    PB Everbowl

Finally made it here this morning and it was SO good. The girl working at the counter was really friendly and helpful when I told her I was a first timer. I tried the PB Everbowl and it was perfection. Not too sweet, a generous portion (I got the regular size), and I was shocked the açaí base never melted while I was enjoying the bowl. It tasted fresh and left me feeling nice and full. Can't wait to go back!!

I'm very picky when it comes to açaí bowl texture, and this place meets those standards! The texture is smooth and thicker than a smoothie, and doesn't have that gritty, icy feel some other places have. I got a whatever bowl (make your own) with a pitaya and açaí base, banana, pineapple, strawberries, and agave. Everything was very fresh and you can see them make it directly in front of you. My fiancé got a full moon bowl and omg it tasted just like ice cream! The vanilla base... how do they do it?! It is absolutely delicious. I'll probably come back just for a pint of the vanilla base. The staff was super friendly and gave us the run down as first timers. We'll definitely be making this spot a staple!

Kindly welcomed as soon as we walked in and quickly educated on offerings. Samples to taste are available. All the fruit was firm (not mushy), fresh and portions are well balanced Place was clean and inviting...we'll be back!

This place was very good!! It was, of course, super sweet, but if you like acai bowls, this is the best! It's not smoothie bowls because the bases are water-based, but they are so tasty. The cashier was super nice and helpful. The inside gives a positive, fitness, "you can do it!" feel! Perfect for meeting up with a friend!

Thank you, Everbowl!! Always SO GOOD and my body feels great after eating this. Full and satisfied- most importantly, happy! Billy greeted me and was so kind! He made a great bowl. I'll be back!! :))) (Full Moon bowl: Coco Wow, Vanilla base, granola, peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, and coco nibs!! I just leaned coco nibs are a great antioxidant and help your body fight diseases! :))) SO YUMMY)

There's seasonal drinks are delicious, but I stick to my tried and true- Beez Kneez I had a little modification of a little extra honey, and a few splashes of heavy cream. Located among the shops and bars of historic downtown sits 1418 Coffee, a cute and genuinely great little shop that fits the area perfectly. Inside, the shop is fairly narrow but offers a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. I arrived with a friend a little before 11 am on a Sunday, and it was absolutely packed. A biking group was posted up outside, students were inside working on homework, even though most colleges have not started yet, and plenty of other patrons were taking their Sunday mornings easy. Despite having at least 10 to 15 people in front of us, the line moved pretty quickly. My friend who was more of a regular at the shop knew a lot of the staff and had convos with them. It feels like a little community! I ordered the Maple Sausage Croissant sourced from Sugar Loaf Bakery along with a hot Purple Haze latte made with lavender and vanilla syrup. My drink came out fairly quickly, and I thought it was great. It was well balanced and not overly sweet. As for the Maple Sausage Croissant, it was exactly what it sounded like, a maple sausage tucked into a croissant. I initially expected the croissant itself to be maple flavored, similar to a McGriddle, but it was still fresh and enjoyable. They had been keeping them warm in a heater throughout the morning, which definitely helped. I have stopped by 1418 Coffee a few times when visiting Dallas, and I plan to keep returning. They consistently do a great job and fit right into the charm of downtown Plano. RIYL: A warm haven in a beautiful downtown.

If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Overall, a nice spot for a lighter matcha drink and worth checking out if you're looking for something a little different. Staff was sweet and organized as they were a bit busy.

Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. The almond loaf isn't dense but it doesn't completely fall apart either. Super happy.

Coffee tasted very nice, but I wish I'd had a plain coffee option as far as beans go. My three choices were a citric/acid, a double the caffeine hazelnut or decaf. I would have appreciated a simple smooth robust bean option. All that aside, the coffee was well prepared, staff were great and I didn't end up with a massive caffeine high - despite ordering the double the caffeine bean. You order from a giant touchscreen rather than from a barista, which felt like a lot of work. Doable, but part of my coffee experience usually involves asking questions and getting advice from the person who knows the roasts and the drinks best - the barista.

Bf commented that both drinks were on the sweet side for him but I still thought his was bitter, as someone who doesn't like coffee. Overall, a really cute place! We will be back to try the waffles and maybe some pastries.

The kind barista finally gave me my drink and we had to jet out to make football practice. The ambiance was chill. Almost every seat in the place was taken by someone with a laptop so I'm not sure I would come back here with the intent to find a seat. The latte was okay.
