Hi Wendy, do you guys offer any gluten free options?

Hi there! All of our offerings at BIK are gluten-free, sugar-free, grain-free, low carb, and we have many dairy-free options as well!

Do you have a store front? If not, do we pick up from your home or will you deliver? We live in Allen. Also can you put together an assortment of what you offer?

Hi Cindi! We are a keto cottage bakery located in McKinney, TX. All orders are placed online through our website. Our baking days are Friday-Sunday. We can certainly provide… Read more

Husband is celiac so we're always looking for good gluten free food without cross contamination. We got the chicken tenders and fries. Y'all. I would choose these tenders over gluten breaded ones. They are crunchy, savory, and delicious. The breading is incredible. Usually with gluten free chicken tenders, the breading sort of falls off really easily or just doesn't taste right. This place is so good!! My husband said he hasn't had tenders that tasted this similar to gluten ones since he was a kid prior to celiac diagnosis. You need to try this place! Spoil your taste buds! We're definitely going back, and I'll update my review for the waffles!

The food was so yummy and it's always amazing to find a dedicated GF place. My husband isn't restricted to GF food but he loved it too. The breading has a perfect seasoning and it was hot and fresh - same for the fries. I also had a chocolate chip cookie that was good as well. Next time I am going to save room for a dessert waffle. Please go support this small business. They are so friendly - I hope they are around for a long time!

The menu may look the same, but the quality and preparation of items have changed. For example, the crab cake Benedict used to feature homemade crab cakes, and now it's a fried frozen-style patty. The one-star review is really based on the service experience, and unfortunately it's the reason we won't be returning. While waiting for our table, the manager or possible owner was telling single-party guests there was a 30-minute wait, while parties of three or more were being quoted only 10 minutes. An older woman standing there heard him tell the group in front of her 10 minutes right before he told her 30. The more I thought about it afterward, the more disappointed I was that I didn't speak up in the moment. Treating guests differently based solely on party size is unacceptable and left a very bad impression.

I also tried two of the sandwich options one was the veggie sandwich and the other was the pizza grilled cheese sandwich, my favorite sandwich was the veggie sandwich. My son had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and loved it. What stands out most is their commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients without cheap fillers or preservatives. The breads are flavorful and wholesome though occasionally a bit firm if not baked that same day, which is expected with preservative free baking. I've learned to time my visits with their baking schedule to get the freshest, softest loaves. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting -- like a cozy mom-and-pop deli. The shop is clean and also offers a charming selection of extras like local honey, jams, tea towels, sourdough starters, pizza dough, olives, and pickled veggies. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and care put into their products. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for freshly baked goods and a welcoming local experience.

I love the cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic because they are definitely satisfying. The store was clean and inviting during our visit. We were the only customers in the store, but we chose not to eat here because we got the feeling that the woman behind the counter didn't want to be bothered. Overall, our cinnamon rolls didn't disappoint. They were warm, sweet, and delicious. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was due solely to the service we received. The woman behind the counter was not friendly or welcoming. She was in the back room when we walked in and she didn't smile or offer much of a welcome. She rushed through our order and handed us our rolls. It seemed to me that she just wanted to get us out of the store quickly so she could get back to her cellphone. We definitely didn't feel welcome based on the service we received. Not sure I'd return to this particular store based on the service we received, but as far as the cinnamon rolls, I definitely recommend them.

The worst part is that I gave them a $5+ dollar tip at the beginning of the transaction just to take my order which was all wrong in the end. I took my out of town sister and her kids to the Mckinny Cinnabon (highway 121) to order 5 cinnamon rolls and the only two employees working told me they were closing in 10 minutes as to pursued me to leave and not order. That was strange because it was 6:36pm (based on the timestamp of my receipt) so I guess they close at 6:46pm? I told them our family would just take them to go and eat them at home and not delay them from closing. The two employees were talking to each other while they were taking my order. We spent more than $41 at $8.25 each and got completely different cinnamon rolls than what I ordered and only 4 were input not 5. I pointed out when I got my cinnamon roles they were wrong and that I ordered 5 not 4. They offered me a 5 already made cinnamon role at a charge of $8.25 that wasn't the role we even ordered or wanted. I just took the bag and left with the 4 wrong cinnamon roles.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.
