This is a small shop with limited seating in a nice location. I got the small vitality bowl which did have great flavor! The fruit seemed really fresh but there wasn't enough granola for my liking. The small is pretty small but could be perfect size for a snack. My friend tried the vitality wrap and it was pretty good as is! If you're vegetarian it's a good fresh and sizable option. We did not wait long for our food. read more

Great experience with Vitality Bowls!! Great customer service and food. Attention to detail in a large order!

I always order the Vitality bowl, it's my favorite. The service was good, and the bowl is always fresh. :-)

Horribly slow service. If you must come to this place make sure you a lot foelr at least a 30 min wait time to order and get your food...minimum! The wait time is not worth the price and quality of the food. read more

Vitality bowl, your superfood cafe. The avocado toast was a slam dunk. The amount of complements used to construct it felt like I was eating a work of art. I know the young folk are into açaí bowls so I wanted to see what the hype was. The cost isn't on the let's do this daily side. The toast and bowl cost close to twenty dollars YET quality ingredients are a premium. The young man who worked the front was very congenial and gave suggestions on what to try based on flavors I was seeking. When the bowl came out, I gave some feedback to how the order was incorrect. The young man immediately took steps to make another bowl. During this time, the manager came into and I found his approach to be lackluster. He asked the timeline of when my initial bowl had gone wrong but it didn't feel apologetic in tone. My feedback on how to make it right was noted by the young man and I appreciate his enthusiasm. Based on that, I would still give this place a try but I know their competition is stiff. Popular bowls include the breakfast, vitality, nutty, and the tropical bowls! read more

Okay so I was skeptical about this healthy food. But thought I'd give it a try. I got the Pannini with chicken, mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, super greens. Minus the Dijon and added pesto. It was hot and crunchy and juicy and delicious. Best sandwich I've had in awhile. I will definitely be back. It was clean and service was friendly. It take a bit of time. This is not fast food as everything is made to order. read more

This place was awful the moment I stepped in the door. They had 4 people working and I had an overwhelming feeling that I should just walk out. After getting ignored twice and not greeted, I was finally able to place my order and when it came time for payment, they gal didn't know how to use the app, so she got the manager/owner. This man was incorrect with his information - telling me to claim all the funds for the item I ordered and then give him the code. After waiting 10 minutes in an empty business, I was handed this tiny cup. I've never gotten a cup. It's vitality bowl.. what the hell is this? I was ripped off, my time was wasted, and here is my pregnant wife's lunch... how do you even eat this $9 smidge? read more

Healthier lifestyle food! Very nice cozy, clean,& simple atmosphere. They have açaí bowls, salad & grains, wraps , paninis, smoothies, fresh juice & kids menu. I didn't get food this visit. But plan to go back & try some soon. I ordered a small intensifier juice to-go. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. They have a small seating area so not suitable for large parties to eat inside. They have curbside pickup, for your convenience for orders to go! A little on the pricey side. Small juice is about $7 and a salad is $12.99. read more

I have enjoyed many vitality bowls locations and frequent this one due to its convenience. However, after a recent order and the way my concerns were handled, I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the customer service. My order of a grilled cheese was burned and when i called letting the store know, rather than being met with quality customer service, the person who answered the phone proceeded to explain that the condition of the sandwich was the standard that they approve? This didn't make sense as the picture shown on the menu was different than what I was given. To me, I felt that whoever I spoke to should have taken into value my concerns and sought a resolution that exemplified customer satisfaction. read more

Horrible customer service. It's obvious how important "my dollars" are after patiently waiting for those ahead of me but seeing someone come in well after me, who ordered more than me, and yet received her food before me. The employee knew it was wrong and told me my food was coming. 1 smoothie, 1 small bowl, 1 panini = $30 and more than 20 min wait. I was the very last person in the store. Never again! Back to Tropical Smoothie Cafe! read more

Superfood bowl was the best tasting bowl I've ever had. Little pricey but was well worth it. Thanks!

Super nice Açaí restaurant. Been here a couple times and it's great every since time. Staff is welcoming and fast in their service. Tropical bowl (large) was 13.49 and vitality (large) 12.49. I got the medium tropical açaí bowl and it was DELICIOUS. I signed for the app so I got $3 off my first purchase which was lovely. I would say it's worth the $12 without the coupon tho. it's a huge bowl that could easily be spilt between 2 people. I'll be back. read more

I had a great experience here! I got the dragon smoothie and I can feel my body thanking me for drinking something so fresh and filled with superfoods. The smoothie isn't thick--it's got more of a juice feel to it but I think that's because they use real fruit instead of flavoring like chain smoothie places. Prices are to be expected for a health food place. $8 smoothies and $12 Açaí bowls. The bowls looked HUGE though, so I think you get your money's worth. They have some bar seating that looked nice to do some work at. The blenders are in the back, and you can hardly hear them so it has a coffee shop feel. read more

This place has the best Açaí bowls around. They have a large variety but the Nutty Bowl is my favorite. Since I introduced my husband to it, we've been coming back almost daily. Terrible service! The indian manager is horrendous! One of the young girls made a mistake and he took it upon himself to physically pull them aside and yell at them! Yelling at these teenage girls and making them cry in front of us!! Very unprofessional. I believe his name was Krishna. I've tried this place twice and both times, the presumable owner made me wait 10-20 minutes, it was a very simple order both times he kept assuring me that the my order was 2 minutes away and all the while I could hear him yelling at his employees in the kitchen. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPPRECIATLIVE OF HIS EMPLOYEES. I noticed the owner raising his voice and arguing with an employee at the register as I was placing my order. The food was good i guess, but the ownership made a very uncomfortable environment. read more
