BLUE JEANS BURGER

Always amazing food! Haven't had a burger or chicken sandwich that wasn't great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly people, a nice view if you're by the windows and usually no blaring music![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's not the cheapest food but still reasonable... you won't regret paying a few extra dollars for it!

We came here as a large group celebrating a birthday and it was great. They had no issues accommodating us. The service was great, very friendly and fast. The burgers were very tasty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lake views were stunning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, we had a great experience.

Food was really good. We all shared the loaded fries. Highly recommend! I had a burger with chiles! Very good!

Five Years, Five Stars: Rodeo Goat is the GOAT! This is a follow-up to my original review, and after years of delicious meals, the verdict is unchanged: Rodeo Goat serves the greatest burgers in North Texas. When we want a burger, this is the only name we ever consider. While all their locations are great, the Cypress Waters restaurant holds a special place for us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The stunning outdoor patio, which overlooks the lake, elevates the entire experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That ambiance is matched by the top-tier service: the staff is diligent, attentive, and clearly works hard to ensure your glass is full and your dining experience is perfect. Rodeo Goat is the master class of the "trust the chef" philosophy. Their burgers are built with super-unique, sometimes daring ingredients. Embrace the adventure! The flavor profiles are explosive and incredibly satisfying. I promise you'll walk away happy. Make the trip to Cypress Waters (or any location near you). You won't regret treating yourself to the best.

Rodeo Goat is a popular regional burger chain in North Texas that serves epic burgers with cool names. The location at Cypress Waters has become my favorite due to its stunning view of Northlake. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Rodeo Goat carries a very casual vibe. On each visit, I was invited to sit anywhere. During the Texas fall and winter when the weather is cooler, I always try to sit outside. The covered patio has heat lamps above too. This result is a very welcoming atmosphere with great vibes all around. 1 Star. Service - I've never had bad service here. As soon as I sit down, a server will appear with menus. Every staff member is helpful, in a great mood, and fast! Food runners and the wait staff keep things moving quickly to turn the coveted patio seating. 1 Star. Food - I've recently become a big fan of the Cheese fries surprise. A bed of fries is baked in an oven with cheese, then topped with jalapenos and chives, and SURPRISE! Brisket Chili. Orders these ooey gooey beefy fries for your table, because if you eat too much you'll regret it. Part of the fun of ordering at Rodeo Goat is reading the menu and the names of the burgers. Nowadays, I order one of the "Battle of the Burgers" items. The Ozzmosis caught my attention as it was add breakfast items such as hashbrowns and a fried egg. But what really made this burger sing was raspberry jam. The subtle sweet and tart jam help cut through the heavy protein of the burger. And the egg? It kept everything moist. Prices have gone way up since Rodeo Goat first appeared on the scene, so heads up. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Prices may be high, but the quality of your burger is too. Rodeo Goat is one of my favorite burger joints in all DFW. The Battle of the Burgers keep me coming back. See you next month. 1 Star.

Ordered takeout here for myself and my daughter (2 years old). Service was quick and to-the-point, the dining room gives you the classic diner/burger-joint feel. This is a great spot for a good quality burger. For my daughter I ordered the grilled cheese with fries, I will say the fries have a tiny bit of spice to them which my daughter wasn't a fan of but I absolutely loved. Great spot for an easy bite with friends, family or alone.

Location of this restaurant is a clear winner - in Cypress Waters, next to The Sound with lake facing patio seating and indoor seating. A good selection of cocktails, beer and spirits - Moontang is their signature cocktail. Cheese fries, sliders are great appetizers. Whether you are looking for a salad or burgers, there something on the menu for everyone. Loved the Hatch Me If You Can burger with hatch green chilis. Service was great. The staff are constantly checking on tables and are efficient with drinks and the food orders. Parking can get tricky on busy evenings but there is plenty of street parking if you are fine waking for a couple of minutes. Overall a great place to hangout and spend an evening with friends.

