    Croissant beignets - a must!

This place was recommended from a friend who know I love brunch! I am so glad she told me about this place! The food is delicious and service was great. We are already planning our next visit. It gets very busy so plan accordingly. Highly recommended!

We live right next to Fairview Farmers, so every time we pass by we always said we will go next week (and that has happened for the last 2 or so years lol). Well today was the day and FF did not disappoint at all! We absolutely loved all the food that we tried. I really liked the Buffalo Ranch bowl and me and my wife loved the pancakes. The quantity was humongous!! It was pretty packed on a friday afternoon and yet the service was super quick. We are definitely coming back for sure

Brunch lovers, add this one to your list! Fairview Farmers has that fun, cozy vibe where you walk in hungry and immediately start trying to figure out how you're going to choose because everything sounds so good. We had the best service! Our server was fantastic, friendly, and made the whole visit even better. Good service can completely change the experience, and this one definitely made us want to come back. The food was delicious, with plenty of brunch favorites, seasonal dishes, comfort food classics, and fun drink options. They're known for their brunch menu, farm-inspired dishes, creative cocktails, and rotating specials that keep things interesting. The atmosphere is what makes this place stand out. It has a relaxed, stylish feel that works for a girls' brunch, date morning, family outing, or just an excuse to treat yourself because sometimes brunch is the whole plan. One thing to know: this place gets packed, especially during peak brunch hours, but it's easy to see why. Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere bring in the crowds. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're looking for a brunch place with good vibes, great service, and plenty of menu options to come back and explore.

Hands down the best brunch I've ever had! Fair warning: the wait can be long on weekends, so get there early, it's worth it. I started with the matcha latte with oat milk and toasted marshmallow syrup, which was so good, and I did not expect it to come with a delicious little madeline garnish. Such a nice touch. We also got the fresh squeezed orange juice, and it tastes exactly like it sounds. So fresh we ended up taking a cup to go. For my entree, I got the corned beef hash bowl and cleaned my plate completely. My fiancé got the Lone Star burrito with a side of sausage gravy and said it was the best breakfast burrito he's ever had, which is saying a lot. We also shared the banana split brioche French toast, and there was so much of it we took some home. Portions are generous and everything tastes made with care. Our server Josh was excellent, too. Attentive, friendly, and he even recommended a few dishes for us to try on our next visit. That kind of service makes the whole experience even better.

Service was impeccable Aiden was attentive and professional. The gluten free pancake I did not like the flavor. However, the cinnamon roll French toast had the right amount of flavor, not too sweet pleasant surprise for my pallet. The bacon was thick, sausage and eggs were prepared the way we like it. The diverse indoor and outdoor spaces are welcoming and cute. The outdoor patio even has a place for your dog to lie down. The lemonade was freshly squeezed and very good. The Lavendsr Mimosa was made well too. The bathroom was clean please beware there are only two stalls and it's small. Be careful opening the door if others are waiting. I do recommend this place.

Fairview Farmers is one of those places that is always brimming with energy and has excellent brunch vibes and ambiance. It's often busy and when you experience it, you'll understand why. The service is great and the food presentation is top notch. I've tried a number of dishes here and opted for the chicken and waffles today. In terms of chicken and waffles I've had in the DFW, I'd rate them here as average - some more seasoning/flavor to the chicken would bring it up a notch. That said, their omelettes are amazing and I'd highly recommend you try them when you visit. Also, the side of grits was quite tasty. All in all, rating them 4 stars for the ambiance, service, and food presentation. Just wouldn't recommend the chicken and waffles, but they have many other delicious dishes to choose from.

You know when you love so much a restaurant that it becomes the place you go to celebrate everyone's birthdays? Well, this is Fairview Farmers for me and my family, haha. I'm patiently waiting for each birthday because I knowwww that's an excuse to have their yummy muffins as well as the amazing food. I still have not tried something I did not love. Also the staff is always so so kind!!!

