Amazing fresh donuts. I came into the shop hungry which is always a bad idea. I am a huge fan of glazed donuts or maple frosting donuts. I ordered a half a dozen and was given few extras to try. It's not a true birthday in our house unless Terry's special bday donuts are there for it all! Terry's has been part of our 3 kids, now all teens (one in college)birthday traditions for the last 6 years! Easy to order online and just tell them what ya want! Show up on date of pick up and let the magic happen! They have delicious sausage kolaches too!! Don't forget to pick up a few of those too! We keep referring all our friends n fam here for a good reason - consistently cute, FUN and yummy donuts for any occasion really, not just for bdays but ESPECIALLY for birthdays! read more

My mom recently moved to an assisted living facility in Frisco and I wanted to help celebrate her birthday even though we can't have a party or congregate because of Covid. I called Terry's donuts and he created these beautiful donuts for her and her friends. He delivered them and she was delighted. I'm happy about the happy birthday donuts I ordered here. I called 24 hours in advance to order them as per their information on their site and yelp. I arrived 30 minutes early and it wasn't done yet. That's how fresh they are! I strongly suggest eating them right away. I really loved the colors and designs on the donuts. When I ordered, the gentleman asked if there was a theme. He said sports theme and I requested basketball and football since my husband loves those sports. I'm so glad they ordered and I was so happy and proud to surprise my husband with them when I arrived at home. The women at the counter were polite. I'd like to come back and try kolaches. Apparently a lot of customers came in and ordered sausage and cheese (I think) and I'm curious as to how they taste. read more

This location is a cute little mom and pop donut shop that offers a good variety of donuts and other breakfast items off the menu. I was in the mood for a breakfast sandwich, so I ordered the croissant with bacon, egg and cheese. The croissant was big and fluffy, and the eggs, bacon and cheese were good. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich a lot. I'll have to come back and try a donut, but I was in a bit of a rush. Their coffee is just average and from a coffee machine. The French vanilla coffee was really sweet, so I'll pass on that next time.. read more

Becoming a regular for my son on Saturdays. Always fresh and friendly people. The donuts are arranged perfectly in the case, lots on flavors and colors. Very clean, coffee and drinks are inviting as well. I took off a couple of stars because I get the same thing and it seems to come up a different price each time. It's a bit irritating, but hell its a donut shop and it's not the money, sometimes it's higher or sometimes it's lower... I just like to have my $$ ready, so I can get in and out! read more

It's a small local donut shop but it's got plenty of options. Everyone has on a mask on and there's a plexiglass screen in front of the cash register, which made me feel safe. The person who worked the cash register (younger woman, maybe like the daughter of the owner or something?) was really nice and patient. Asked me if I wanted my kolache warmed up, without asking she got me fresh and warm donuts instead of the ones that had been sitting in the case, asked me if I needed a drink carrier for my coffees. I ordered Happy birthday donuts for 6:30am, when I called they told me that they open from 5:30!!! I arrived, I had to wait about five minutes. The lady was really nice, while I was waiting I bought to my daughter flowers head band that they sale over there. They made the order just beautiful!!! I love it! I got home in time to surprise my daughter and also the donuts are very very tasty! Soft, fresh but crispy great! read more

Bang for your buck sucks here. Stopped in after reading some yelper reviews and was disappointed. Got a raspberry jelly filled donut - very cool that they fill them to order but NOT COOL that they barely filled it. Seriously? If I wanted a plain glazed donut, I would have ordered one. Geez lady, put some jelly in there, especially if you're gonna charge over a dollar for it. Cream filled long john, same problem. So although the lady was very nice and the place is clean (and parking is sparse as mentioned by others), I wouldn't come back here. Donuts are not created equally and this place isn't anything special. read more

Although I thought the donut that I ordered was pretty good, I am extremely disappointed that I was charged and additional .50 for using my debit card. In this age of COVID it has been suggest to use cards instead of cash. I was given a total and was charged something different if there was going to be an additional charge, I should have been notified once it was noticed that I was using a debit card as a form of payment. I called back and was informed that a sign was posted however I do not recall any signage of such. I will NOT return! read more

We just stopped in there today, almost 45 minutes after they closed. They were so sweet to stay open when we called to tell them we were on the way. So we made our selections and got ready to pay, and we were told we could have for half price/happy price!. After we paid, our box got LOADED up with more & more donuts!! Recently moved to Frisco and searched Yelp reviews for a place that would do donut messages and found Terry's! I wanted to do a "happy Valentine's Day" message in donuts for my husband and I asked them to replicate a design on their website. I was able to order easily online, and the donuts were ready at their scheduled pick up time. They looked and tasted great! See attached pictures. So ever since we used them for our kid's birthday party, we've been back every week. No joke. Don't judge, but I typically get a jalapeno sausage roll and a white cream-filled chocolate donut (they fill in front of you) and devour it all in minutes because it's SO GOOD. But today I noticed the cronuts and I ordered one on a whim. OMG CRONUT!!! Seriously, this is one of the top 5 most delicious breakfast things I've ever had in my life. This is a review for the location at 9496 Webb Chapel Rd, Dallas, TX 75220. I was craving donuts but not interested in leaving home so checked out my options on UberEats and found Terry's Donuts. UberEats said they were sold out in chocolate donuts. I placed an order for a dozen glazed but left a message requesting a substitution of chocolate donuts if any were available. My order came 5 minutes faster than estimated and in my dozen, there were two chocolate donuts. Very nice people. I wasn't near my usual donut shop so I stopped here because it was on the way to my destination. Everything was clean and well organized. We love Terry's donuts and we love Terry! My husband goes here on a regular basis on his way to work. Yes, he has that sweet tooth going so he is definitely a regular customer. Out of all the donut shops around he likes Terry's best and so do I as that is always where I would stop to get donuts and kolache's for the office. Terry has been very good to us, finding out that my mother is extremely ill with end-stage Parkinson's diseases He frequently will pop in an extra donut or two for my mom to enjoy. Things like this is what makes Terry's a true community business in Frisco Texas. She takes her time when small children are in there picking up their doughnut with their father or mother, never rushing them as they make that very important choice of which donut they want! She even has her bow For little girls to make the day even extra special. I can't recommend Terry Haley Anna and both the product that she produces and The local town environment that she provides to all of us! read more
