Food is good with large portions. We usually opt to get orders to go. Service is hit or miss but typically friendly. Location is close to home and clean and well kept. My only gripe is the full on cleaning with bleach while customers are eating. I personally had to leave before because I felt sick (I have a migraine disorder and it is a huge trigger). I'm not talking about wiping down a table I'm talking full mopping floors next to my feet as I'm eating breakfast. Like I said, it's good but I prefer to go only after that. Another thing I should mention is a bird was dead in front of their main door and I had family alert staff many children go next door for sports and i did not want my own child to come out and see this dead bird there as she walked to the car and they did nothing to clean that up. read more

We enjoyed our breakfast at Cracked & Crepe. Hubby ordered the Salmon Eggs Benedict and I ordered the Toscana Omelet. We enjoyed both dishes. The eggs of the benedict were cooked to perfection - they had a sexy yolk ooze. Although, the hollandaise sauce was broke. The Toscana Omelet was loaded with goodies. I was surprised by how much artichoke there was. Usually restauraunts skimp on artichokes, but not in this omelet. I wished the omelet had kalamata olives; it came with black olives instead. The hash browns were yummy and the fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing - like putting a straw straight into an orange. Service was courteous and helpful but our server got a little distracted by friends who came to dine. We were not in a hurry so we didn't mind. We were able to get their attention when we needed. Great berry pancakes. Rainy afternoon just wanted pancakes and coffee with my grandson. When I ask for a coffee refill to go with the rest of my pancakes the waiter said they had poured it out to close down for the afternoon. It would've been helpful if they had gone around warming everyone's coffee before throwing it out! Returned! And just as good as last time. Had the same waitress as last visit who is always fabulous and tried a little something different than what we ordered but left as happy as the first time. I found them at first on UberEats and I've been hooked ever since. My kids ask to go here weekly!! The food is always fresh and amazing!! I haven't dined in yet, but I'm sure they're used to seeing my name on the "Togo" tickets every week. I ordered this for my mom while she was visiting from out of town and she fell in love and went back the next day!! We've only tried a few things on the menu, but our favorites are the Chicken Fried Chicken breakfast and the Italian Sausage skillet. Both are very large portions that we end up sharing! The chicken is always so flavorful and moist, fried just right. The skillet is the perfect blend of everything and the ricotta is the added bonus I didn't know I needed. I did try the Savannah skillet, the apple sausage was something I did not enjoy. Immediately it was a turn off with a sort of bitter taste to it. Other than that, it was decent. Kids waffles come with 2 mini waffles and an egg and choice of meat! It's more than enough for my 3 year old. She enjoys it every time. I highly recommend this place! read more

It was very nice in the restaurant. Music was playing and we'd were the first ones to arrive. They had a large variety of breakfast food combinations. I was meeting my cousin who was in town for the week. She arrived before me and was seated when I got there. We were talking, but the waitress kept coming over to check on us. She was sweet , but I can't help feeling like she was rushing us to order. We started with hot chocolate and coffee. We were never offered refills at all. My cousin asked for water for the both of us and she only brought one water. The bacon was chewy, not crunchy , the grits were runny and bland. The pancakes were delicious!!!! It was my first experience for brunch at Cracked & Crepe. I was invited to a church ladies gathering at the restaurant. It was a nice restaurant with a very large menu from simple crepes to even lunch. I had a delicious traditional breakfast which included eggs, apple link sausage that was the size of a Brat, cinnamon french toast, hash browns and hot coffee. What made this experience so delightful other than my meal was the server, Veronica. She was efficient, cheerful and friendly as well. She provided excellent service to everyone at our table so it made my day! I hope the owner continues to hire servers like Veronica who know their job and get that job done well! Wanted to love it, but wasn't enough to love. We got there at 12:30 and were seated immediately, place wasn't full so that was nice. Was able to get an iced coffee pretty quick but then we didn't see the waiter again for at least 15 minutes. Once we did place our order it was a good 40 minutes before our food even came out. And when it did come out, sadly it was a disappointment Did a traditional breakfast with eggs, bacon, hash browns and a pancake. Eggs were good! Pancakes were decent. The bacon had definitely been hanging out a while. I love crispy bacon but this was super dry and pretty much inedible unless you wanted to break it tooth. The hashbrowns were so over cooked that they were super crunchy and you could taste the burnt pieces. Crunchy like chips crunchy. Not sure how you really screw up simple basics like this but whoever they have cooking the food is not doing their best. The waiter was friendly the two times that we saw him but given it took so long when they weren't even half full to get something so simple out was a bit off turning. Oh wow. We are moving to Aubrey, so we had to try a breakfast place nearby. It did not disappoint! The service was amazing. Our server was kind and attentive, and the host offered crayons/color pages for my toddler & lots of refills for our water and coffee. It gave like little restaurant vibes that I love. I thought it was going to be expensive because of the look, but all this food was only $37. My toddler's kid breakfast was sooo much food. When we asked for soft scrambled egg they brought soft scrambled egg!! Usually at breakfast places they say ok and then bring a regular scrambled egg. The bacon was crispy and perfect. My husband had a cappuccino and no complaints. I ordered a BLTE minus the T. It was good! I'm not a huge bacon eater but I occasionally enjoy a BLT. I don't feel like this had *enough* bacon for someone who truly enjoys bacon. Most places I've been to add another slice or 2 of bacon. The lettuce was very fresh and the egg was perfect. The sourdough bread was super soft as opposed to what I'm used to but it worked. My husband ordered the meat lovers omelet with pancakes. The flavors were a bit unbalanced, in the Chicken Florentine Crêpe. The Crepe was the only component beautifully executed- it was silky and sweet to the taste. We some here often after church. This restaurant gives a great neighborhood feel. I always see other church members here while visiting. It's great for families. I love when servers have positive interactions with children to make them comfortable. They always offer high chairs and booster seats. The have both tables and booths and ask our preference before seating us. The food taste like home cooking, we really enjoy it. Tasted terrible. The black beans were cold and bland and the hash browns were like nasty tasting cardboard. I ordered a side of pancakes that did not come. My daughter ordered the French toast with a side of bacon, she took one bite and said it tasted terrible. Her tried to eat but she soon said her tummy hurt. The server was very friendly and a manager came over because I'm guessing she saw my face, they make sure the pancakes arrived and subs berries instead. They wanted to get something else but to be honest I really have lost my appetite at this point. The place has terrible acoustics and it's so loud. Def won't be back again. I am old school, so do not give 4 or 5 Star ratings to any breakfast places. HOWEVER, I highly recommend this place for breakfast. Our server, Anna, was top quality in every aspect of service and recommendations. We need more servers in this world who can communicate with patrons in such a loving and engaging manner. My wife had Avocado Benedict with chipotle hollandaise, while I had the Meat Lovers Skillet. Their homemade biscuits are heavenly. Was told about this place by my parents while visiting them in Aubry TX, apparently they tried it out for their anniversary and enjoyed it so they introduced me to it. Place was within a 5 minute drive so I went there in the morning and was glad that it was kind of slow that morning so I wouldn't have to wait. The staff was very friendly and the menu was one of the most affordable I had seen in a while, most of the items being around $10 -$12 with very few exceptions. The portions were generous as well and filling, I liked that they apparently had an in-house hot sauce to go with the food as well. Ordered the beef hash with hashbrowns and pancakes as a side and enjoyed it, though the hash was slightly salter than usual it was still perfectly edible.