We loved Fairview Farmers incredible customer service & delicious food. Our first visit was when we had just moved to Texas , it was a memorable experience ... this was our second visit again wonderful experience... We opted for booth since we reached early we got the option of choosing our seats... that set us upfor great mood... We ordered- Farmers' Benedict - five-hour braised short rib / asparagus / goat cheese / two poached eggs / hollandaise sauce / english muffin / potatoes hash brown extra crispy. From their holiday menu - Santa's Shakshouka - Moroccan shakouka sauce / feta cheese /2 sunny side up eggs/ avocado with micro greens & toasted pita bread. Added extra side of toast & country potatoes since I was super hungry... Both the dishes were amazing. Shakshouka was explosion of flavors in the mouth glad I chose this dish. I have eaten various versions of this dish this one adds in my list... This is a local favorite breakfast place so it got full by the end of our breakfast glad we were early to enjoy the breakfast. Ambiance is family friendly & beautifully decorated for the holidays. We love this neighborhood gem very much will be back soon.

The blueberry berry pancakes were amazing! The whip cream is definitely a must!! Service was friendly and helpful. Food portions are large enough to share! The Carmel latte with the whip cream is a must! We found our new breakfast place!

Ambience was quiet as we reached quite early. Huge shout out to Arber, who ushered us to our booth and then patiently waited until we got our breakfast order finalized while we sipped on our freshly brewed Coffee! I ordered the Farmer's Benedict with braised short ribs and extra crispy hash browns, while the better half ordered the Santa's Shakshouka with extra side of Farmer's potatoes and a side of Sourdough Bread. The braised short rib was delectable while the poached eggs in my order were cooked perfectly ! The Moroccan spices in the Shakshouka had both of us in a swoon (yes, I could not resist myself and took multiple scoops to taste the dish! ;-) ). We loved our orders and will repeat them in a heart beat in our next visit!

I got the Rose Petal Spritz and Red Velvet Chicken & Waffle. I had them top it off with real strawberries instead of a compote and I used honey as my syrup. The chicken was a bit hard but the red velvet waffles were lovely. I sat at the bar as the restaurant was pretty packed and loud. I ended up not minding because the server was great.

    Omelets, pancakes, toast

Pros - omelette and filling were delicious, beautiful atmosphere Cons - pancakes were made of cornmeal and dense and dry, potatoes were bland and toast came without condiments, my phone number was taken to be alerted when seating was available and came back 30 min later to be told there was no wait (unprofessional), receipts were mixed up and took them 15 minutes and four different people called out to fix it (what kind of system is this just add a new bill?)

** CUSTOMER SERVICE ** WARNING!!! UPDATE: I sent a formal email to contact@fairviewfarmers.com to reach out to the owners. Nearly two weeks later -- they never responded. If you get caught in a cross fire with one of their waiters, look out because customer service is not their priority folks! We've been loyal customers of Fairview Farmers for years. This is a place we've proudly recommended to family, friends, and even professional colleagues. My photos are often featured and I've written stellar reviews! Sadly, this last visit has left us questioning whether we'll ever return. While we've had many positive food experiences in the past, this time the customer service was deeply upsetting. Tania, our waitress who was working the counter already had an attitude when she approached us and chose to engage in an unnecessary and public argument over a simple pancake substitution. Instead of handling the situation professionally or kindly, she raised her voice and displayed a level of attitude that was both shocking and humiliating. What made this worse is that we had to de-escalate the situation ourselves by stating we were leaving. Even then, Tania continued the outburst. Another waiter stepped over to her told her to let us go, saying: "They're never coming back, let them go." That tells you a lot about the internal culture. In a truly surreal twist, a kind businessman (visiting from Dubai) who witnessed the entire exchange was so appalled by her behavior that he offered to buy our brunch and asked us to stay. We initially thought he was the owner based on how sincerely he apologized on the restaurant's behalf. He wasn't. But his kindness stood in stark contrast to Tania's behavior. Unfortunately, we chose to stay and tried to enjoy our meal .. but Tania intentionally made it hard for us to enjoy our meal. She hovered, smirked, and stared at us, clearly trying to make us uncomfortable. So I'm left wondering: Where was management? Why is it acceptable for a waitress to act so confidently rude in public? Her behavior made it clear this wasn't a one-time thing -- this was someone who feels empowered to mistreat customers with zero accountability. I hope the owners take this review seriously. If our years of loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion mean anything, we'd ask: do you support this kind of behavior? Is this the culture you stand behind? Our return will depend entirely on how seriously this is addressed.

