While I understand it might have been genuinely hard to hear me, it was her tone and overall demeanor that really missed the mark. Instead of being understanding, she made me feel like an inconvenience and a hindrance just for being there. Exceptional customer service means treating people with kindness, especially when you don't know what kind of day they've had. The presentation is so cute and colorful. It's looks AMAZING. The flavors are mango, avocado and strawberry. I added collagen which gave it a creamy texture. The mango and avocado flavors were my favorites. The mango layer had tiny bits of mango. The strawberry layer was ok. It needed more strawberry flavor. The collagen powder why not it's good for the skin! It's an extra cost though. The space is decorated simple, but modern and chic, The ambiance is cute and cozy. They even sell merchandise for their brand. Service was good no complaints. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. Overall good service and experience. I enjoyed the smoothie. It was cool, fun and mostly tasty. These smoothies might be a bit pricey for some, but for 3 flavors and adding collagen it was worth trying. The only thing I disliked was the big fat straws. Occasionally they'll have gulab jaman as well which is absolutely killer, but sadly I have not seen it offered recently. I usually do take away as it's not a big establishment and they are often busy during weekends when I find myself here. That said, the inside is nice and they've kept it well maintained and their staff has always been great. I can't recommend them highly enough!
