Rodeo Goat is where it's at I'll be talking about the 2 most recent burgers I tried - The brisket beef attacked my arteries in the best way - the brisket melts in your mouth (overshadows the beef though). This is the meatiest burger I've ever had from here. I have a bit of a sweet tooth so the sugar bomb is the most frequently ordered burger for me (maybe 10+ times?). I really enjoy the arugula mixed in with grilled peaches, a bit of jam and the party itself. I love this burger and I hope it never leaves the menu. No need for ketchup with these fries unless you want it. For my burger I ordered the HL Hunt cooked medium which comes with white cheese, bacon, blackberry compote and mustard. The burger was filling, the cheese was melted but it had little flavor, and the bacon was chewy. The compote was my favorite part of the burger as it added a slightly sweet flavor. I requested a medium cooked burger but it didn't taste that way but it was still good despite that. Overall Rodeo Goat has lots of seating and friendly staff but I would go at an off peak time so that you don't have to wait a long time for everything. The food was still good despite the wait.