Ask the Community - Fairview Farmers

    Is the patio dog-friendly?

Yes it is! Bigger dogs have to be brought through the side gate and walked around the restaurant but that’s the only small inconvenience. Just talk to the hosts and let them know!

Would you please post a picture of the patio space? Thank you!

    No.

You have area or like a breakfast bar seating for single dinners?

They have a front breakfast bar and one back by the kitchen. I like both but prefer the Kitchen Bar the best.

    Do this restaurant serves mimosas?

Hi Bethany! We sure do! Using only the best fresh-squeezed orange juice and prosecco.

I ended up getting the quesadilla off the kid's menu. Waitress said it was made with one tortilla. I should have asked how big a tortilla. lol It was very small. Too small, imo, for even a kid's menu. More like a toddler menu. Tasted okay. Came with fruit and hashbrowns. The fruit was very good and all of it was fresh. Loved the pineapple. Hashbrowns had a bad flavor-from the grease they squirt on the griddle to cook the hashbrowns and get them crisp. It tasted old. I love hashbrowns and order them a lot when ordering breakfast. I could only take a few bites. The hubs ordered a panini. It came with potato soup. I tried the soup and it was good, but needed more flavor. Probably just needed a tad more salt. Waitress was attentive and patiently waited for us to decide what we wanted. Would probably try this place again if we are back in the area and need a bite to eat.

Located in a never-ending strip mall in Allen, we walked in and got our name on the list. It was 11:30 am, so the early church crowd was coming in alongside us. We were told it would be about 30 minutes, but it ended up only being about 10. Inside, Sunview is loaded with Texas décor all over the walls. It feels pretty small, but they definitely take advantage of every corner of the space for seating with their booths and tables. The prices are pretty fair for a brunch spot. One thing that definitely caught me off guard was how many things were on their double-sided menu. It felt like a legal document with how extensive it was. It is definitely overwhelming, but I locked in and ordered a Meat Lover's Omelet. It's filled with bacon, sausage, ham, and American cheese. For my sides, I got hash browns and two pancakes, which is a steal for a $14 omelet. It wasn't long before the food came out, and I crushed the omelet. It needed some salt and pepper personally, but it was pretty good and hearty, especially with the pancakes as a side. The impression from my brother and sister-in-law was that they wanted to come back here often, and I'll probably find myself returning next time I'm in Dallas. RIYL: More meal options than seats at a restaurant.

Since then, we've had brunch there 3 or 4 times, and every time has been a delight. We've spoke to the owner, a very friendly Armenian gentlemen whose cousin is also involved with the restaurant, as is the owner's daughter and others. Plus, he's been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and a number of the employees have been with him for many years. Bottom line, the guy knows how to run a business. Be warned, though, as others have mentioned, there will be a line, and there's no phoning ahead, going online etc. You'll speak to the man with the clipboard, that's the owner. He'll put your name down and find you when it's your turn. The system works, and it's great. But what of the food? We've brought friends and family and between us all, have sampled easily a dozen dishes or more. My latest brunch was the chicken fried steak, and I ordered it kind of half breakfast, half lunch style. I wanted hashbrowns (extra crispy, and boy, were they delivered that way!) but also wanted fried okra, our server accepted the order with a smile. The steak was tender, well coated with golden brown and delicious crust, and the gravy was thick and well seasoned. Eggs were light and fluffy, and one can see from my picture, those hashbrowns were surely extra crispy. We've also sampled a number of the shop made desserts, and they have all been phenomenal. Bottom line, this is a great locally owned and operated business, where the owner is literally involved and working the floor every day, and they're really doing everything right.

