Based on the presentation and overall vibe of the food, the service likely matches that same level of care and attention to detail. Everything looks thoughtfully plated and timed well--the eggs are cooked perfectly, the hot dishes appear fresh, and the latte is clearly crafted with precision and intention. That usually points to a staff that's attentive and takes pride in what they're serving, not just rushing orders out. The little touches--like the edible flower on the drink, the neatly arranged fruit, and the clean, organized table setup--suggest that the staff pays attention to the guest experience, not just the food. It gives the impression of a place where servers are friendly, present, and mindful without being overbearing. If I had to sum it up: the service seems polished yet relaxed--likely quick enough to keep things flowing, but still warm and detail-oriented, contributing to an overall enjoyable brunch experience.

I got the Rose Petal Spritz and Red Velvet Chicken & Waffle. I had them top it off with real strawberries instead of a compote and I used honey as my syrup. The chicken was a bit hard but the red velvet waffles were lovely. I sat at the bar as the restaurant was pretty packed and loud. I ended up not minding because the server was great.

Came last minute for brunch. Had a Chicken Fried steak and eggs and a Farmers Benedict. Food was fantastic. Absolutely recommend the biscuits and jelly. Service was great. Very attentive. There was a short wait for a table but got seats at the bar. Very cute place, great quality. Will be back.

We loved Fairview Farmers incredible customer service & delicious food. Our first visit was when we had just moved to Texas , it was a memorable experience ... this was our second visit again wonderful experience... We opted for booth since we reached early we got the option of choosing our seats... that set us upfor great mood... We ordered- Farmers' Benedict - five-hour braised short rib / asparagus / goat cheese / two poached eggs / hollandaise sauce / english muffin / potatoes hash brown extra crispy. From their holiday menu - Santa's Shakshouka - Moroccan shakouka sauce / feta cheese /2 sunny side up eggs/ avocado with micro greens & toasted pita bread. Added extra side of toast & country potatoes since I was super hungry... Both the dishes were amazing. Shakshouka was explosion of flavors in the mouth glad I chose this dish. I have eaten various versions of this dish this one adds in my list... This is a local favorite breakfast place so it got full by the end of our breakfast glad we were early to enjoy the breakfast. Ambiance is family friendly & beautifully decorated for the holidays. We love this neighborhood gem very much will be back soon.

Ambience was quiet as we reached quite early. Huge shout out to Arber, who ushered us to our booth and then patiently waited until we got our breakfast order finalized while we sipped on our freshly brewed Coffee! I ordered the Farmer's Benedict with braised short ribs and extra crispy hash browns, while the better half ordered the Santa's Shakshouka with extra side of Farmer's potatoes and a side of Sourdough Bread. The braised short rib was delectable while the poached eggs in my order were cooked perfectly ! The Moroccan spices in the Shakshouka had both of us in a swoon (yes, I could not resist myself and took multiple scoops to taste the dish! ;-) ). We loved our orders and will repeat them in a heart beat in our next visit!

The food here is amazing!! I got the corned beef hash bowl with rosemary potatoes and my wife got the banana split French toast. Both were so delicious! Our server Allie was so sweet and attentive.

This is a good place for breakfast or brunch. Big menu options. Food was served hot and it was also good. Presentation was outstanding and service is excellent. This place gets very busy during hours of operation, but they have plenty of seating. All items are made from scratch! I highly recommend! 9/10 for breakfast/brunch with great prices

Mamma Mia!! Breakfast at chef Linda's Fairview Farmers is the kind of experience that reminds you why simple, well-made food still wins every time. From the moment you walk in, there's a relaxed, welcoming vibe--nothing pretentious, just good people and even better food. The standout is how fresh everything tastes. You can tell the ingredients aren't an afterthought eggs are rich and flavorful, the produce actually tastes like it was picked recently, and even the bread has that perfect balance of crisp outside and soft inside. If you're into classic breakfast, their eggs and bacon are done right--no shortcuts. If you lean toward something heartier, the pancakes and brioche french toast are next level: fluffy, not overly sweet, and clearly made from scratch. LavAzza coffee deserves its own mention--strong, smooth, and constantly refilled without you having to ask, which honestly sets the tone for the whole meal. What really pulls it all together is the atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you can take your time, whether you're catching up with friends or just easing into your morning. No rush, no noise overload just a solid, dependable breakfast spot that feels like a local favorite for a reason. If you're anywhere near Fairview and want breakfast done right, this place isn't just a good option it's an excellent choice.

Love the Urban Chic styling of this place, we stopped by while out running errands. Could see from half a block away it was going to be a wait. No worries, the attentive service and food here is worth the wait. Second time here and will not be the last. I enjoyed a wrap & my fiancé enjoyed a hamburger with fries. Tea and water all around. Thank you for great food, great style & great service. We are looking forward to another visit. Have a great New Year.

I've been coming to Fairview Farmers for years and it's still one of the best breakfast and brunch spots around. My go-to is the poached eggs with biscuit and gravy -- absolutely incredible every time. What really stands out is the pride they take in the food. Every plate that comes out looks like a piece of art. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are balanced, and you can tell the kitchen truly cares about what they're serving. It does get busy on weekends, but that just shows how good it is. If there's a wait, trust me -- it's worth it. Fairview Farmers is the kind of place you keep coming back to.

