    Traditional breakfast
    Laura V.

My friends and I had breakfast at First Watch, one of my go-to spots, so I had to bring my friend who was visiting from out of town. I ordered the Traditional Breakfast--scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and a side of gluten-free toast. I also had their organic Morning Meditation juice, which was fresh and delicious. My friends enjoyed their meals as well, and our server, Tony, was amazing. He checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and was very attentive throughout our visit. I definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area or looking for a tasty, healthy breakfast option!

Love this place! Food is fresh and service is amazing. Try the million dollar bacon. Bottomless coffee is always a win.

Breakfast was good this morning. I got one of the special items, hash, and others had the chocolate chip pancake and the yogurt bowl. We started with the Donuts which were good as well. Service was great & no issues today.

We were seated immediately and had pretty good service. Inside is really cute, more of a modern farmhouse vibe decor wise but felt nice and clean. Drinks: They don't have any lattes or espresso coffee just hot coffee. I tried the Iced Honey Caramel Crunch latte and it was very sweet. A little too sweet for my liking. Pineapple express juice was decent would order that again and my mother enjoyed her Bloody Mary cocktail. Orange juice was fresh squeezed as well which was quite nice. Food : We all enjoyed our food, and also to-go a BLT but could have done without cheese for the BLT. French toast was brioche so big love for that, pancakes are whole grain so they tend to fall apart more than a basic pancake would. Service was pretty good, overall experience was great would come again.

    Kid's French toast with sausage

It's alright. We got the kids portion and the sausage wasn't very good. It was super mushy. The French toast was good and a nice size. The bacon was nice and crispy. Orange juice was good and so were the potatoes. The online orders are right in front of the door to the right. Literally walk in and look at the three tier shelf on the right against the glass. I didn't notice it at first and asked an employee where the pick up is for to go orders and she responded in a condescending manner as if I was stupid I didn't see it. I actually didn't see it because there were a ton of people standing in front of it.

I'm not much of a breakfast girlie but the group wanted to go eat and First Watch didn't disappoint! It's a very clean and nice looking establishment. The manager Brody immediately greeted us once seated, apologized for the long wait and comped us some million dollar bacon and sausage to nibble on while we waited on our orders. The lemon ricotta pancakes were sooooo delicious and melted in my mouth. The sausage was delicious too. As was my breakfast drink and my sangria which I didn't get a pic of. We were all full and happy when we left. I highly recommend!

I really wanted this place to be good since close and convenient. This store needs to mirror the other Prosper store (Preston) since that staff has never messed up our order. I was there since day 1 where invite only for a free meal for their stress test. Knowing they were learning i knew i was there to help them more than them helping us. Each week after grand opening there was always some kind of mistake on almost every visit. Each time we got our check, we received an apology and $40 gift card to come back. Since we have free meal coupons we used them to see if any improvements. Summary of reasons for gift cards: - 45 min wait for food - a cook didn't show - After saying allergic to avocado, still inside the Chorizo Omelet - hair found inside their Bacon Cheddar Cornbread Other mistakes: - Million dollar bacon comes after meal - receiving someone else's meal - did I mention the wait time? Because they are a mile away, i wanted this to work. Will travel the extra miles to go to the other Prosper location. Just this last Sunday, we just don't understand the 30 min wait for a party of 2 and over 10 empty tables both inside and out. Just poor scheduling. When we got out table, we are in a booth when there were 4 other tables for 2 open! Didn't mind the extra room but c'mon! There were parties if 3&4 that could be seated! I'm done trying. Good luck. Hope you don't close down like Fuzzy's did across the street

Big menu with lots of options.

Since then, we've had brunch there 3 or 4 times, and every time has been a delight. We've spoke to the owner, a very friendly Armenian gentlemen whose cousin is also involved with the restaurant, as is the owner's daughter and others. Plus, he's been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and a number of the employees have been with him for many years. Bottom line, the guy knows how to run a business. Be warned, though, as others have mentioned, there will be a line, and there's no phoning ahead, going online etc. You'll speak to the man with the clipboard, that's the owner. He'll put your name down and find you when it's your turn. The system works, and it's great. But what of the food? We've brought friends and family and between us all, have sampled easily a dozen dishes or more. My latest brunch was the chicken fried steak, and I ordered it kind of half breakfast, half lunch style. I wanted hashbrowns (extra crispy, and boy, were they delivered that way!) but also wanted fried okra, our server accepted the order with a smile. The steak was tender, well coated with golden brown and delicious crust, and the gravy was thick and well seasoned. Eggs were light and fluffy, and one can see from my picture, those hashbrowns were surely extra crispy. We've also sampled a number of the shop made desserts, and they have all been phenomenal. Bottom line, this is a great locally owned and operated business, where the owner is literally involved and working the floor every day, and they're really doing everything right.

The restaurant itself felt bright, absolutely precious in design, and the staff were very friendly & helpful. We felt that our breakfast was good. My only note is that the breakfast ham was a little over-salted, and my eggs (ordered over medium) had no apparent seasoning. The omelette was good, and so were the pancakes! Of all the food items, the two items that wowed us were the biscuits & the breakfast potatoes! Both shockingly good. The biscuits were fluffy and soft on the inside & buttery with a subtle crisp on the outside. I'm not sure I've ever had a better biscuit from any brunch/breakfast establishment. We'll absolutely be back again, and will be sure to order more biscuits! Four Stars because it was a mostly wonderful experience, with a few misses with regard to seasoning / flavor in the: omelette, hash browns, eggs, and ham. All were good, but needed either less salt OR added seasoning. I'll definitely be back again to give this spot another try!

Place is really nicely decorated with I would say a bougie country vibe. But an I'm a guy so ya I could be way off but let's just go with that. Menu was normal a couple of fat guy options and then a lot of other stuff. So the fat guy pick for me was the million dollar bacon and on my momma that stuff was on point as us kool kids say. Thick and crispy and packed with flavor and I didn't even use the maple syrup. I had this as an appetizer because well it's Bacon? My wife had the chorizo omelette and I had the meat lovers and both were good. They have this homemade bread that's all healthy and stuff but was legit good and served with in house preserves... Then the country potatoes, seasoned and crispy and probably the second best thing I had here. Definitely a good go to if you're wanting something new or just a great meal. Reason for the 4 star is because on the sweeteners that they offered, stevia and some type of brown sugar stuff?? (This is not ok for coffee guys.. be healthy in other way but you don't mess with the coffee. Just be normal and have sugar on the table. Fatboy tip: Million Dollar Bacon, bacon, bacon and ya bacon.
