Manager tells me they can't refund individual items because I redeemed points for a part of my order and I'd have to reach out to corporate, unless I wanted a full refund on the entire order. Yes. Obviously I want the full refund. After missing part of my order, finding a HUMAN HAIR in my food, and having to drive back, a full refund should've been common sense.
