Arrived at around 4:35am, a couple things I wanted weren't ready quite yet but I had no issue waiting for hot fresh donuts and they were most definitely worth the short wait. 2 cinnamon sugar twist 2 maple bars 2 original plain glazed Each one of these donuts is a soft pillowy heaven with each bite. Friendly service and fresh tasting donuts. I love the maple glaze. They also let you pick your filling vs pre filling the donuts w cream or jam. I really enjoyed the raspberry filling. The only thing missing was the white filling. They had a Bavarian kind of cream filling but I was wanting the white one made from confectioners sugar. The donut holes were dry and the Bavarian cream had a tangy aftertaste so that was unpleasant and ruined my whole experience. The fancy donuts seemed pretty old just by touching it. I came along this donut store by accident as I was meeting up with ppl at the coffee shop next store. But the donut sign and my craving for donuts just made me have to stop by. I came in at 10am and sadly for me they almost were sold out of everything. So I only get to taste some of their donuts flavor, that's why I opted out to try some of their savory items. We really loved their hotdog break and spinach pastry. The dough was soft and had the right amount of sweetness (almost like brioche bread). Perfect combination with a Hot Dog! Yummy! I went here yesterday and decided to try something new and got a spinach pastry. It was so good! I went back today and got it again! And I added a spicy kolache, very good too! Even better, the lady added a glazed donut to my bag and said "just in case" with a smile. The smallest things make big differences, so I had to write a review! I got a cinnamon old fashioned there before and it was also delicious! Lots of crunchy bits! Their donuts are all great but what I really like is the large assortment of savory items. Even their kolache's they have normal and spicy but also regular dough or wrapped in croissants. Donut places always have the best, freshest pastries so I'm glad I can get some different savory items and recommend they do even more! Maybe a tomato and bacon jam in a pastry like the spinach one?? Lady working the counter was nice enough i was there 10 ish am in the morning. I got a ham and cheese and a maple glaze donut. The donut was super stale and extremely small, the THINNEST glaze ever- ALL OF IT came off in the bag. The ham and cheese was a very odd situation. She went into the back and put one single thin slice of ham and one single super thin piece of cheese and MICROWAVED IT at the front counter. It was okay maybe i got a bad batch a came early and it was greasy not dripping in oil but i had residue on my fingers it was heavy the type of feeling u get when something sits in oil to long or if you fry something with out it heating up to temperature and it absorbs to much oil idk im not picky but that put me off its also super sweet so if thats your thing go for it read more
