Ordered a Giant Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and a Regular Tuna. Both subs were really good. So today, I had to see if they could do it again. This time I went Giant on both. There will be lunch for tomorrow and the next day. haha. The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak? WOW! I let them load up the first one and it was really tasty. Today, I cut back on the hots, just wasn't feeling it, and the sub was just as great! The Tuna on the first order was actually eaten the 2nd day. Unlike some sub/sandwich places...somehow the Tuna did not destroy the bread (Rosemary Parmesan) with all the liquid from the tuna/mayo, etc. The taste was AWESOME! Today on the 18th, they duplicated it, but in Giant size. Plus they sliced the sub into 4ths...I wasn't expecting that but what a great idea!! So much easier to eat as a smaller part of the sub, and if you have leftovers...easier to just wrap up and put in the fridge. I have a new sub place!! LOVE IT! The second time was lunch with my dad and we split another 10" Philly Cheesesteak. The service is hard to beat when you have the owner take your order and cook. Exceptionally, expedient given the busy lunch rush this last week. Ambiance was really comfortable because when the food is that damn good who cares.

While I was pleased to see your lunch crowd had the place 90% full, the 22 minute wait for 2 lukewarm cheesesteak sandwiches (both mine amd my spouse's), having to ask for ketchup and being told "they are on the tables". Well, there are 9 tables and only 2 bottles of ketchup amongst them. Only after 2 other diners asked for ketchup was another (ONE) bottle given to the 3rd person to ask for ketchup. On a positive note... the fries were hot. perhaps you leave the cheesesteaks on the grill until the fries are done? Now the travesty of all.... the last 3 visits no Hank's sodas have been stocked. We are not Pepsi product fans. so we ended up with the 6 Oz water cup but it's free so won't complain about that. The cool temperature cheesesteaks were not finished by either myself or DH. Please get back to your standards that got us to be regulars, we definitely will be going to the Allen location before coming back unless we see positive reviews.