** CUSTOMER SERVICE ** WARNING!!! UPDATE: I sent a formal email to contact@fairviewfarmers.com to reach out to the owners. Nearly two weeks later -- they never responded. If you get caught in a cross fire with one of their waiters, look out because customer service is not their priority folks! We've been loyal customers of Fairview Farmers for years. This is a place we've proudly recommended to family, friends, and even professional colleagues. My photos are often featured and I've written stellar reviews! Sadly, this last visit has left us questioning whether we'll ever return. While we've had many positive food experiences in the past, this time the customer service was deeply upsetting. Tania, our waitress who was working the counter already had an attitude when she approached us and chose to engage in an unnecessary and public argument over a simple pancake substitution. Instead of handling the situation professionally or kindly, she raised her voice and displayed a level of attitude that was both shocking and humiliating. What made this worse is that we had to de-escalate the situation ourselves by stating we were leaving. Even then, Tania continued the outburst. Another waiter stepped over to her told her to let us go, saying: "They're never coming back, let them go." That tells you a lot about the internal culture. In a truly surreal twist, a kind businessman (visiting from Dubai) who witnessed the entire exchange was so appalled by her behavior that he offered to buy our brunch and asked us to stay. We initially thought he was the owner based on how sincerely he apologized on the restaurant's behalf. He wasn't. But his kindness stood in stark contrast to Tania's behavior. Unfortunately, we chose to stay and tried to enjoy our meal .. but Tania intentionally made it hard for us to enjoy our meal. She hovered, smirked, and stared at us, clearly trying to make us uncomfortable. So I'm left wondering: Where was management? Why is it acceptable for a waitress to act so confidently rude in public? Her behavior made it clear this wasn't a one-time thing -- this was someone who feels empowered to mistreat customers with zero accountability. I hope the owners take this review seriously. If our years of loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion mean anything, we'd ask: do you support this kind of behavior? Is this the culture you stand behind? Our return will depend entirely on how seriously this is addressed.

This review is for to go cake slices only. Previous reviews have established my satisfaction with their brilliant breakfast offerings. First the good: Front of the shop display case full of a delicious looking assortment of cakes. There are probably 8-10 at any one time. Easy to stop in a get to go. The young ladies at the counter are great. They actually take your choices back to the chef, for to go packaging...nice touch Now the not as good. Although they looked fabulous, and have been calling my name Everytime I dine in at FF,the cakes come up short. I'm being slightly generous with the 3 stars just so I don't dilute their Yelp rating. However, for whomever reads this, I recommend you 1) eat desert in2) So you can send it back if it doesn't qualify . This isn't a matter of me " not knowing" how to judge cake,or any other desert. I've had more than my share with the extra pounds to prove it Without really knowing or overanalyzing, my guess is the ingredients aren't quite top self and as a result, these deserts are over priced. You've been warned.

Ask the Community - Fairview Farmers

    Is the patio dog-friendly?

Yes it is! Bigger dogs have to be brought through the side gate and walked around the restaurant but that’s the only small inconvenience. Just talk to the hosts and let them know!

Would you please post a picture of the patio space? Thank you!

    No.

You have area or like a breakfast bar seating for single dinners?

They have a front breakfast bar and one back by the kitchen. I like both but prefer the Kitchen Bar the best.

    Do this restaurant serves mimosas?

Hi Bethany! We sure do! Using only the best fresh-squeezed orange juice and prosecco.

Located in a never-ending strip mall in Allen, we walked in and got our name on the list. It was 11:30 am, so the early church crowd was coming in alongside us. We were told it would be about 30 minutes, but it ended up only being about 10. Inside, Sunview is loaded with Texas décor all over the walls. It feels pretty small, but they definitely take advantage of every corner of the space for seating with their booths and tables. The prices are pretty fair for a brunch spot. One thing that definitely caught me off guard was how many things were on their double-sided menu. It felt like a legal document with how extensive it was. It is definitely overwhelming, but I locked in and ordered a Meat Lover's Omelet. It's filled with bacon, sausage, ham, and American cheese. For my sides, I got hash browns and two pancakes, which is a steal for a $14 omelet. It wasn't long before the food came out, and I crushed the omelet. It needed some salt and pepper personally, but it was pretty good and hearty, especially with the pancakes as a side. The impression from my brother and sister-in-law was that they wanted to come back here often, and I'll probably find myself returning next time I'm in Dallas. Unfortunately, I left disgusted and concerned regarding the cleanliness after witnessing an incident at the counter. I observed an employee drop the lid of a pitcher onto the floor on the customer side of the counter. A customer picked it up and handed it back to the employee, who then placed it back on the pitcher without rinsing it. I said "you do realize that just fell on the floor." She gave me THE NASTIEST look and got an uncalled attitude as she took it and slammed it on the counter. I was just completely shocked and in disbelief. The pitcher had about 2/3 of a mix in it, obviously contaminated now but, I'm sure some unfortunate customers were served it. She didn't go discard it nor did she rinse the lid. I'd love the manager/owner to look at the camera. It was between 1-1:30 pm. The situation was disappointing and concerning from a sanitation standpoint. It raises many red flags on food safety practices, especially since this occurred in full view of customers. I share this feedback so that appropriate training and corrective action can be taken to ensure customer health and safety moving forward.
