Menu-see the golf ball in the center piece?!

Location Ground floor, Omni, Frisco PGA Parking Valet or lot (when tournament not in) Atmosphere Bright and open classy breakfast, brunch, lunch place. Multi media Artistic aprons decorate the entry. Seating Bar, inside tables, booths-outside patio seating with great view of golf tournament Service Outstanding, immediate Menu Brunch buffet-get there early, lunch options. We had the tacos and salad. Both were really good-house made chips. Summary When we visit the Frisco PGA, we always make it a point to stop here as the food and service are consistently outstanding. We sat out on the patio and watched the golfers snd spectators walk by-great fun!

I have visited The Apron a few times over the past several months, and each visit continues to remind me of why it remains one of my favorite places for breakfast and brunch in Frisco. The ambiance immediately sets the tone for a relaxed and comfortable dining experience. The warm, contemporary decor, and soft lighting, creates a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal alone or with family and friends. Whether seated indoors or on the outdoor patio, the environment invites you to slow down and savor every moment. The staff is consistently attentive, courteous, and welcoming. Their professionalism and friendliness contributes greatly to the overall dining experience , making each visit feel personal and unrushed. On one of my early visits, I ordered the Brisket Benedict, the brisket was rich, smoky, and tender and paired beautifully with the poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Since then, the menu has changed slightly, and the Benedict now features ham in place of brisket. While I did miss the smoked brisket, the ham version was still satisfying. The ham was thick sliced and tasty, and didn't take away from the texture or flavor of the dish. Another one of my favorites has been the pancakes. They are light, airy, and perfectly golden with a subtly crisp edge. The portion size is very generous and they have a delicately sweet flavor that pairs beautifully with maple syrup and fresh fruit. These pancakes are the epitome of comfort food for anyone seeking comfort as they are most indulgent. The avocado toast was pleasant, though not a personal favorite. It has a good balance of flavors, but compared to the other items, it felt somewhat underwhelming. The breakfast tacos, however, were delicious and satisfying. They were generously filled with brisket, fluffy scrambled eggs, and some seasonings that offered a gentle kick without overwhelming. I choose the fresh fruit cup as a side for each dish, and though it required a small upcharge, the fruit was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented. One of my favorite things about this restaurant is its outdoor patio, which overlooks the lush greens of the golf course. The serene ambiance is enhanced by the gentle sounds of a nearby waterfall and the sight of native hummingbirds and butterflies fluttering among the vibrant landscaping. On one particularly memorable morning, we even spotted a hot air balloon drifting overhead, it was an unexpected delight that perfectly captured the magic of this location. Finally, the hotel itself is stunning, with elegant architectural details and cozy sitting areas. The valet staff is phenomenal, they are efficient, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. We have had such lovely experiences at The Apron and will definitely be back.

This restaurant is located inside the Omni PGA. Also, valet is free when you eat here, just FYI. We actually saw this place on social media and we are so glad we stopped by. They have a buffet or menu selection. They have a bar as well. We decided to go with the buffet. It did not disappoint! There were so many options and the food was fresh too. The service is a mix, you have a server regardless if you choose to do buffet or menu selection, but if you do buffet, you serve yourself. They do have an omelet section where a cook makes it fresh before your eyes. It was delicious! The aesthetics is modern, neat and clean. Great place to socialize, meet up with friends and/or family, business lunch meeting, etc. -great for small or large groups! Check it out! We'll definitely be back! Till then, let's eat!

What a great place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a quick drink, or even gelato! We stayed at the Omni and decided to wander down for breakfast on Saturday morning. Delighted to find they were still serving breakfast and the breakfast buffet at 10am we were immediately taken to a table for two right by the windows. We perused the menu and walked the buffet and both chose buffet. We took our time enjoying the heartier options and I was thrilled to find out the overnight oats were all dairy free! They had gluten free pastry items as well and a plethora of other choices. We filled up and enjoyed the view. The service was great, both attentive and friendly. Ironically, the coffee was horrible (and I'm not picky), but even I couldn't drink it. The Apron was filled with a mix of families, couples, business people and singles. It really does have something for everyone.

One of my faves dining inside of the PGA Omni in Frisco!! Lots of yummy items on the menu for brunch and it's perfect for stopping in real quick before playing golf or after check out to energize your day! Inside the decor is bright and cheerful. Wait staff of course is delightful and attentive even early on a weekend morning. My mimosa had the perfect champs to OJ ratio. Check it out if you're staying here, or in the area! Valet service or there's a parking lot walking distance for a small fee.

Gorgeous Sunday to stop by for brunch- this restaurant overlooks the hilly green. We wanted to sit outside but it was a still a bit steamy- I arrived before my friends and I couldn't quite figure out if I was at the right spot... we were looking for the Green Cactus cafe- but eventually figured out that the cafe is for the spa clientele- There isn't a large sign for The Apron in fact, I didn't see one at all, but luckily when I walked in through the patio door a very friendly man told me to stay put and the lady hostess would seat me- after the gentlemen told the young woman to seat me, she flatly said "you need to go to hostess stand" without any indication of where to go- I felt so embarrassed because she made me feel foolish- (after the kind man said she would be able to seat me) then I blindly walked ahead and asked the nice bar tender- I said "are you the host-? He politely said, "no, she can seat you" the young woman again repeated in a condescending way- "you need to go to the hostess stand again" I wish she would have escorted me there, she was not very nice, she didn't even smile- luckily the man at the hostess stand was super sweet and friendly. Sheesh. I really didn't have high hopes after her cold welcome, thankful for the other host and JEFF our server was FIVE STAR FABULOUS! He was amazing and thorough and kind. He was prompt, polite and wanted to make our experience the best, he did. He even brought us dessert and just hyped us up the whole time- amazing amazing job- Jeff!!!!! It washed away the first Impression I had! You made it all better. Food: We tried the $24 buffet. What a steal. Great brunch items- we had the bacon, sausage, parfaits, potatoes, salmon bar, fried meats and cheeses, bountiful bacon, amazing salsas and fruits and a cinnamon roll bake- bomb, but maybe better with a drizzle we looked for toast, but maybe we missed it. The coffee was strong, hot and fresh- Great food for a great price. Loved it. I won't stay mad for long about the hostess- man, that was just strange. All good all good.

Beets Salad
Christi A.

Food The soup was hearty with rich flavor, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection, creating a soothing warmth. The beet salad was fresh and vibrant, combining sweet beets with creamy elements and a delightful crunch. This dish was visually appealing and satisfying. Drinks The cocktail was well-crafted, light, and refreshing with the mint garnish adding a perfect aromatic touch. It paired well with the meal, enhancing the overall experience. Ambiance The setting felt upscale yet welcoming. Presentation of both food and drink was thoughtful, reflecting attention to detail. If you're looking for a place that balances flavorful dishes with a relaxing atmosphere, The Apron delivers.

Very clean restaurant. The pizza was super greasy and all the toppings slide off. The tortellini is very rich and not tasty. Located on the ground floor of the Omni

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.
