Went to a lunch here and this place was super cute and quaint. Loved the open concept in seeing the kitchen. One of those order at the counter and sit places; not my favorite styles to order because I feel rushed; but the wait staff was very attentive so it made it feel like a traditional sit down spot. I'm not usually a sandwich/salad orderer; but that was the basis of their menu. I ordered the avocado BLT with the broccoli salad. The salad was just okay. I wasn't a fan of the flavors. The sandwich was pretty tasty. This place definitely is the go to around town for a quick lunch and go. My gf and were meeting up for our birthday and after we ate we were obviously chatting and catching up; but we were asked to leave because there people waiting. Guess we lost track of time.

Fish Tacos with a side Caesar salad- house made dressing .

Ate dinner last evening at Toasted Walnut because they advertised Christmas Carolers and I thought it would be a festive holiday treat. While the singers were in period costumes and their voices were incredible, the food and service stole the show for me. I had the fish tacos and the guys had Wagyu burger with house made chips. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. I came for an evening of holiday spirit, but I'll be back for the food and service.

This place is fantastic! From the really cool private booths, to the chandeliers everywhere, the esthetic is amazing. My wife and I ordered hot pimiento cheese dip, the brisket patty melt and the brisket tacos and they were fantastic. The food is as good as the atmosphere. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food. The service was excellent. The staff was kind and attentive! If you're in the Celina area it is a must try!

Toasted Walnut Table and Market is some of the best food on Celina square. We are regulars here. Service is professional and kind. Ambiance is homey and welcoming. Small town vibes. Casual. We have visited Toasted Walnut around six or seven time and we have yet to have anything terrible here. Quality really shines in this place. You can tell it's fresh. I am a fan of the Wagyu burger ( One of the best burgers in town...dare I say it) , I love their homemade ranch with their fries, turkey sandwich, Brisket Patty Melt, and Hot Chicken Sandwich. I hope they add the chicken tenders to their regular menu (it was a special). Place is a gem for sure. 10/10

Hot Pimento Cheese Dip with homemade chips.

This was our first time here and we loved it! We ordered the hot pimento cheese with homemade chips, the Wagyu burger, and chicken salad. My mouth is still watering from that burger. And, we loved the pimento cheese so much that we ordered one to take home. The place is very cute and the workers were all very friendly. If we lived closer, we would come and try other items on the menu. It all looked so good.

We ordered takeout from here on a week night. The place was surprisingly packed at 6:30pm on a Wednesday. We ordered the pimento starter, nashville chicken and the Turkey sandwich. I was surprised to find out they had gluten free bread! The pimento cheese dip was very good. The chips however didn't have the best flavor. They almost had an over cooked taste. The Turkey sandwich was very good! It had a nice spicy kick to it. I was shocked that the gluten free bread didn't just fall apart when I picked it up. The food here was very good. I'd definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area!

The hamburgers? Frozen meat patties that tasted like they'd been excavated from the back of a 2019 freezer. My fish and chips came with fish that smelled like it had been on a week-long bender in a dumpster behind the pier. And the lobster ravioli? Let's just say the only thing "lobster" about it was the price tag. The pasta was sad, the filling was suspicious, and the whole thing felt like a culinary war crime. But hey, at least the ambience is great! Beautiful lighting, nice decor, perfect for pretending you're having a fancy night out... while quietly plotting your escape to literally any other restaurant. Oh, and don't worry about the shortcuts -- when they're done disappointing your taste buds, they'll hit you with a credit card fee for the privilege. Nothing says "we care about your experience" like charging you extra to leave poorer and hungrier than when you arrived. Save your money, your dignity, and your stomach. Go somewhere else to eat. Anywhere else. Even a gas station hot dog would've been an upgrade.

The place has really colorful, fun décor and a relaxed vibe that makes it feel welcoming right when you walk in. They had great music playing and the atmosphere was comfortable with plenty of seating options -- booths, tables, and space for families who were clearly enjoying dinner together. One thing I really liked about Spitz is the variety of fresh Mediterranean offerings, from gyros and wraps to hearty salads and bowls. It's also great that almost everything can be customized to be vegetarian or vegan, which makes it a great option for different dietary preferences. I ordered one of their salads and it was fantastic -- packed with quinoa, chicken, cabbage, corn, pickled onions, and cucumber. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and the combination of textures and flavors was delicious. My fiancé ordered the Mediterranean wrap with beef and lamb. He was a little hesitant at first since Mediterranean food isn't something he usually orders, but he ended up really enjoying it. Even though it was a weeknight, the restaurant was pretty busy with families and had a great neighborhood feel. Between the fresh food, colorful environment, and comfortable ambience, it's definitely a spot we'll be coming back to soon.

Giant portions, enough for lunch the next day. Get the quinoa salad as a side, very good! My one complaint is that the wrap I got was hard to unwrap from the waxed paper, it really stuck to the grill mark spots and smelled like a burt candle. This didn't impact thd flavor once the paper was off.

Urban Cookhouse - Prosper, TX…read more We stopped into Urban Cookhouse on a Monday evening, and to our surprise, we were the only ones dining in. Even with the quiet atmosphere, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We've had takeout from here before and remembered how fresh everything was, so we were really looking forward to eating in this time. There's plenty of seating inside, and the space feels open and comfortable. They also have tons of patio seating, which would be perfect on a nice evening. The interior has a rustic-industrial vibe, with a warm accent wall and touches like the decorative bureau that make the space feel thoughtfully designed. For dinner, we ordered the lime-marinated steak with rice and the citrus-grilled salmon. We subbed the sides for the broccoli salad and roasted vegetables, and everything came out quickly and piping hot. The flavors were fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. Overall, Urban Cookhouse was a great experience--friendly staff, fast service, and tasty, well-prepared food. We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.
