Sometimes I'm not in the mood for ice cream, but I'm always in the mood for yogurt. This is where I bring my kids when I want to lie to myself and say I'm giving them a healthy cold treat. While yogurt itself is not horrible, my kids like to pile every single sugar item they can find in the bins onto their yogurt to make it a living candy bar with a small touch of yogurt. This place is always spotless and the staff is always friendly and smiling. The bathrooms are clean and even the tables are wiped down pretty fast after you get up from enjoying your yogurt. As for me, I love grabbing the bowl with a waffle in it and building from there, I'm not too heaving on toppings, so I add a little oreo cookie and call it a day. My kids could honestly come here every day, rain or shine. Not much else to say about this place except they are great at what they do. Great spot for froyo! They have a lot of unique and delicious flavors, caramel popcorn is AWESOME! They also have a lot of non dairy options which I appreciate. It's nice to have more than one to choose from. The space is colorful, and kept clean. Plenty of seating, even when it's crowded. During the summer they even have seating outside. The variety of toppings is similar to any frozen yogurt shop, and everything is weighed by the ounce. The bowls are HUGE, but you don't have to fill them all the way if you don't want that much froyo! I wish they would offer smaller bowls though. read more

I was already headed to another yogurt place, so I thought I'd try it. I immediately noticed the local school team photos on the wall, with other really neat local touches. There were at least 10 choices for yogurt from low fat, to fat free, sherbet and regular full fat :) The yogurt cups were HUGE! Definitely an incentive to big or go home! I chose my yogurt flavors (cookies & cream & chocolate) and toppings (yogurt chips, pb chips, reeses cups & 1 mini snickers). I do like my reeses crumbled, but it wasn't hard for me to crumble them myself. I filled both mine and the hubby's about 3/4 of the way full, and it was only $8 for both! That's a great deal in the Fro-Yo world. I really liked the look, the atmosphere, the local support and the prices! I will be back! read more

I love Yogurtville! they have a great selection or different flavors and tons of toppings. They only have one size cup (which is genius on their end). My favorite topping to add is cookie dough. Who doesn't like frozen yogurt?? They shops are popping up all over the place but what sets this one apart is two things. They have all the circulating flavors, original tart, fruity, cake based ones, and the long line of toppings..., but when you get to the end if you can accurately guess your weight of your item..... (that's how they charge, be careful with the toppings if you don't know that!!) IT'S FREE! The other way they are set apart is they have live music on a lot if the weekends. Yogurtville's work in progress is its live entertainment. On the plus side, it's great that they have live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. On the minus side, the sound is often mixed too loud for the "concert space" and the music tends to be less interesting cover work. I'd like to hear some unique things there someday, like different genres of music. As it stands, I find this in need of improvement. Yogurtville's negative is that they only serve the wonderful pumpkin yogurt in the holiday season. I like this place. It's really become a good "part of the neighborhood". read more

My family's favorite froyo place around! Always clean, fun, served with a smile and a real good family environment. The froyo tastes better than most other froyo places in the area, including Yumilicious. Maybe it's because they have more non-tart flavors to choose from. Also they're topping selection I think is a little better than the others, including having Butterscotch syrup. :) Update (8/27/2012): We also appreciate how Yogurtville supports the local community and school. My wife loves Magic Shell topping on her froyo, and what often determines which froyo place we go to now is whether it has Magic Shell or not. Nice clean place. They had strawberry and strawberry n banana flavors with no added sugar. But my sweet tooth tried cheesecake, cake batter, snickerdoodle, and red velvet. And half of those were liquidy as they were coming out of the machine. They do have a lot of toppings with fresh looking fruit. But taste-wise, I just wasn't impressed. The Yogurtville franchise is one of my favorites of any yogurt place. I find that they have a great array of flavors as well as toppings. The yogurt is not icy and has a smooth consistency and creamy as well. The reason I did not give this particular Yogurtville location 5 stars, is because I do not like the fact that they leave a lot of their toppings in large sized pieces. The brownie pieces are literally a WHOLE slice, the candy bars are cut into very large pieces as well, and things like cookies(chips ahoy, Oreos, animal crackers, etc.) are left completely whole. At all the other Yogurtville locations that I have been to, they break all the topping items up into much smaller pieces. I'm betting they leave the pieces whole, in order to make more money since the price you pay is based on the weight of your yogurt creation!! Not cool. read more

The place is run by young high school students usually and the décor is pretty clean with white chairs and tables. The only thing is you should eat your yogurt there or as soon as possible because it starts to melt right away and once that happens its practically inedible. Sampled a treat from Yogurtville this evening and the previous reviews had given me an indication of what was to come of my maiden encounter into one of these viral "FroYo" places that have sprouted up faster than a dandelion after a spring storm. The store is clean, well maintained and the owner was present and walked around greeting customers and tidying the store. The product is self-serve and sample cups are available for you to try the flavors before you buy. There is only one size cup for you to dispense your creamy treat into, but no worries, get as little or as much as you want, you pay buy the ounce, which is 35 cents. You can pile on whatever toppings you wish and they range from fresh sliced fruit to chocolate chips and sprinkles to multicolored marshmallows. Sauces are also available. They had about 16 flavors during my visit. I sampled the Red Velvet Cake, Watermelon and Snickerdoodle. I wasn't impressed with the Snickerdoodle, it had an overwhelming cinnamon flavor, and I love cinnamon! Watermelon tasted sweet and fruity, but artificial, almost like a Jolly Rancher. Ultimately I went with the RVC, which surprisingly tastes like the real thing and I felt like a little kid adding chocolate sprinkles and chips to my yogurt. This place got pretty packed by the time I left, so it's nice to see a local business that is successful. It makes sense to offer a self-serve product, after-all, who knows better than I do of how hungry I am or how many sprinkles I like on my yogurt? I'd love to see some more flavors like an orange sorbet (like the one TCBY used to have, I still crave that 'juicy orange sorbet!') or an espresso flavor or even a white chocolate. Many of the toppings offered would pair well with the latter two. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience at the "FroYo" shop, and I'll be back. read more

It is a very family friendly environment, light and cheerful. My only suggestion for improvement is they not mop the floor before closing.
