2.5 stars. Everyone who works here is lovely...they are wonderful. The cookie ..fairy mediocre. Not really cooked all the way through. The frosting was horribly tooooooo sweet. The cookie would have been great had it just been cooked properly. And honestly I think that more of the cinnamon toast crunch would have made the cookie more texturally interesting....since it was so undercooked...that center crunch helped boost it. So possibly a bit more of that would counter the sort of mushy encounter I had. read more

This is a good Crumbl location! Although it's smaller and less busy than other locations, I have found the checkout process to be fast and easy, and employees are friendly. I have also found that some Crumbl locations will overcook the cookies, making them harder than what I consider enjoyable, but they were baked well here. The store itself is clean and decorated well. They even have a photo of the first ever Crumbl - so cute! I will definitely be back when I see a cookie on the rotation I want to try. I LOVED the peaches and cream cookie. It was huge and so good! read more

Was in the area and decided to stop by Crumbl as I've never been. Upon entering, there was no welcome or explanation of what was available. I ended up ordering, quickly, so I could leave. I purchased the three mini cookies (two milk chocolate chip, one caramel apple). The cookies itself were ok. I wont return to this location due to the lack of customer service but may try another one.. potentially. read more

Customer service was great. The staff was incredibly nice and got my order together quick! Cookies were delicious!!

These have become a family favorite. You have to watch which one are sold out on line when you order. If the cookies you want are there order right away, if not wait a little while and they may come back in stock. That happened for us with the pumpkin pie cookie. We have found as long as you like the flavor profile description you will like the cookie. We have not been disappointed and I don't want to admit how many we have ordered. read more

I have been passing by this place for a few months and yesterday, I finally decided to go in. Just got the 4 pack. I had the cookie with chocolate chips yesterday. Oh my, it was so good. Specially since it was warm, the chocolate chips was soft and the cookie was chewy. I like that it's not too sweet. My husband had the cookie with white frosting. He liked it . But his was cold, more like a pie. I think it's called key lime pie. The oatmeal cookie with white frosting was also good. I have yet to try the last cookie i bought, it has peanut butter snickers, i am sure it would be very good too. The staff service was very good. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. The cookies are delicious , so now that my sweet tooth has tasted , it will start craving for it. Ugghh... should have kept my distance...too late now. read more

Updating this review because the buttermilk pancake cookie absolutely blew my mind. Hands down one of the best cookies I've ever had!! I put it in the microwave for about 12 seconds and it was absolutely PERFECT. So soft and luscious on the inside! Absolutely melted in my mouth. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and butteriness!! Not quite sure how they pulled this off, but it completely embodied all of the flavors of the perfect pancake! I went back twice in a week and had to hold myself back from buying a million of them each time because it was just that good!! I am still thinking about it now and probably will everyday until it comes back on the menu again. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!! read more

Great service and kind staff! They did run out of some of the items but it happens. Crumbl is always a great treat to grab

First time to Crumbl ever. I Ordered for pickup on the app 4 cookie box + 1 extra cookie. Cookies & Cream - too sweet for me but I was already expecting that. I would have loved if the topping was a bit more of a stiff frosting. If you're into Oreos and sweet then this is for you. 3.5/5 Honey Bun - reminds me of snickerdoodle, nice thickness just a tad of sweet glaze. Not too overly sweet as a whole. Would recommend 5/5 Cowboy (oatmeal) - So good. A mix of crunch & softness. Topped with shredded coconuts & walnuts I believe . The chocolate inside was melted and gave the cookie gooeyness. Good amount of sweet. 5/5 Raspberry Donut - Unique and very well done. The jam ontop is like preserves and the powdered sugar wasnt overly done. I would 100% get this again. Has that underbaked texture that pairs nicely with this flavor combo. 5/5 Chocolate Chip - A classic, delicious chunkiness and thick. I like the underbaked quality making them moist and soft. 5/5 Store was not busy at 11:40am on a Tuesday. Service was nice, professional, and they even gave my 2 year old a sticker. Super cute, I appreciate any interaction with my children. Thank you Plano location! read more

Due to a really bad prior experience here I avoid this location all together. I was 4 minutes away from this location and against my better judgement I placed an online order. Got to this location to pick up my order at 9:09pm last night. Lights were off and no one was there. There was a sign posted with new hours of operation. They should have turned their online ordering off and adjusted their hours on the app. I tried calling at 11am this morning. No one answered but I left a vm explaining the situation and requested a call back so someone could refund my money. No one ever called me back. I went back into the app and figured out how to cancel my order thankfully. Just as before, no one cared enough to reach out. I don't care how close I am to this location, I will never order from this location again. read more

