The only hot coffee they have is brewed coffee that's only so-so, and we had to ask for that, as it's not even on the menu board. All the drinks on the menu board are cold drinks, only a few of which have coffee in them. The vast majority of the drinks are fizz sodas, energy drinks, lemonades, smoothies, & shakes. The music was blasting so loud that I had a very difficult time hearing the young lady trying to take our order. I informed the cashier of this problem & asked if they could turn the music down a bit so customers could hear & be heard by the order takers. She flatly refused, saying that "corporate" set the volume level & they couldn't change it at the store. I will NOT be back.
