I love Nekter! I come here all the time and it's always fresh and deliciou! Fiza is also wonderfu!

Absolutely obsessed with the Blueberry Almond Butter Superfood Smoothie at Nékter! The flavor combo is spot on--sweet blueberries with that creamy almond butter, and just a hint of agave that ties it all together without being too sweet. I love that they use pea protein--makes it totally vegan, filling, and actually nutritious. It's smooth, fresh, and satisfying enough to be a whole meal, but still tastes like a treat. Fresh vibes, fast service, and smoothies that fuel you--this one's going to be a repeat order for me for sure! The spot is cute with some seating and light music playing. A good place to work or study and get a refreshing drink! read more

The store is very clean. Quick service - Fiza is kind. Overall we enjoyed our experience.

I had a great experience this morning. Not only was my açai bowl very good, but I was able to try one of the booster shots. The gentleman that was helping me today explained all of the benefits and what ingredients go into the shot. He was very kind and informative. I'll probably be trying one of the other shots that they offer next time. read more

I used to go to this location regularly but on my last visit, I was given 1/2 portion of my berry bowl. When I said something to the employee, he just shrugged and said management told him to cut back on the portions. I have not been back to this location since. Other locations are much better read more

I usually go to this location because of how helpful the staff is. Fiza walked me through the various options and recommended things I wouldn't have tried otherwise. read more

food is amazing and healthy, works are very kind aswell and attentive love the enviroment their! my go to spot!!

Third time coming and i've been trying different drinks. I can't lie, they all have exceeded my expectations! The Pink Flamingo is by far the best thing on the menu in my opinion! read more

We order from this location every Thursday from our clinic. They never give us all of our juice. In person, when getting the detox juice w/added protein, they use a larger cup to get it all and then any extra is put into a smaller cup. When you get delivery, they never give us all of the juice. In fact, the don't even give us a cup full. They give us a 1/2 cup with the other half being foam! $15 per drink for only 1/2 of the beverage. We only figured this out recently. Tried to call today to make sure this does not happen again and no one answered the phone! Update: The Apple detox drink, added whey protein, frozen pineapple, extra ginger, no ice, was delivered NOT the full contents and this time was watery. I always take into account the separation because it's being delivered, but even when mixed, this was one of the worst ones we've ever received. read more

They were really backed up today and I waited almost an hour between ordering and receiving my order. Granted I had 4 items in our order but this location is servicing the walk ins as well as delivery orders and they simply can't keep up. They need more staff, there were 3 people, not enough. These items are labor intensive and take forever. Not their fault they are working hard. Just a bad system and organization. read more

the drinks are great, however the customer service terrible. The girl working behind the counter today gave me the ugliest look, not sure if it's racism or if she just hates her job. Either or, that made me feel unwelcome. read more

Amazing juice bar, I love how fresh and simple the ingredients are to help me live my optimal life! outstanding service as well!

This location seems very clean here. The staff is a little dry and the ambiance is pretty. I wish they would play music in the lobby because the deli case is so loud it isn't too pleasant to eat inside. I did listen to the staff chat which was fun LOL I do love getting the dragon bowl. I wish the granola was available to buy in stores bc this is the only granola I like!!!! If you guys know where to order it LET ME KNOW. The best things to order are: shots, dragon bowl, pb&j bowl or smoothie, green apple detox, buzz no apple read more

I have tried the same smoothie Health Nut at several of their locations and consistency is never the same. Too watery, didn't fill the cup, too many bananas, too bland, etc...When you complain the young adults behind the counter give you dirty looks. I have ordered their protein powder bowl as well and have to say that has never been consistent either. I am not against hiring young adults but teach them customer service and how to make the items properly. This last visit my entire points got deducted for 16oz smoothie. I was told to call corporate to fix their mistake. I had Nektar for the first time in Austin where I fell in love with this place even though they were expensive. I referred several people and never received the free smoothies as promised from referrals. But sadly I have gone less and less bc quality has gone way down and not worth the price. read more

Really not happy with my visit for a late lunch today. They were out of strawberries, it was a long wait, and the tables were filthy. Also, the table he cut the fruit on looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Also, my acai bowl tastes weird and the apple was browning. I visited a different location for breakfast and it was a much better experience. If you want juice or healthy food, pick a different location than this one. read more

came in around noon, waited about 15- 20 minutes for a small smoothie that had no extra additives. there was only 1 person in front of me. usually really nektar but wouldn't come here if your wanting something quick and easy because this is not the place:( smoothie overall was alright read more

Love Nékter, great recommendation from Felicia. Can't go wrong with a protein smoothie after a good workout.

