Finally a quick and awesome burger place opened close to our house! Ordered Southwest burger with black bean patty and Chicken Sandwich with Boom Boom Patty ,side of spicy skinny fries and honey butter sauce on the side Both burgers were delicious, black bean patty seems to be home made and not the frozen kind. Chicken was juicy. My only complaints were, spicy fries were not spicy and they should allow customizations online( you can do so by calling them) Their to go boxes have kind messages too! First let me say this is a unique concept not like anything I have seen. This is 100% not your average burger and chicken joint as the name might convey. This is a family owned unique culinary experience that is trying new things. It's fast food meets upscale, it's sit down mixed with self order. The plating is very upscale and it's like a unique elevated version of everything. The custom burger I had was fantastic, the tatter tots are amazing and my wife had the spicy honey butter chicken sandwich. I can honestly tell you the chicken sandwich was one of the best I have ever had! The service is amazing and over the top friendly. We also got asked to try a marshmallow sauce not yet on the menu for feedback. All I can say is the marshmallow sauce with sweet potatoe fries is great and I hope they add it to the menu. We came with friends to try this spot out. Here's what everyone had: Sam- 5 chicken tenders. The sauce came on the side and he asked them to shake the tenders in the sauce. They did and the sauce was horrible it was like franks red hot plus vinegar. Very strange. He had sweet potato fries and said they were good. B (Sam's wife)- created her own burger of grilled chicken. It was pretty standard with tomato and lettuce. She could not even eat half since the grilled chicken tasted like boiled chicken. 0 seasoning and super disappointing. Hubby- he had tenders and ordered two sauces. He thought it was ok but not great. Me- I created my own sandwich with grilled chicken and added an egg. The egg had more flavor than the chicken. No salt no pepper, nada. All 4 of us spent ~$85 total for burgers, fries and drinks. They hate a robot that "delivers" the food but the staff puts them in front of you (kind of defeats the purpose???). Overall, servers are super nice, food has 0 flavor, robots are cool but seem like a waste of money if all it does is zoom it out to the dining area haha. This is a solid 3/5. To-go order for 3 people. We ordered: grilled chicken Santa Fe salad, spicy chicken sandwich with skinny fries, chicken tenders (plain) with skinny fries and two drinks. The total cost was $53! Almost $20 per person felt like way too much for this food. The chicken sandwich had nothing on it, it was bone dry. Since we ordered inside I wish they would have asked if I wanted any sauce or veggies on it. My salad was pretty good (better than other fast food competitors that specialize in chicken), so I'd order that again. Our daughter did not care for the plain chicken tenders. Sandwich and tenders are better and less expensive at fast food competitor like CFA. Overall just ok. read more

As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the staff and asked if we had been there before. They invited us to take a seat wherever and then order at the counter or kiosk. They brought coloring sheets to our kids which helped keep them busy and then offered to hang their coloring pages up - my kids loved this. The staff was seriously so nice and delivered such great service - asking if the kids could have a lollipop to asking if we'd like the "robot servers" to come visit the table. The robot came back around the table with disco lights and my kids got a kick out of it. So you'd think that because they have robot waiter that the service would be lacking -- not at all. We were so impressed at the level of service. The ambiance is nice, the music not too loud and (thankfully for my kids) no distracting TVs. We tried Chick n' Burger today and it was so good!! My husband got THE Chick n' Burger, I got the Honey Butter Chicken sandwich and our daughter got the Maple Chicken Tenders. Everything was so fresh! The fries were a fun mix of a French fry and a potato skin and I honestly don't know why more places don't do it that way! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since this was our first time, we asked for recommendations and they were so nice about their suggestions. You're immediately greeted verbally and greeted with a smile. Upon arrival my bags were being double checked to ensure nothing was missing. Consistently good food! We have now dined with Chick'n Burger 4 times. 2 to go orders and 2 dine in. The interior of the restaurant is exceptionally clean. Staff are friendly and kind. Our to go orders are still hot when we get home. We have had a variety of their chicken sandwiches. My favorite has been the buffalo chicken sandwich. Great place! read more

I so wanted to like this place. First, let me say the staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to help. Great service! Every place would be so lucky to have these kind of employees. But sadly that is where the compliments end. It is expensive. $50 before tip (hate having to tip at counter service, but alas that is where we are these days) for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Next, the food...the chicken tasted like it was fried in old grease. It was really bad. The fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out a while. Very disappointed because I LOVE shoestring fries! I was ready to pay the high prices if the food was great but instead it fell way short. Finally...the robots. Maybe a good gimmick but they are slow so the staff has to walk slowly and then ultimately place your plates on the table anyway. This place is AWESOME.! The food was amazing (Boom Boom Shrimp PO Boy is fantastic, but ask for EXTRA napkins!) Everything we ordered was delicious. The service was kind, efficient and attentive. Fantastic burger spot hidden in Prosper. Staff was friendly and attentive as soon as we came in. Food presentation was great and unique. Food was freshly made and delicious! Burgers and sandwiches were great and the fries were delicious too! My only critique is the burger patty needs more seasoning as it was a bit bland but the burger was great tasting as a whole.
