Been coming here regularly since we moved to Frisco in 2018. My kids love their donuts. there's a super friendly lady who runs the counter named Sami and she has watched both of my boys grow up as they come in each time. This review will be short and sweet! How about this one ... This place is pretty sweet *groan* Ok fine. It's a little donut shop. They have reasonable prices within the range of expectations from such an establishment. A decent selection of donuts greeted me upon entry. They also have cronuts and you can see the pair in my picture, they are real and magnificent to quote a Seinfeld character. The ladies working here were really .... *Drumrolls* wait hold on while I make this longer so you can't see the plot twist .... NICE (hahn bet you didn't see that coming. I got coffee and one of them went to the tap located in the customer area and filled the cup for me. That is some sweet service. (Got another one in). Coffee is fairly standard breakfast blend kind of stuff btw. Recommend a stop here when in the area and hankering for some sweet treats. read more

This place is SO close to my job which is why I stopped here. There wasn't a wait or anything and the customer service was great but I walked in at 8:30 on a Friday and there was hardly a variety to choose from. I don't know if it was because they were in the process of restocking or what but since I was in a rush I grabbed 6 glazed and 6 chocolate to make it easy. The donuts were fine but I also tried a regular small piggy-in-a-blanket and I would NOT recommend them. The breading was dry and the sausage was not great either. Probably won't go back unless I am in a HUGE rush because of the convenient location. read more

Decided to swing by and get breakfast for the kids and the lady there literally said nothing when any of the customers came in. When she did speak she was rude. We like their blueberry cake donuts and feel they are the best in the area -- they might look quite sweet, but when you taste them it isn't too sweet, which is what we prefer. Although the price can be a little high for a donut the quality is worth it. I come here every morning for donuts and the chocolate donuts always are fresh! They have a variety of options as well as a bunch of drinks. The shop is centered around neighborhoods and schools so I think its the perfect stop to get some fresh donuts! read more

Must be a change in owners? We have been coming here for years. The ladies were so friendly and knew my daughter by name. Stopped in this morning to grab donuts and drinks for 4 teens. The lady working was not friendly and threw my bags on the counter. I shortened my order due to poor customer service. I will find a new donut shop to support. I even asked, "new ownership?" Great donuts and Kolaches. I've had better, but not by much. Excellent taste and texture, the service was very quick and the employees seemed very nice and polite. I bought a dozen donuts including 4 jelly filled, 8 glazed, and 4 kolaches. They said three of the glazed donuts were free, I don't know if that is their standard operating procedure or if she was just being nice. It was only about $12 with tax, so pretty good. read more

I sent my daughter in to grab some donuts and kolaches for her and myself. The price is a little higher than most places but I know they have to cover cost. However my biggest issue with this place is customer service. My daughter asked the lady if she can have two bags instead of throwing everything into one bag she told her no! So she came in my car with kolaches and donuts all in one bag! This is frustrating because she needed to get her portion to take to her class and I wanted my own bag to take to work. I will not be coming here again. If you can't afford to give out extra bags! Don't be in business, or charge for the extra bag! We don't mind! I also tired their donuts and I was not impressed. I chose this shop based on the high rating, but after actually reading them, I see most of them don't actually mention the donuts themselves. Watch what they ring up. I sent my 13 yo daughter in to get a few donuts and a drink and her total was $10. According to the sign donuts are .75 - .95 so I can't figure out how my total came to what it was. She didn't get a receipt, and when I went in to get one, the receipt I got made no sense. They were obviously not interested in me or helping me out, so I left and will never return. There's a donut store pretty much on every corner. My advise is to go somewhere else that actually cares about their customers. There's a new donut store a block away that we will be going to next time. read more

Come here regularly! Everyone here is nice and professional! Donuts are better than Dunkin and krispy kreme imo! Prices are better too!
