Vitality Bowls have good quality smoothie bowls that skew more towards the healthy side. I've gotten their Açaí bowls a number of times and appreciate the true fruit taste (you can tell they're not adding juice concentrates or sherbets) and the quality of the toppings. They have a good app that makes it easy to place to-go orders. One time I decided to by pass the app and eat at the actual cafe. Well, that was my intention, but the lady taking my order was so unnecessarily rude and short with me, that I didn't want to stay there. I've encountered a number of employees here while picking up. They've all been really nice and pleasant, but in this one occasion, I dealt with an older woman who from the get go, was oddly mean with zero provocation. I wanted to order a monthly special. I called it the "monthly special bowl" because that's exactly what the sign by the register said. She got exasperated with me because I didn't call it what ever description was listed under the heading and rolled her eyes and refused to make eye contact. I decided to get the bowl to-go because it was very clear this person was irrationally upset at something. It just felt like it wasn't a good idea to stay. It was a downright bizarre reaction and it felt very unwelcoming. She was the only person working so she went in the back to make the bowl. When the bowl was ready she passed off the bag to me- once again, not making eye-contact and asking exasperated that she had to deal with a customer. I'm very passive and would never call someone out or try to match that kind of energy. I would recommend this lady not deal in a customer facing role. All other encounters with other employees here are great, so this was the only experience I would say detracts from Vitality bowls. I've been happy and satisfied with the bowls and smoothies I've ordered here and I wouldn't let that one experience keep me away from VB, I would just hope that lady gets an attitude adjustment before she drives customers away. read more

I ordered the Rejuvenator, add ginger, it was delicious. Store was cozy and clean, service was quick and the staff friendly and helpful.

Did not make what I ordered, they completely forgot to add 2/5 of the toppings and if they were out of stock, they did not mention it or ask for substitutions. I placed the order for pickup and showed up at the estimated ready time and they didn't even know I placed the order 20 minutes ago... They were nice but the quality of service was poor. read more

Very poor service! I've waited for 20 minutes for my large tropical bowl. It was my first time trying this place since it's closer to me than Nektar. However, I think I rather drive the further distance to get faster service. The staff never provided me an update 10 minutes in of waiting. I asked at the 15 minute mark. They told me they were backed up, which is possible on Saturday at noon. However, at the time of order, they should have told me how backed up they were. I feel like staff was probably working on food app orders. Very horrible experience. I only saw two people waiting before me. So if they were backed up by other online orders, they should have prioritized the people in front of them. I would not recommend this location at all due to the service. None of the employees compensated the 20 minute wait.. The only difference is that this place has substitute for gluten free options and honey instead of agave at Nektar. Even though gluten free option was horrible....it was basically gluten free cereal in my bowl. Not gluten free granola as they market it on menu. Save yourself time and go to Nektar. read more

Very skimpy on toppings- including the extra toppings that I paid additional $ for & found a hair on my blueberry. Disappointing...

Absolutely in LOVE with Vitality Bowls Plano! I have a couple of suggestions for y'all around what I have tried and LOVED here. I recommend The Dragon Smoothie and also The Dragon Bowl! You cannot go wrong with either of these YUMMY orders. I would also like to note how CLEAN and immaculate this spot is. As soon as I walked in I felt their dedication to keeping their location clean. The tables and floor were spotless!!! Next, I would like to touch on the customer service. When I walked in, I was greeted as though I was a friend. This is what great customer service is! I highly recommend Vitality Bowls to EVERYONE!!! I am on a journey to eat healthier and this place is a GREAT place for me to start! read more

Vitality Bowls (Plano TX) - differently good! The kind of food they serve there is not normally my go-to (I'm not vegan or a health nut) but was looking for some healthy comfort food and found it! Looking at their menu, I chose two 'Superfood Ninja Approved' items. The Superseed Avocado Toast and it was surprisingly yummy. I'm not an avocado toast fan but the mix of tastes on this toast just seemed to hit the spot. If I could compare it to something I'd normally eat, it'd be an everything bagel with avocado and feta cheese. The Go Green smoothie and it also hit the spot. I'm not a fan of kale and even though this drink had it, it wasn't overly noticable. This was almost a pure ingredient smoothie with little ice. It's hard to describe the overall taste but let's say the combination of ingredients was really good. The interior of Vitality Bowls was spotless clean and the service was quite good. I will return and try their steak bowls or wraps. Of note, although this is close to a mall (I'd guess it's kitty corner across a tollway and near a Target), it's not inside the mall and was exceedingly convenient to get in and out of. read more

We come to the Plano location fairly regularly. The food is healthy and good but it is expensive. I came today because of a promotion for 20% off for teacher appreciation week. It was clearly a valid offer although it did warn it was at 'participating locations.' The cashier was unfamiliar about the offer & eventually called the owner who was uniformed. They declined the offer. I don't own a business but it seems to me they should have honored the offer. $4 off is chump change if you keep a customer loyal. My 2 cents read more

The food here is excellent. That is not the problem. Every time I come in here and try to use a reward for a bogo half off or FREE item it conveniently doesn't work and the manager is never here to fix it. EVERY TIME. False advertising at its finest to get a menu item free but then it rings up as only $1 less. What a scam. To the owner/manager - You cannot leave young kids to run a store without help to do the things they need to to make the business run in a customer friendly way. read more

A bit pricey for what you get. Salad was good just expensive and barely any chicken on it.

I love the concept. I love the service. I love the taste. By far the best açaí bowls in the DFW metroplex in my opinion! A hefty statement considering I get açaí bowls every other day. This is my fifth time at Vitality Bowls, and it gets better each and every time! Reasonably priced (on par with most places), but the amount of topping/bowl selections to choose from and the yummy, flavorful bases are what will get you to stay. You can't go wrong with anything you get -- I've had almost every bowl on the menu and they are all amazing in their own way. My two favorites are the Vitality Bowl and the Superfood Bowl. I will keep recommending this business for their quality, customer service, and overall delightful experience! read more

Bowl of the month was beautifully executed. The first thing any acai bowl should sell you on is it's appearance and it was elegant to say the least! Beautifully arranged toppings and the sort. The actual flavors of the bowl was very harmonious with the granola acaii and fruits going into a parfait like flavor except better and more refined. Absolutely amazing! read more

Stoped by this place for a quick lunch before going to baseball practice for hunter and was really good! Very nice person behind the register for us. Started with 3 ginger shots and they had a nice little kick! Then got their tropical bowl which was tasty...açaí had good flavor...it was minimally watery (being picky since I have eaten at some of best açaí places in the US in Miami and Los Angeles ) but really it's solidly good! Good serving size and only a couple bucks more for large compared to medium so good value. They have all kinds of specials like 3 bowls for 30 dollars so it's a really good deal! Inside is super clean and super nice! Probably the best açaí bowl in the area I have had so far! Already planning to come back tomorrow actually!! read more

I've been here a couple of times & so far I've gotten the Vitality bowl & the Dragon bowl. No complaints about the food and the store was very clean. But the owner might want to talk to the evening employees about not playing rap music full of expletives including f bombs, the N word and blush worthy lyrics. Glad I didn't have my kids with me and that I was just getting carry out. Can't imagine coming with a friend and trying to talk with that kind of background "music". Talk about awkward......Good grief. They also weren't very friendly. I'll find another location in the future. read more
