The crab and shrimp were also overcooked to the point we couldn't eat the shrimp. We did go around 8:30pm (they close at 9), so maybe that affected it. What really threw me off though was a staff member cleaning nearby who said out loud, "Did animals eat here or what?" while we were still sitting there.
