Have you been craving hibachi during Covid? Don't underestimate this food truck parked parked at a gas station. It is delicious! Comparable to Benihana but at a much better price. You can park in one of the spots in front of it, place your order at the window and they will bring it out to your car for you. I typically get their two protein plate, steak and shrimp. We've been getting takeout from this food truck for years. The employees are super friendly & the food is ready fast. They run your order out to your car for you. Very nice! It's always fresh, delicious & very affordable. I've had the shrimp, chicken, veggies & fried rice. My husband likes the steak. The portions are huge so generally I can get 2 meals out of one which is great. Unless I'm totally pigging out which isn't hard to do because it's really yummy! Speaking of yummy, their yum yum sauce is freaking awesome!!! It's a food truck so I can't say much about the ambiance but they keep the area around it clean so that's good. From the pictures it looks as if nothing was around it when it first arrived, but businesses are slowly growing. They're open from 11 am - 8pm, Monday- Friday. Closed Sunday Menu - All entrees come with fried rice and veggie - Single Entree Chicken Teriyaki $8 Steak $9.50 Teriyaki Steak $9.50 Shrimp $9.50 Veggies $9.50 - Double Entree Chicken & Steak $12.50 Chicken & Shrimp $12.50 Steak & Shrimp $ 13.50 - Triple Entree Chicken, Steak & Shrimp $15.50 I ordered steak and shrimp and my food was delicious. I'm not a huge fan of steak so next time I'll order they Teriyaki chicken. Once I ordered the nice women even walked the food to my car so, I didn't have to stand out in the cold. Found this place through Yelp! It is on the left side of the Texaco. Make sure you call in your order because on a Friday night, it was an hour wait. But oh so worth it. There were quite a few of cars already waiting so we pulled in and went to the window to pay. They were still making it but they told me they will bring it to my car. No biggie, pretty much playing my phone game and voila! It was ready. It tastes exactly like what you would expect from a traditional Hibachi sit down restaurant, but is more relaxed and casual. We could tell that they cooked after we ordered, and didn't serve pre-cooked/warmed food like some food trucks do. Even still, we didn't have to wait long. They have a delicious sauce that goes with it, and the price of the food is great for the amount and quality of food you get.
