that I got a corned piece so it was chewy, fudgy, crisp on the edges, and delicious! This place is literally my new favorite place to get delicious treats!! read more

Save your money and go to McDonald's! They make cookies once a day and just heat them up when you buy them. They're stale, overpriced and very basic! Zero flavor! They make them daily and just heat them up in the microwave for you like big wow! $1.70 wow for $0.25 tiny cookie! Are you kidding me? They make you pay for their fancy packaging. COVID has complicated birthdays considerably, so I was thrilled to read about their contact-free delivery option. I asked for cookies and ice cream to be delivered to a loved one's home for their birthday. The timing of their delivery (you select a window) was excellent, to the point where I was able to reliably coordinate other birthday surprises around it. It made the day all the more special.
