Have you been craving hibachi during Covid? Don't underestimate this food truck parked parked at a gas station. It is delicious! Comparable to Benihana but at a much better price. You can park in one of the spots in front of it, place your order at the window and they will bring it out to your car for you. I typically get their two protein plate, steak and shrimp. Their dipping sauce is so good. Each plate comes with a side of fried rice and vegetables. Very good food. It can get busy during lunch so you may have to wait if it's prime lunch time. read more

We've been getting takeout from this food truck for years. The employees are super friendly & the food is ready fast. They run your order out to your car for you. Very nice! It's always fresh, delicious & very affordable. I've had the shrimp, chicken, veggies & fried rice. My husband likes the steak. The portions are huge so generally I can get 2 meals out of one which is great. Unless I'm totally pigging out which isn't hard to do because it's really yummy! Speaking of yummy, their yum yum sauce is freaking awesome!!! It's a food truck so I can't say much about the ambiance but they keep the area around it clean so that's good. We'll continue coming here as long as they don't roll away. Great choice for getting to go & chilling out at home binging your favorite show! 2019 Yelp 120 Challenge #8 Delicious Hibachi at an amazing price. I was in Prosper, TX for an interview and stumbled across this gem. I love food trucks and have always eaten delicious food from them. Hibachi Master is located beside a gas station. From the pictures it looks as if nothing was around it when it first arrived, but businesses are slowly growing. They're open from 11 am - 8pm, Monday- Friday. Closed Sunday Menu - All entrees come with fried rice and veggie - Single Entree Chicken Teriyaki $8 Steak $9.50 Teriyaki Steak $9.50 Shrimp $9.50 Veggies $9.50 - Double Entree Chicken & Steak $12.50 Chicken & Shrimp $12.50 Steak & Shrimp $ 13.50 - Triple Entree Chicken, Steak & Shrimp $15.50 I ordered steak and shrimp and my food was delicious. Found this place through Yelp! It is on the left side of the Texaco. Make sure you call in your order because on a Friday night, it was an hour wait. But oh so worth it. There were quite a few of cars already waiting so we pulled in and went to the window to pay. They were still making it but they told me they will bring it to my car. No biggie, pretty much playing my phone game and voila! It was ready. Took a shot and it was a winner! It was delicious, fresh, and nothing tasted premade or frozen. The portions were very generous and we tried almost everything! I was pleasantly surprised by how yummy the food was. I had the hibachi chicken with rice and veggies, and crab rangoon. The food truck was also a surprise! Being a former dfw resident, now living in California, I see food trucks all the time and they're usually spot on! The service was prompt, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend! read more

Finally got to try Hibachi Master! We ordered the chicken and shrimp and the triple entree - steak, shrimp, chicken. Both were delicious. The one complaint we had was that it was a little bland compared to regular Hibachi. Next time we'd just ask for the meat to be sauced. The yum yum sauce on the side was fantastic and the vegetable spring rolls did not disappoint. Definitely worth adding on! Looking forward to our next trip. read more

We love this food truck!!! We've eaten here five times now and the food quality has been consistently good, with excellent service from the staff. We have only had the Hibachi Chicken Teryaki and Veggie Hibachi, but both are excellent. Do yourself a favor and give this a try!!! I thought my eyes were fooling me when I saw this place. 7 trips later and I love this place. Food is fresh and tasty. Steak, chicken, and shrimp for protein tastes amazing. Perfectly seasoned. The fried rice is the best I have had in Texas. The veggies in the side are a bonus. They aren't greedy with the amount of food you get. I always have leftovers. I hope they stick around for a long while. read more

Great and fresh hibachi. We ordered the steak and shrimp combo (also comes with fried rice and veggies). It tastes exactly like what you would expect from a traditional Hibachi sit down restaurant, but is more relaxed and casual. We could tell that they cooked after we ordered, and didn't serve pre-cooked/warmed food like some food trucks do. Even still, we didn't have to wait long. They have a delicious sauce that goes with it, and the price of the food is great for the amount and quality of food you get. We aren't in Prosper very often, but when we are, we'll definitely be back! read more

What we got were terribly printed images slapped on top of the cupcakes with a little ring of frosting (see pictures). At no point in our conversation were we told they'd print random pictures, in fact we found some 2D cupcake examples online when we were talking and the woman behind the counter pointed at several of them and said she could do those types of designs, which were all in icing, not printed on edible paper / fondant. At $8 each for "custom cupcakes" I don't appreciate the bait and switch. I would have saved the money on the custom cupcakes and just got their regular ones, which would have looked WAY better than these more expensive "custom" ones. Honestly, with the party tomorrow we're probably going to peel off the badly printed images and just go with the cheap ring of icing and hope my daughter doesn't notice how bad / cheap they look. The cake is delicious (we got some cupcakes to try before agreeing to go with them for the custom ones), but I'll never go back. I feel ripped off and wish someone had at least bothered to call and explain they couldn't do what they'd offered and I would have appreciated being offered the change to just get their regular designs instead of them doing this and leaving a teenager at the store for us to pick them up where we had no actual manager / owner to discuss the issue with.

Excellent food at a reasonable price...as good as it gets. We love hibachi style cooking. The chicken and shrimp combination was very good, lots of vegetables and fried rice. This was our 1st time to go there, but we will definitely be regulars. Would love to see more food trucks in Prosper, McKinney, Allen and Frisco. I would suggest that they offer drinks, and add a couple of trash cans outside. Other than that, Hibachi Masters is terrific. read more
