Staff friendly and funny! Ambiance cheerful and HAPPY! Power Green drink is delicious and has some great ingredients. I feel healthier and better after drinking it. I love the fresh simple flowers they always make me smile. Thanks for another good visit.

I was so impressed by this place! We were visiting Dallas and my husband found The Original Chop Shop after seeing it recommended in a bunch of Reddit threads -- props to him, because it totally delivered. Especially while traveling, we were really craving something fresh, healthy, and nutrient-packed, and this place hit all the boxes. I ordered the Thai Coconut Chicken Bowl and it was excellent -- super satisfying, with great flavor. My 18-month-old daughter got the kid's Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and devoured it. The portion was huge, so she probably ate a third of it and we happily finished the rest. We My husband got the steak sandwich and was blown away -- the steak was grilled perfectly and full of flavor. He also grabbed one of their juices for an immune boost (because, travel), and it actually tasted good -- not always the case with those kinds of drinks! The staff greeted us with friendly faces and were so kind and welcoming. We decided to try a chocolate chip cookie, which was insanely good -- so much so that I went back for a toffee one and another chocolate chip. The toffee one was more like an oatmeal cookie with a hint of toffee -- not really my thing. If you're going for cookies, definitely go chocolate chip! The vibe of the place was great -- clean, cozy, and inviting. The only downside is that it's a cashless spot, but honestly, that seems to be the way the world's going. Other than that, I can't recommend this place enough. We'll probably go back again before our trip ends because it just hit the spot -- fresh, flavorful, and delicious. P.S. come to Las Vegas- we'd love you there!!!!

This visit was worth a review. As someone with a lot of food allergies, whenever I've previously visited this restaurant I'm usually disappointed and have to return due to an ingredient not clearly specified on the menu. The staff are always accommodating and understanding and that really makes up for the experience. I finally decided to keep it simple and noticed a menu item that looked safe enough to try with minimal modifications. The Hot Honey Chicken bowl is satisfying!

    Kiosk
    Goodness I.

Had a great experience here! Everyone behind the counter was very helpful, patient, and informative. They have kiosks that you can order at, as well as ordering at the counter. Plenty of seating places and food came fairly quickly. My salad was so yummy, fresh, and flavorful. One thing that was kinda odd, the whole salad was chopped and mixed except for the avocado and chicken at the top. Anyways, will definitely be back:)

Food was really good and the service was quick. All the servers are nice & smiling. Somebody always rounds and check on you. They offer lots of good choices and the place was clean.

Thai Coconut Chicken Bowl GF and Hot Honey Chicken Hummus Bowl

We were quite hungry and hence wanted something quick. Original ChopShop was quick, the ingredients were fresh and the food was so flavorful. We got one Hot Honey Chicken bowl and a Thai Coconut Chicken bowl with roasted veggies and sweet potato hash. The different elements in both bowls paired well and the sauces tied together the different components. They were quite filling and you're getting your value for money with these bowls!

    Beautiful restaurant!

My mom and I decided to swing by here on a whim and it did not disappoint! The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and filled with wonderful workers who want to help you have a great experience. After contemplating so many yummy choices, we decided to get the Thai Coconut Chicken protein bowl to share. (We just needed a snack to hold us over for a late lunch). It was filled with delicious veggies, fully cooked rice, and it came with an excellent peanut sauce. The price is a little high, but for the ingredients and the *cleaner* quality of food you get, it's worth it. I wish we had one nearer to us or we would be here more often! So glad we decided to try something new today!

    The Shrimp Chili Lime Bowl

While my husband and I were visiting family in Texas, we wanted to eat something healthy so we checked out this eatery and ordered some delicious food. My Shrimp Chili Lime Bowl was so very good. I wish they had this in NY! If you're in town you have to try it, it's worth it!

Didn't want to go here since they opened due to the prices. Finally tried it and its a lot of food for what you pay AND the quality is there. Had the soy sesame sirlion powerbowl with sweet potato hash and it was phenomenal. The steak was tender and packed with flavor. The veggies were seasoned well. I had it for three meals.

    Kale + Quinoa Salad

I was feeling something nice and healthy and found this place on Yelp. Literally everything on their menu is so healthy looking--you can't go wrong! I got the Kale + Quinoa Salad and it was delicious!! All the ingredients were really fresh and since I got it to-go, the packaging was also done well. I got three other dishes for my family (not pictured), and it seems they liked it too. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken over sweet potato hash, the Spicy Korean Steak over rice, and the kids' cheese & chicken quesadillas. Note that the portions are not that big for the price, but I thought it was well worth it for the quality of food. My salad was $10 before tax, which I would say is very reasonably priced when compared to some other overpriced salad shops. The interior was also super cute and aesthetic--I will definitely be coming here to dine in when COVID is over! In the meantime, I will probably be ordering takeout or maybe using their outdoor seating!

Located in a never-ending strip mall in Allen, we walked in and got our name on the list. It was 11:30 am, so the early church crowd was coming in alongside us. We were told it would be about 30 minutes, but it ended up only being about 10. Inside, Sunview is loaded with Texas décor all over the walls. It feels pretty small, but they definitely take advantage of every corner of the space for seating with their booths and tables. The prices are pretty fair for a brunch spot. One thing that definitely caught me off guard was how many things were on their double-sided menu. It felt like a legal document with how extensive it was. It is definitely overwhelming, but I locked in and ordered a Meat Lover's Omelet. It's filled with bacon, sausage, ham, and American cheese. For my sides, I got hash browns and two pancakes, which is a steal for a $14 omelet. It wasn't long before the food came out, and I crushed the omelet. It needed some salt and pepper personally, but it was pretty good and hearty, especially with the pancakes as a side. The impression from my brother and sister-in-law was that they wanted to come back here often, and I'll probably find myself returning next time I'm in Dallas. "For Dad": For the name, the portion size felt a little small and the dish itself is pretty simple. You can choose between bacon or sausage, and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. We happened to meet the friendly owner, John, while walking by one afternoon and mentioned we were from out of town looking for a place to host our event. He told us they rent out the restaurant in the evenings. Many of our guests were staying at the nearby Denizen Hotel, which made the location incredibly convenient. I have to say John Zhang and the entire team went above and beyond to make our event special, fun and stress-free. The food was absolutely excellent. I'll admit, I was a little unsure at first since it's known as a breakfast restaurant, but the quality and quantity exceeded all expectations -- kudos to the chef! The drinks were great, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere was so fun and welcoming. As an added bonus, there happened to be an outdoor concert that evening, so many of our guests enjoyed sitting on the patio listening to live music. It made the night even more memorable. We were looking for a good taqueria in Allen and found it here. This is a cozy place with about 10+ tables, playing Mexican music videos, etc. (but not loud enough to interfere with conversation). To try things out, we ordered their grilled cebolla/jalapeño combo, and 4 tacos -pastor, chorizo, barbacoa, & lengua (see photos). These are Mexican Street taco style with 2 corn tortillas. I tried the pastor, chorizo & barbacoa - they were all excellent! Served with onion, cilantro, lime slices and radish slices. Very high quality! I would be happy to eat any of them again, but would probably quadruple down on the pastor because it was just great (and I am a pastor fan - I am still in search of the El Tizoncito style al pastor tacos that you can find in DF, but until I do, these will keep me happy). While I can eat lengua (if I can't find pastor), but my wife is a connoisseur and she liked them (and messaged a friend about them).