We been here many times over the years as it's the go to place when it comes to hamburgers as that's their specialty. We've also been to the one NW of downtown. For the most, they're all good as it's hard to go wrong with burgers and fries, as long as the ingredients are fresh. Last night, I went with the guys from our church. It's all good as it's still a solid 4 stars. I just have 2 comments. I got the Saddle Up as I tried to order something different each time as I've had more than 50% of their selections over the years. So what intrigued me was adding the eggs as that the way I make them from home many years ago before it was a thing. So the thick bacon, that was more like pork belly as it was thick and a bit chewy, and definitely very fat. I think would have enjoyed it more as thinner, crispy bacons next time. Then there's the description of 2 smash patties. I was told that it's just one standard patties, so in the picture, you can see I just paid extra to get 2nd patties. Smash patties would've been tastier, so that was a slight let down. Overall, I finished but with 2 regular sized patties, and the so called thick bacon, it was quite greasy as my pan was covered in oil. As an advice, maybe check with the waiter to see if they do indeed have smash patties as that's would've been a 5 star for sure. My instead, I probably didn't need to pay for that 2nd regular patty and extra $ whatever amount that was charged.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]what a great rodeo goat with an amazing view right on the lake.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The outdoor patio is amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] the happy hour is also great with good deals on foods and drinks. The service was fantastic, our waiter was efficient, nice, friendly, and on top of everything. Really enjoyed the drinks. The food was a bit on the oily side for my taste, especially the fries. though others in my group really liked them. parking was pretty manageable as well!

Experience was good excellent service . The smash burger was so delicious and the excellent speedy service was great. The milkshake was peppermint and cookies and cream so scrumptious. I smile when we come to this area. The Waiter was so hospitalable Jeremy was super

We loved this place! There is something for everyone from super basic to a little over the top, whatever your flavor is. The burgers are 7 ounces which is pretty good size and you can make any burger, turkey, vegan or impossible which I loved. I'm all for options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a fun vibe a great place to have a drink and some food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was also very good. The burgers do not come with any sides which was a little disappointing considering most of the burgers are about $13 or more. Other than that it was great!

I love the drink concept because it allows for folks to try a little bit of various options ... which they do have a number of local options on their wall. This is what I would return for, and bring friends to tet before we end up at another activity. Food wise: got a smash burger which came with fries, which if I order it again I'd probably change cheeses and ask for some pepper to season the fries a bit more ... all personal preferences... but was ok for something to eat to off set the two drinks I had while there. I also got some tacos to go for my husband. Again personal preference, he would have liked more seasoning/spice on the actual meat of the taco vs being as reliant on the salsa. So, on our next visit we might just stick with shareables/apps with our drinks.

The restaurant is large with a nice bar area and the service was very friendly and efficient! Apps: Chili Momos (Veg) and Gobi Manchurian - the momos were super crispy and the sauce was very spicy in a good way! The Manchurian was so saucy and packed with flavor. Recommend both! Mains: Himalayan Thukpa, Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta - the Thukpa was the highlight! The broth was perfectly salty with a great umami taste. The Malai Kofta was rich and I enjoyed the cheesy koftas. The Palak Paneer was tasty, but I enjoyed the malai and thukpa more! Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake - delicious! More like a pistachio ice cream cake, but it was so good and not too sweet! We ordered a variety of dishes including dahi poori, vegetable pakora, paneer chili, gobi Manchurian, veg chili momo, paneer tikka masala, malai kofta, chow mein, and a naan bread basket. The appetizers were better than the North Indian dishes. The paneer tikka masala and malai kofta were on the sweeter side despite us ordering them medium spicy. The kofta balls were also on the smaller side, and the paneer tikka masala had very few pieces of paneer. The chow mein was the star of the meal. It was flavorful and definitely my favorite dish. For the pakora, they only gave a small amount of green chutney, so we had to ask for more along with some tamarind chutney. There's parking behind the restaurant, which was convenient. If you're in the mood for chaat or North Indian food, I would probably choose a different restaurant.
