I called to inform the lady that I paid for 3 donuts, 2 maple long John donuts, and a glaze twist. I only received 1 maple and the twist. As I said I was on my way to work so I didn't find out until I made it to work to get ready and eat them, but I promptly called to notify the lady of the mistake she made and she said unless I come in today or tomorrow she can't help me. At first she proceeded to say yea I can't help you although I was just in there 30 minutes ago and explained the situation that I won't be able to leave work today and I only stop by the shop when i work in the morning not my evening shifts because the shop is closed. It's sad that customer service doesn't exist barely in the establishments in Texas. I will not be returning sadly you lost a loyal customer due to not wanting to fix a simple mistake that you made when bagging my items up that I paid for.

We also grabbed the Pokémon donuts (ADORABLE), plus a few donut holes, and everything was fresh, fluffy, and delicious not overly sweet, just perfect. You can tell these are made with care, not rushed. The shop itself feels like one of those cozy corner donut spots you hope to stumble upon clean, well-lit, welcoming, and full of good energy. And the hours are amazing: 5 AM-1 PM, which makes it perfect for early mornings or a fun mid-day treat. This place is 100% worth the drive for us from Princeton , absolutely a hidden gem.
