Absolutely wonderful experience at Boundaries Coffee this morning! The coffee was delicious, I ordered the Texas Delight, House Nitro, made a special request for a drink similar to Starbucks' "Vanilla Bean Frappe", and ordered a blueberry muffin warmed. The coffee was absolutely delicious! The service was wonderful, staff were warm and friendly, and were happy to create the specialty drink, which was 100% better than the Starbucks' frap. Boundaries should consider adding this to their menu, because we were blown away by how good it was! We sat on the patio for an hour and a half, enjoying the shade and breeze, while my daughter played with the games and toys available! This is the perfect spot to come and enjoy coffee, especially on a summer morning when perfect weather is hard to come by! We'll certainly be back, not just for the coffee, but for the warmth and lovely vibes of the space! read more

First and foremost, service is great! It's a cute little stand alone coffee drive thru and they do have a patio sit down area. I can't speak for all the coffees but I can for what we did order. We ordered the Texas delight iced latte and an iced latte with peppermint and pecan. Unfortunately it did not meet our taste buds and tasted bland. There wasn't enough flavor. I still have hopes for this place because of the ratings and I want to give it another try. But for right now, it does not meet 5 stars. Till then, let's sip! read more

Super cute spot with the kindest staff EVERRRR!!! They have a cute outdoor area too where you can relax and enjoy your coffee. I also love how instead of a drive thru window, it's an actual door! Well I gave them another try and it was another miss. Over priced for the size. Kids, full time student while also working full time, when I need a large coffee, I want a LARGE coffee. Paid $7 for a large latte and what I received was mostly ice and the size of a small when comparing to other coffee places around here. With so many other coffee stops within a 2 minute drive from here, you would think they'd be more aware and try to be more appealing to customers. read more

Worth fighting traffic to find an amazing coffee shop. I am the kind of girl who will go out of my way to try new coffee shops. The coffee is perfection with the mixture of coffee to sweetness ratio. Reagan (sorry if the spelling is wrong) made recommendations specific to our taste. We named his one of a kind white chocolate hazelnut latte the REAGAN SPECIAL. The ladies at the counter were so courteous and made sure we loved the taste of our coffees before paying. The scenery is a perfect place to stay for hours and chill. First time trying Boundaries after my neighbors raved about it! I got an iced Texas Delight which is one of their signature lattes. It has honey, cinnamon and vanilla. The flavors were perfect, not overpowering nor too sweet! I loved that they have Fairlife whole milk which is lactose free. Head's up that it is an $1.25 (?) upcharge. There is a super cute outdoor area with benches and cornhole. The employees are very friendly and were great at helping me figure out what to try since it was my first time. If you're looking for something not too sweet , I recommend the lavender sunrise. It has vanilla and honey with a hint of lavender. My bf and I played cornhole while we waited on our coffee's. They also have this cute little bonfire table!! Tried a new coffee place today, the menu was small which I love because it's not overwhelming! Less is more. We tried their Hill Country which is a Butter pecan flavored we got iced and it was good! I wish I would have tried something different. Something with vanilla because that's what I like but it was worth it! The service was fast and the individuals were really nice! We regularly go out of our way to stop at Boundaries, because it is just so delicious! This location is drive-thru only, however there is a tiny outdoor seating section for when the Texas weather is beautiful! The first time I went I got the TX Delight latte and it just tasted like milk no coffee/espresso at all. I went on a different day and tried the Hill Country Latte and it was good. I asked if we could move to another table farther from the noise so I could actually enjoy my meal and conversation with my guest. We were moved, although it certainly did not feel like the request was welcomed. Unfortunately, the service only became slower from there. It took quite a while before we were even offered coffee or water, which was surprising considering how empty the restaurant was. When our food finally arrived, it was missing items from our order. Once that was corrected, we essentially never saw our server again. We eventually had to stop another employee walking by just to ask for water, and thankfully that server took care of us immediately. More time passed before Ixtchel finally returned with the check. The atmosphere is great and the food was decent, but the service we received was not acceptable. What stood out most was the lack of attentiveness, urgency, and basic hospitality, especially in a restaurant that was nowhere near busy at the time. With all of the road construction around this location already making access more difficult and potentially reducing customer traffic, you would think providing excellent service and making customers want to return would be an even bigger priority. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and would personally choose another First Watch in the future.

Love this place! It's not the closest coffee shop to my house but I don't mind driving out of the way for an awesome drink. Well worth the drive. I even get an iced coffee without the ice so I can have a treat later in the day. read more

Their focaccia bread is baked there and it is FANTASTIC. I would come back here just for the focaccia. Their coffee is also delicious, I got an authentic Turkish coffee and enjoyed it throughly. We also got an iced caramel latte that was great! It was also very cozy inside with plenty of seating, they played low volume Arabian jazz as well which was a nice touch. The bag I bought was roasted within the week and it was very good coffee. They offer a variety of roasts in store and boast pour over. I prefer a pour over or chemex. When I requested one however the barista indicated they would prefer to offer me their brewed coffee instead. I asked how long ago it was brewed. They said an hour (ew). Also I had requested the dark roast and the brew was medium roast. I know better than to trouble an employee who does not want to work ha! So I took the brew. It was ok but not what In wanted. I hope Kona Reserve reads this and understands: while you have an adorable store and good coffee, if a coffee lover comes in and requests your hand prepared coffee when that is what you offer, consider giving it to them. You are a craft coffee culture. Otherwise it is a huge disappointment. Plenty of parking out front in the mall. Easy access on the highway right next to the gas station. Lots of tables for socializing. Even two tables tucked away for a more private experience.
