Love coming here! Smoothies are always right and quick. Today I came in and there are two girls working and a supervisor walking around. I couldn't hear what was going on exactly but the way the supervisor was speaking with her employees was completely unacceptable. The conversation was held right by the blenders, there were four customers waiting on drinks and she was giving a lot of attitude right out in the open to a young employee. i come here often for a smoothie but the same lady keeps on being stingy , i get the 44 oz and its never filled to the too or even close to the top it's like 1/3 empty . if Im paying so much for a smoothie i would like it filled. This store is located right next to Dugg burger in s little two story shopping center. Parking here sucks. But if you find a spot lucky you! I came around 2pm and there was a bit of a line. They move pretty quick so you won't wait long. They have a good selection of snacks and protein bars if a smoothie isn't enough for you. The gladiator chocolate is my favorite. It is the lowest in sugar and high in protein. The 20oz is enough to fill me up as a meal replacement or post workout snack. They have a rewards app. I don't go often but when I do I use the app and rewards actually build up fast! Definitely a good place to stop in for a snack if in the area. read more

I go to this Smoothie King all the time! I usually call in my orders and they are ready by the time I arrive! Since this is the closest location to me and is so conveniently on the way to work, this location makes it super smooth and easy to grab my smoothie and go. They make my orders as requested even though I tend to make many substitutions! They are also very consistent with how they make their smoothies and are very helpful when it comes to navigating the Smoothie King app. I'm glad that I live closely to such a great and friendly Smoothie King location because I've been to a couple that aren't as nice. I also know their manager, Linda, is very sweet and also oversees the locations at Campbell and Coit. She is very friendly and remembers you and always gives advice for ways to make your smoothie better or different alternatives with benefits that you are seeking! read more

I've come to this location often in the past. Tonight I walked in 40mins before they closed and the person behind the counter was extremely rude as if it were an inconvenience that I was there. The floors were wet from being freshly cleaned and I tried my best to walk on spots that weren't wet to not negate their work. I had a coupon for a free booster that I had to ask repeatedly if they could add it to my order and got a snippy response upon my 4th or 5th time asking since i had not gotten a verbal confirmation from them. An officer walked in after me so hopefully they were more kind to him. I didn't walk in 10mins before close there was still a lot of time for customers to come in but with the customer service I received it makes me want to go out of my way to another location. After a poor experience with this store under making my smoothie and just adding ice to make up for lack of product and the app not populating my points accurately. I sent my comments into Smoothie King via the app. Their app team rectified the situation with points discrepancy and forward my comments to appropriate management party. Let me just say I did expect much because I've heard that before. I happy to report I was surprisedly wrong. On April 2nd the owner, Scott reached out apologize on behalf of his team and for the poor experience. He assured me the situation would be addressed with his team. Here is how I know he followed through. I went back. The service from them time I entered to the time I left was on point. I was greeted, my order was taken, my order was accurate and sent off with a thank you and have a great day. This location is right next to my office so it's a convenient stop for me. In addition, he compensated me for my poor experience. I am strong believer in actions speak louder than words. Scott is a man of his words and delivers. These are the type of businesses I love supporting because they understand the importance of great customer service. I am still giving this a 3 rating. The reason is because I dont frequent here but when i do I will be looking for consistencies. I have been back couple of times and it appears that the issues have been resolved as far as accuracy and attention to details. The management and I spoke which we both agreed with some favorable offers. The issue has been resolved at this point but now let time takes it course. I was never a smoothie chain gal until my fiance introduced me to this place. The green tea tango is my absolute favorite. The girls that work there are fantastic. They are always friendly and work fast. I am always greeted and feel valued here. Tip- When they have their seasonal pumpkin smoothie try it!! It's so good! The employees need more training on how to measure and make drinks. I paid for a 32 oz drink with and extra shot of protein, but when the guy pored it from the blender about half was left in the blender cause the cup was too small. So basically I paid $9 for half the ingredients and mostly ice. I even asked what they do with all the extra and they guy told me they just throw it out. I wish I could just throw away other people money. I'll never go there again. Tip for you guys, maybe ask them to go easy on the ice so you can actually taste and get what you pay for. I go here all the time. It's usually slow, but I put up with it. No longer. Two female employees watched me come in and stand next to the register to order. They said nothing and did not acknowledge my existence. I then saw a crowd at the other end and thought I needed to go there to order. They saw me at both locations and avoided me for 10 minutes. Then, three people who came in after me were waited on first because the girls finally decided to start serving the line at the cash register after ignoring me for 10 minutes .They knew I was there first; it is impossible to miss the person who has basically tried to follow you since you continue to ignore them. I have told my family to stop frequenting this store. I was a customer for years. read more

Pretty diverse staff here, which is cool. Thomas has always been really friendly and good conversation while I'm waiting for my order. He's super helpful and punctual.