I ordered a 4 pack to be delivered. I've heard great things about these cookies and thought I'd give it a try. The box was just dropped on my porch. No sealed bag or box. Just a small sticker placed haphazardly in the middle. Good thing I grabbed them quickly. 2 of the iced ones looked melty and the Banana Cream Pie had very dark slices of bananas...almost black. Can't believe they'd serve that. Very unappetizing. Not worth $15. Been there, done that, not worth the shirt. read more

I think, that if you're paying $22 for 6 cookies, the very least they could do is provide good customer service. The guy at the counter barely said a word to us. He didn't greet us as we came in the door, asked what we wanted with no enthusiasm at all and then turned away and made a couple of orders for people that had ordered ahead of us online. I'm not asking to be treated like royalty, I'm asking to be welcomed into a business like I am valued. These cookies are so expensive. Make us feel like you appreciate our business. read more

Crumbl Cookies is the new rage here in Plano. Nicely decorated interior and an interesting concept... make 6 different flavors a week and make them decedent. Cookies were made to order and the store was filled with patrons, coming and going the entire time we were there. We were excited to try the half dozen cookies we ordered for around $20 with tip. Yes, the girl behind the counter asked me how much we would like to tip the bakers. Here came the let-down. The cookies seemed to be undercooked across the board, very soggy and doughy. The fruit cookie was actually so soggy it fell apart in your hands, you couldn't even pick it up. Overall theses cookies were extremely sweet and all tasted very similar... like sweet. We got these for a birthday party and between 6 people, only 4 cookies were partially eaten. That speaks for itself. My daughter thought we should give this review one star. Your concept has merit, it's just the product that we didn't like. read more

In response to the business owner.. I DID reach out to 1-844-488-0770 with no luck. I drove up to Plano last night - wasted time, gas, and tolls. The lady inside was swamped. She was nice and refunded me and gave me free cookies for the inconvenience. However, I shouldn't have to drive to get a refund. Someone needs to answer the phone. Customer support needs to text back. The system is broken. If you can't meet the demand of customers, something needs to change. read more

I was driving by and decided to pick up some cookies since the store is new. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and Samoa cookies. They are okay; I wish the frosting on the strawberry shortcake was more evenly spread out over the whole cookie instead of concentrated centrally. The cookie itself is on the softer side and slightly cake like with all the topping. There were ~10 people behind the counter on a Tuesday so it seems like they're working things out. These would be a nice snack for someone to bring to an office or party/event. read more

Ordered delivery for a birthday! Didn't get the cookies I wanted. They just gave me whatever they had left. They were hard and even the box was janky. The birthday girl was disappointed. Tried calling the store, no one answered and I tried the text. I see why all the negative reviews are here. I should have listened. Still wanting a refund Update. Called and they said they would give me a refund. Hopefully I'll get it this week. I tired to order cookies again. Got delivered to my house and it was like this. Best location yet! Someone please tell me why I blinked and my box of cookies were ready! The hype isn't a joke, you can worry about those calories later Susan! I absolutely love the staff here! They are so fast and waste no time dilly dallying! I was so surprised to get my order so quickly that I had to let the employees know how impressed I was! Love, love, love! Horrible service horrible cookies, always sold out and they have a really big attitude. They have to remember that this is a cookie spot for kids they make you feel very uncomfortable specially, the lady that took our order kept rolling her eyes like we was crazy. It's a simple thing a box of cookies will never come back to this location plus they had flies all over very gross and unsanitary, the cookie icing was on the table with flies on it, and there was mopping, and after she got done mopping, she grabbed the cookie icing to make cookies without washing her hands very unsanitary, horrible horrible experience my daughter was crying because I didn't let her eat the cookies after she mopped the floor and made cookies waste of $25 very disappointed and she was giving my eight years old daughter a attitude, and my daughter was crying read more

I love Crumbl Cookie!! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends. If you like cookies you definitely needs to go check them out

I don't visit regularly indulge but love a good cookie every once in a while. I had been seeing the Celebration Cake advertised all week and finally had a chance to stop by and purchase some. In addition, my husband was excited to try the Peanut Butter Snickers & Shortbread Twix. But when I stopped by at 4pm, they were out of all the flavors but chocolate chip, Oreo, and sugar. Since the sign on the door said they were open for other 8 hours (midnight) I asked if they would be making more cookies and the guy behind the counter told me No. They had what they had for the night. Priding yourself for baking in house and then having no plan to replenish stock is disappointing. read more

