All I can say is YUM! Lived in the area for over 20 years and hadn't known about this delicious food truck until just a few weeks ago. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and steak and it was very tender meat and tasty food. I'll be going back a lot! I wish I had known about this sooner!

Have you been craving hibachi during Covid? Don't underestimate this food truck parked parked at a gas station. It is delicious! Comparable to Benihana but at a much better price. You can park in one of the spots in front of it, place your order at the window and they will bring it out to your car for you. I typically get their two protein plate, steak and shrimp. Their dipping sauce is so good. Each plate comes with a side of fried rice and vegetables. Very good food. It can get busy during lunch so you may have to wait if it's prime lunch time.

2019 Yelp 120 Challenge #8 Delicious Hibachi at an amazing price. I was in Prosper, TX for an interview and stumbled across this gem. I love food trucks and have always eaten delicious food from them. Hibachi Master is located beside a gas station. From the pictures it looks as if nothing was around it when it first arrived, but businesses are slowly growing. They're open from 11 am - 8pm, Monday- Friday. Closed Sunday Menu - All entrees come with fried rice and veggie - Single Entree Chicken Teriyaki $8 Steak $9.50 Teriyaki Steak $9.50 Shrimp $9.50 Veggies $9.50 - Double Entree Chicken & Steak $12.50 Chicken & Shrimp $12.50 Steak & Shrimp $ 13.50 - Triple Entree Chicken, Steak & Shrimp $15.50 I ordered steak and shrimp and my food was delicious. I'm not a huge fan of steak so next time I'll order they Teriyaki chicken. Once I ordered the nice women even walked the food to my car so, I didn't have to stand out in the cold. I will definitely be returning Hibachi Masters.

Found this place through Yelp! It is on the left side of the Texaco. Make sure you call in your order because on a Friday night, it was an hour wait. But oh so worth it. There were quite a few of cars already waiting so we pulled in and went to the window to pay. They were still making it but they told me they will bring it to my car. No biggie, pretty much playing my phone game and voila! It was ready. Crab Rangoon 5* 3 pieces, hot and tasty Steak and shrimp 5* tender and delicious Lobster 5* side of butter with veggies, yum Check out this food truck, definitely will return!

A place that you can easily pass by without giving a look over especially since it's not in an area with many food trucks but I promise the food is well worth the stop! Excellent tasting menu, I have tried almost everything they have and have yet to be disappointed. In my opinion this is the best food you can find in Prosper and if you have yet to try it, this is your sign to stop by and find something to try on their amazing menu! read more

Quick, easy, convenient and tasty food from a Hibachi Food Truck. We came across this place about 6 plus months ago and keep coming back. They make a tasty to-go hibachi meal and the prices are decent compared to some of the sit down style places. They cook the food in a good amount of time and actually bring the order to your vehicle as a nice bonus. I took away one start because they are hit or miss on the food. Most of the time they are good but every once in awhile they skimp a little too much on the meat and the quality of the food is a little less then what we have come to expect. Overall this is a nice place to get a semi-quick meal with good flavors to go. read more

It's a food truck. A cheap one. Next to a gas station. And they pretty much only make one thing. But it's pretty much the most amazing thing you will eat in all of Dallas. I can't believe there isn't a permanent queue down the block. This place should be listed as a tourist attraction. MUST TRY!! I love hibachi and this place is as good as any I've ever had!! I had the steak and shrimp, both were seasoned and cooked perfectly (the steak medium). The veggies had such and good flavor as well as the perfect texture, not too hard and not too soft. I live 2 min away and will be going back very soon!! If you live in prosper make sure you give this a try instead of rice pot. read more

My family has been coming here for over 2 years now and get take out once a week. The veggies and meats are all cooked just right. However, the portions of veggie and meat seem to have decreased a bit over the years. Overall a tasty and healthy meal and the staff are super friendly! read more

Came across this gem on accident. They do not disappoint at all. Between the 5 of us we ordered everything they have. Filet, chicken, shrimp and steak. All cooked perfect. Love having this place so close by. Reasonably priced and you can call in your order ahead of time so it can be ready by the time you pick up. Owner is very friendly. A new food truck you should try. Hibachi without the expensive price tag, or long wait. Limited menu, steak, chicken , shrimp or a combination of the two. Most of the dishes are under 10.00 dollars so you are going to break the bank eating out. The food is fresh, quick, and hot, made to order not sitting in a warming tray. I wanted to love this place due to the prior reviews. However, I found it just "ok". There wasn't enough meat like how the pictures depict (I believe they are old pictures so maybe they changed their portions), and the flavor was as tasty as I was anticipating. The crew seemed super nice though and brought my food to me car which was great service and with a smile too, so that was sweet. Overall, I'd probably find another place to eat if I'm craving hibachi. read more

Finally a good Asian restaurant north of the 380. This lil food truck with its limited menu is good. We have the chicken and shrimp and chicken and steak. The meats were cooked perfectly. Tender and juicy. The veggies and rice done right. The sauce on the side was the perfect accent to the meal. I think the only thing they could improve on is the steak was a bit under seasoned. A Pleasant Surprise! We drove 20 minutes to try this place. I'll have to tell you, this place is a HIDDEN GEM. I was surprised that FILET MIGNON was one of BEST Hibachi Filets we've had. It was sooo TENDER. Both me and my wife agree that it's better than Benihanas and better than SHOGUN. Steak this good is coming out of a food truck is unheard of. The meal came with a HEAPING amount of FRIED RICE and you just can't beat the RIDICULOUS LOW PRICE. OUR ENTIRE FAMILY OF 6 were ALL RAVING about this new place, and were talking about coming again and again, as we were driving away. Excellent Service - They bring your food to your car so you don't have to stand outside and wait. The owner came by and talked to us for a few minutes as he was closing. He was very nice. A couple other things to note. I didn't see Filet Mignon and Salmon on the yelp, but it's available on the menu when you get there. Also, we noticed several people order via pickup, to avoid the wait. I don't think it will be long before the secret gets out and this place gets packed. This was scallop and yellowtail with asparagus, garlic, micro cilantro greens, on a bed of this delicious yuzu creme brulee aioli sauce. The sauce was like nothing I've ever had before with the perfect amount of sweet and umami flavors. My goodness, this dish was so good, I could've eaten this all day. Overall, your bill can add up pretty quickly here, but it's a pretty solid sushi joint in this area.

We picked up take out and we were left disappointed. We order honey walnut shrimp, general chicken, honey chicken, egg rolls and crab Rangoon. We selected fried rice for our sides. The honey walnut shrimp is extremely watery with little flavor or texture. Although the honey chicken has a decent flavor, the breading is soggy and sponge-like. The general chicken was over fried and dry and the sauce was watery as well. The "fried rice" is white rice with some soy sauce poured over it for color and a little bit of scrambled egg. The egg rolls and crab Rangoons were ok. Unfortunately they only gave us 2 of the 4 egg rolls that we ordered for our family. It's extremely annoying to pay $80 for take out and experience such low quality food. This seems to be a restaurant that takes no pride in what they sell. Would not recommend.

Excellent food at a reasonable price...as good as it gets. We love hibachi style cooking. The chicken and shrimp combination was very good, lots of vegetables and fried rice. This was our 1st time to go there, but we will definitely be regulars. Would love to see more food trucks in Prosper, McKinney, Allen and Frisco. I would suggest that they offer drinks, and add a couple of trash cans outside. Other than that, Hibachi Masters is terrific. read more
