Service was not that long considering she was the only one and did it all in that drive thru. I think it would help if she gets another person to help though . I also didn't like that once you pull up to pay she hands you out a QR code to scan and tells you to do it and give 5 stars and no need to write anything. I don't work that way. This place is managed horribly. Ordered on line one morning at work. Order went through and I never got my order. When I got off work I went by to see why and found out the person who was supposed to open hadn't showed up for work. I asked for my money back and was told it would take 5-10 days. 2 weeks later I finally got my money back. Yesterday I ordered on line for a delivery. Never got it. This time the DoorDash driver said he handed it to me. He did not!!! DoorDash said I had to contact him. Suprise, his VM is full and cannot accept messages. Even though I didn't order through DoorDash, Jamba will not refund me. It was a $46 order. Never again.buyer beware. read more

Ordered from here through door dash and requested a drink that they apparently don't have but is on their menu in person, online and on the app... make it make sense. If it's not available take it off! Why do I have to place a whole online order with a few more items just because I was already placing a drink order for my door dash driver to deliver it without my drink . Just to find out yall don't make it anymore but don't have the COMMON courtesy to call and let the customer know. Just to let me find out after arrival and having to call multiple call centers to complain. Ordered a nasty burrito and waffle just because and tipped my driver for nothing cause had I known I'd of cancelled the whole thing. Terrible decision making and management. Tired to grab a drink twice from here last week. Once on the 20th and once on the 21st and both times there is a hand drawn sign on the board that they are closed due to labor issues. I'm sure there's 3 sides to the story on why this is, but at the end of the day ownership will need to get it sorted to prevent this in the future. Good Luck. read more

I love that they have a drive-thru. We stopped by to get a smoothie. We had a Razzmatazz & Kids Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Both were good. I love their carrot juice. The staff was friendly and service was quick. We will definitely be back to this location. read more

This Jamba Juice is only a drive through and walk up window, but it makes that super convenient for a quick trip. They also recently opened so they were offering $2 off any smoothie or bowl- which makes it pretty cheap. The drive through did take a while to go through, but the line was pretty long and they just opened so I can't blame them. Super happy that a Jamba finally opened in McKinney! It's amazing how many dairy-free options they have here! They've always had alternative milk and I love the addition of oat milk "ice cream" for their birthday cake and pumpkin smoothies that they've recently offered. Their drinks are always up to par and all of the employees are so friendly! Definitely would recommend coming here whether you're in the mood for something healthy, sweet, or just fruity! I love the smoothies at this place. But this store is particularly unprofessional closing down all the time before posted closing hours. If your store says it's open till seven, I expect to be able to pull into the store at 6:50 and place an order. You should not close your drive-through until 7 PM because that's the posted hours. If you want to close down at 6:30, then make your posted business hours 6:30 PM. Totally ridiculous and several times my husband and I have experienced this coming to the store. The servers aren't the most happy go lucky but apparently everyone is allowed to have bad days. Don't hold it against them. Only dropping a star because it's so much slower than any other location. Love this new Jamba Juice concept. It's a very small stand alone juice stand with a drive thru and walk up window. We came at 8pm on a Sunday and there were two cars in front of us. Service was quick and friendly. Jamba Juice is a national chain of fruit smoothies. Wife and I love their drinks and were happy to learn of this new location. I had the Strawberries Wild and Wife the Caribbean Passion. They were on point. Exactly as we expected and have come to love. read more

This is by far the absolute worst smoothie I have ever had in my life. My son had his adenoids out today and I thought he would like something cold. Put it this way neither one of us had more than one sip. They were sour and had no flavor what so ever. When I called to tell them I was not going to pay for these smoothies no body answered the phone. So I guess I'll be going back up there tomorrow to get my money back because that was a complete waste of $11.24. McDonald's has better smoothies. read more

I come here over planet smoothie because of the drive through and the açaí bowls. I was greeted quickly and said I wanted a bowl he responds with we are out of açaí. Okay I'll take the primo bowl. Went here today with a fundraiser card I had used here before for a buy one get one smoothie. I give the girl at the window my fundraiser card first and then my credit card for payment, after a few minutes she hands me back both cards and says the fundraiser card didn't work so she charged me full price. I asked her why she did that? She said because the fundraiser card didn't work. I asked for a manager and she called who I assume is the owner. I spoke with the lady who took my number and said she would reimburse me for one of the drinks but also let me know that since she didn't issue the discount cards she won't take them in the future. There were cars behind me and the ow er asked if she could just Zelle me since her staff didn't know how to do a reimbursement. I asked would she do this now? She said yes she wanted to make sure the cars behind me were helped I said ok, gave her my number again, and drove off. Do you think I ever got the Zelle? Nope. I don't really like being lied to.