The line wraps around the building which looks promising however, they missed the mark on flavor. If you want pretty pictures and social media "likes" this is the place to go but if you want incredible tasting food i would suggest finding another place. We decided to come here on my birthday since I've been wanting to try it for over a year now but never wanted to deal with the long wait. After a 45 minute wait we finally got the text that our table was ready. We promptly made our way through the rest of people waiting and got inside for the host to tell us we were past our 5 minute window so our table was gone but they would go ahead and sit us somewhere else. I explained we were right outside and came in as soon as we got the notification and even shown them the time stamp on my message that was only 3 minutes ago. The 3 minutes was the time it took for us to fight through the crowd and actually get inside. Where they ended up seating us was incredibly cramped and the whole time we felt like we were completely in the way of the servers or had people walking by brushing against us or nearly knocking stuff off our table. I started with the seasonal tiramisu latte, it was beautifully presented but very awkward to drink with all the garnishes. Once i got to the actual drink it tasted like your standard pot coffee, not espresso, and the layering was terrible. The coffee at the bottom was still hot while the milk of top was cold. I tried mixing it up and all that did was melt the ice leaving me with a watered down bland tasting latte that was luke warm. Next, i got the birria burrito with rosemary potato's. Similarly when it came out it was beautifully plated. Upon tasting, it was the most bland and unseasoned burrito I've ever had. My wife got the lemon curd french toast, unfortunately it was not as picture perfect as there was a hair on the plate when it came out. She also mentioned that the french toast needed more flavor, only the top piece had any lemon on it leaving the remaining 2 slices completely bare and boring. Our server was incredibly nice and accommodating, when we got our check she asked if it was our first time, which it was, so she asked how we liked everything. I mentioned that it was alright but a bit under-seasoned to which she replied that they have received several complaints about under seasoning but that everyone has different taste and therefore they season everything lightly. Based on that, it seems like their chef has different taste than everyone else and that taste is bland. It's disappointing that they hit all the marks except the most important one, flavor. I think this place could be incredible if they would just added more salt to everything and season their food appropriately. I understand some people have different taste, but if your getting consistent feedback that the food is lacking flavor, maybe you should try and fix it. Pictures and decor will only get a restaurant by for so long before the trends move on.

I ordered their French toast and two sunny side up eggs with extra crispy bacon. I asked her twice to please make it super crispy. The best part about my breakfast ended being my plain sunny side up eggs. Followed by the thin, soft grilled bacon that somehow came not crispy and lastly the French toast. Three dry, D-R-Y pieces of toast, with no custard flavor or moistness. It was almost just plain toast with a side of fruit compote, not what was served to the influencer on that reel. I powered through one toast and left the other two, because they were m not worth the calories. In the couple of times we saw our server, she asked how was the food and I told her about the toast, (this was at almost the end of our meal) as a suggestion. She said she would have it made gain, and she did in about 10-15 min, so that was great, but her good intentions felt short when the French toast was still dry, although with a slight soft top. Imagine barely toasted toast with powered sugar. Sigh. My friends breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon and fruit was unremarkable too. Service was 5/10'just because she tried to correct the kitchen issue (although late). Overall with tip we spent $50 for a meal not up to par with other great breakfast restaurants in the area,, a complete let down as the place looks amazing and the patio was so inviting. If the food had been at least as good as Morning Bliss, Cracked & Crepe,, Brunch at Lilly's, Frisco Starwood or Biscuit just to name a few great ones, this place would become our new go to place, based on ambiance and the patio, but it just missed the high bar by a lot. I feel sometimes, influencers get invited and the food they are served in a reel is not what two ladies in their 50's get. Pity.
