The texture is smooth and thicker than a smoothie, and doesn't have that gritty, icy feel some other places have. I got a whatever bowl (make your own) with a pitaya and açaí base, banana, pineapple, strawberries, and agave. Everything was very fresh and you can see them make it directly in front of you. My fiancé got a full moon bowl and omg it tasted just like ice cream! The vanilla base... how do they do it?! It is absolutely delicious. I'll probably come back just for a pint of the vanilla base. Ahhhhmazing bowl. I got vanilla base with oats and chia. It was topped with bananas, blueberries and dates. only complaint is that the dates were halved which made them a little more complicated to enjoy throughout but that's just personal preference. read more

I ordered the "green" smoothie. Tastes like vanilla ice cream and it's not even a tad green in color. I'm just confused because I'm not sure if this concoction has very many nutritional benefits! Doesn't even have protein. More fruits and veggie options would be great. Next time I'll try a bowl! Last time I ordered a smoothie there I had the same reaction. Quality and service is always good however it is not fair to only keep one employee in the store considering how busy it always is. Whoever runs scheduling is overworking their employees and underperforming for their customers with the excessive wait times. Super good! I got the blue base and loved it. Lots of tropical flavor. Fruit was fresh. The real stand out was granola - so flavorful and crunchy. Service was good. The store was clean and nice. Great potential but definitely needs some training. Mind you we went on National Açaí day do for 2 hours the standard bowls were free, the place was packed. We ordered one of the free bowls, but my daughter wanted a specialty bowl so between that, the peanut butter on my free bowl , and the bottled water we still spent over $18. We were told it would be 8-10 minutes. No problem. Eventually I was like "it's definitely been more than 10 minutes " about that time the guy came over and asked us what our order was, okay they obviously gave our order to someone else. I asked if I could pay the difference and make it a large(at this point we had been waiting about 18 minutes) he told me there was no way to change the size. Kind of frustrating but whatever, again I'm watching people come and go and come and go so eventually I get up and look and they are making tons of other bowls, but still not working on ours. At this point I did go up to the guy working the register and just asked him where ours was he brushed off like "you can see I'm kinda busy" I did reply with "well since we've been waiting half an hour can you go ahead and make me a large "nope sorry can't do it " clearly this guy hasn't worked in customer service. Had he done something to satisfy the customer who had waited 30 minutes for a 15 dollar smoothie bowl then I wouldn't have left this honest review. Also the teaspoon of peanut butter that I paid $.75 for is underneath all of the fruit, I could barely taste it, all of the pictures on their advertisement shows the peanut butter on top of the fruit. I wasn't dare going to ask for more. Not a fan of the açai base, I actually didn't end up eating it. I only ate the fruit and granola, the base was extremely sweet and had a very creamy texture, not like a traditional açai. read more

Sadly, the place didn't look open as the open sign was not lit and there's still a lockbox on the front door. I wish they had nutritional facts available in store as the staff is not well versed on the facts. I was told the bases had essentially no calories which I knew was untrue since I make acai bowls at home. These bowls taste like dessert and are caloric for sure but worth every calorie as they are still healthier than eating dessert. I hope the business does well. Wow the food is fantastic as a meal replacement and super healthy and vegan friendly but you'd never know by the taste. It's a great treat that has me too full to eat dinner. The service was amazing for their grand opening with a line around the building. The cashier took our order and explained the food in great detail. Clearly she was trained well and knows her stuff. Billy, Jeff, and Justin kept the line moving and were fully engaged with every guest that came in. If you haven't tried this place get in here. It will not disappoint.
