This is my go-to Dutch Bros location. Staff is always friendly and the drive thru line moves pretty fast even when it's busy (compared to other nearby locations I've been to). I order the same drink sometimes customized (golden eagle) at every Dutch bros and this location for some reason can't get it right. This is a mixed review of the two times I have gone to the Exchange Dutch Bros. The first decaf latte I got was excellent. Strong enough and good flavor. But the second visit a few weeks later yielded an inferior latte. Not as strong, even though I ordered the same thing, and it had a bit of an aftertaste that can be an issue with decaf. The value quotient was good, but I want a quality coffee, not a value product. Moving on to other coffee places. read more

If you order a customized drink it's 50/50 if they get it right. Go there almost every other morning and they're more interested in having meaningless small talk about "where you headed today?" or "what are your plans today?" - rather than get your order correct. Also just another place that asks if you're going to tip them for making coffee. Only reason I go is there actual coffee is better than Starbucks bitter coffee - just wish they could get my order correct. read more

Dutch Bros has great drinks, an easygoing atmosphere with great employees. I've noticed that with every Dutch Bros I go to, the people working are always very talkative and eager to start a small conversation with you. Yesterday, I placed an online order and arrived 5 minutes later after the order was placed. There were only 2 cars ahead of me which was great, shouldn't be a long wait. A girl comes out with the iPad and starts really getting into a conversation with another woman in her car. I don't mind at all when people spark up a conversation, especially at work places. They carry on their conversation for a few minutes, but it just keeps going. I'm watching the clock and at this point it's been almost 10 minutes and the lady isn't pulling up to the window because they're still talking. Finally, she gets to me and I tell her I have an online order and she responds that they're still making it? It was just one small iced coffee that was ordered 15 minutes ago. I end up waiting for another few minutes before receiving the drink. The coffee was great and all the staff there are always friendly, but this was my only negative experience. I feel like they should use the second drive thru lane for just mobile orders? read more