This place is so delicious that there's a line out the door! I ordered my selections online through their easy-to-use app, then went immediately to pick up the cookies via their curbside feature. The menu changes weekly, but there's always a great variety of delicious cookies available; some served warm and some served cool. Today, we chose: Orange Creamsicle, Confetti, Buckeye, and Milk Chocolate Chip! The Orange Creamsicle cookie was served cold and they were all very tender and soft. Despite the fact that there were many people waiting in the line to get in, the curbside pickup only took a couple of minutes. Such a great treat! read more

Amazing cookies, terrible service. Ordered/pre-paid online 5 HOURS ahead of pickup time. Walked in and went straight to "pick up" counter. There were a couple of people in front of me placing their orders, so I patiently waited before telling the staff that I'm "just picking up an order". After waiting for 10 minutes, they finally acknowledged that I was waiting. They then took my name and then continued working on other orders for walk-ins. When you order and pay online with a pickup time, you expect the process to be expedited... I waited for 30 MINUTES for a PRE-PAID, ONLINE ORDER with a scheduled pickup time. It should have gone like this... 1. walk in 2. say the name on the order 3. receive cookies 4. walk out That's it. Figure out a better system to decrease wait time for pickup orders. The cookies deserve 5 stars. read more

So... cookies. Really HUGE cookies. My problem with this place is I find most of the cookies SO dry! And frankly, the frosting only saves some of them. (And none of those are the chocolate cookies, by the way.) They have A LOT of rotating flavors, which is great if you like variety or can't ever make up your mind. However, it's a real annoyance if you have a favorite, because it could be weeks/months till you get it again! A lot of people rave about them... but dry cookies??? (Then again, maybe that's just this location?) I just feel very meh about them. read more

Always a great place place to pack up treats for the office or clients. Delivery is awesome too.

I love coming here every now and then for a quick little treat. Today I grabbed some cookies after work. The service is usually pretty quick, or at least during the times I've stopped by. The flavors are pretty hit or miss, though. Sometimes they feel a little bland, though I personally don't mind too much since I love the sugariness and sweetness the cookies have. I enjoy the chewy texture the cookies normally have, too. The only real complaint I have is that sometimes when I'm handed the box, it'll be sticky or have icing residue. Can't be helped too much, but maybe wiping them first would be nice. read more

When this franchise location first opened I found the quality of their cookies everything they were advertised and rated to be... excellent! The next visit, not so much and each visit since (about 3 or 4 more) the quality continued to decline. The cookies were not the texture or level of moisture (especially the chocolate chip cookie) they should have been. They were not warm and too dry. During this same time period I was able to get Crumbl cookies from a different franchise location and they were much better... what I expected. Obviously, there is something wrong with the way the Plano location is being managed. And I'm not the only one giving this location bad reviews. If I were the franchisor I would be all over this location to get their act together. They are giving Crumbl a bad "name." Today was the last straw of trying give the Plano location another chance. Here's what happened: I used the online app to order 4 of the Mom's recipe cookies at about 3:30 pm for pickup between 5-5:30. I paid for the order at time of placing the order. At about 5:20 I walked into the store to pickup my order and was told they were sold out of those cookies! What's the point of ordering and paying for the order in advance. I felt I had a "contract" with this store to provide me with my order when I said I would be there to pick it up. They broke that contract. Yes, they refunded the purchase, but nothing else offered for my inconvenience. This reminds me of the days you'd make a rental car reservation only to arrive at your destination and find out there aren't any cars available! What's the point of making a reservation!?!? What's the point of placing and paying for an order of Crumbl cookies ahead of time only to arrive at the store and being told they are sold out. You were supposed to set aside 4 of those cookies for me! By the way, as I was writing this review I jumped over to the Crumbl app and started to place another order for 4 Mom's recipe cookies from the Plano store. Guess what, it was allowing me to place the order even though the store was sold out! Apparently, this franchisee and/or the franchisor doesn't care about customer service or quality control. What do they care as long as they sell out of inventory. I will never frequent this franchisee location again. And since the next closest Crumbl location is over 6 miles away and out of my way, I won't be buying Crumbl cookies anytime soon. read more