I am a huge Nekter Juice Bar fan as of late mostly because of their consistency across the board. I love this location as it is close to my gym and all of the things that I enjoy doing. I often come here after an early morning run and/or hot yoga class. Their smoothies are refreshing, health conscious and don't break the bank. Service is pretty cut and dry, not overly friendly but frankly I didn't come to make friends so I enjoy the efficiency and professionalism. I typically will get a small pink flamingo smoothie and it is just the right amount of smoothie for my craving. The large I've ordered before but it really is just a little TOO MUCH smoothie for me. They also have acai bowls as well as juices and light healthy snacks. If you are into detoxing they do cleanses as well. I enjoy it for the energy boost it provides me since I'm constantly depleting myself with working out and teaching my classes. If you're super into replenishing your body with the right things and you like wellness and feeling good then COME HERE! You'll be glad you refueled your body with the right stuff and not empty calories. read more

Been coming here since they opened and have been a fan of Nekter in Plano! Would always get the dragon fruit bowl especially during the hot summers. So refreshing. Recently I have been on a green juice kick and their is called the Greenie! I also always ask for ice and a fresh ginger shot! For the most part it's always been consistently good not too sweet a bit earthy With a kick of spice from the ginger...You could always taste a little bit of a pineapple coming through...But here lately... You can today the greenie is off. I noticed it A while back and didn't say anything just figured it was probably some new juicers on deck... Got it again couple weeks later still the same... Then just got one 10 minutes ago and sadly the same. I think they have new juicers who don't follow the original recipe or are adding too much of the celery? The power protein bowl is always good and a long standing favorite with my husband. Strawberries are really good tho they are not in season right now LOL! You can customize any drink or smoothie to fit your like liking. It may take some time for you to figure out which one you like the most what to eliminate what to add on... The Buzz an orange carrot smoothie is good too typically. However the last time I got the buzz it was like drinking straight carrot juice with very little of the other ingredients coming through and just tasted pretty off as well! The one thing I like is that they do have a little market off to the side near the cashier for healthy snack options. read more

Today we got the "build your own" bowl as the employee recommended. The base was amazing! The flavors really popped and we all loved it!

I stopped in recently to get an açaí bowl for myself and husband. I waited a good ten minutes in a line of three people when I was there. I don't know if the girl ahead of me was struggling to order or what but it took forever. When I finally placed my order it took another 10 minutes for them to make. I thought they forgot about my order so I almost went to ask till I heard my name called. I had asked for my order to be togo but they placed it on the counter without a lid. I had to wave at someone to get them to come over and get me a lid and a bag so I could carry them out (I had a child on one arm). I'm going to guess that because this place is so new, they are working out a few kinks. I'll try back in a few weeks to see if things have changed.... read more

My bf and I wanted something healthy but sweet so we decided to come to Nekter. Unfortunately we came into two of the employees strictly focused on other orders, they had head phones in and we weren't acknowledged the whole time we were there. I would've gave them grace if we were greeted and told that they'll be right with us but we were ignored instead. read more

The 2 girls working yesterday (Monday, Aug 15th) afternoon were so incredibly rude. I walked in and was standing there for almost 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or said a mere hello yet they kept looking at me. I was literally about to walk out when one of the girls finally walked to the cashier stand and rudely said "how can I help you?!" No apology for the wait or anything. I asked for the usual smoothie I get and she says "call your name when it's ready" only for me to wait 15-17 minutes in the store. I then see someone who walked in after me get handed their acai bowl and walk up asking where my smoothie is. They say "oh 2 more mins" and she proceeds to quickly blend ingredients as I watch her. She then hands me a smoothie that clearly has spinach and coconut chunks in it that barely fills the cup. I was so upset, I walked away, took one sip and threw it in the trash. It tasted HORRIBLY and clearly had purposely been made wrong as I had inquired how long it would take. NEVER RETURNING and telling everyone I know (I work in the health & wellness industry) not to return as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE! read more

Nectar is GREAT!! Staff is friendly and juice is fresh!! Would highly recommend to ALL!!

Worst Nekter out there. You can easily waste 30 minutes of your time waiting for laid back folks preparing your drink. If you happen to order online, don't be surprised if they forgot to prepare one of your ordered drinks and you have to... Yes, wait another 30 minutes with usual "sorry about that". Just awful!!!!!! read more

Nekter Juice Bar - Yummy Vegan Chocolate. So good!!! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Plano, Texas

The cashier was super nice and helpful in helping me find something to try since it was my first time at Nekter. She eventually pointed me toward their Açaí Banana Berry bowl since it's a customer favorite and she thought I would enjoy the flavors. I took a seat and waited about 10 minutes for my bowl to be made. There are about six tables for people to sit and enjoy their drink/bowl but that's about all I would do here. It's a little too loud for any productive work that you would need to concentrate on because of the blenders just a little heads up. My name was called and I went to pick up my bowl at the counter. I ended up needing to rush home so the lady very graciously offered to cover my bowl and got me a spoon and bag to take it to go. When I got home, my bowl was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be coming back when I need a healthy treat. read more

ginger shot was amazing!! we also git an acai bowl and a smoothie. so refreshing after being sick thos week. highly recommend this place

SO disappointed in this Nekter location. I have been frequenting this location for a long time- often going two to three times a week. Yesterday I had a horrible experience with the two young girls working. I was rudely referred to as "bro" when I asked to have my strawberries blended rather than placed on top of my smoothie.... I didn't think that would be an issue. As someone who also works in the service industry I was left in disbelief as to how I was treated yesterday. Unfortunately I will not be going back. I hope this staff gets some proper training on how to interact with costumers. It used to not be like this! Also I want to state that I have NEVER left a negative review for an establishment before. This is a first for me but I was truly so astonished that I felt I needed to let management know the situation. Please feel free to reach out with specific questions. read more

Love this place! Their smoothies are soooo satisfying! They always hit the spot and make me feel great!

The people at Nectar did reach out to me to discuss this issue. They informed me of the training they are doing to make Nectar's customer service the best it can be. Ordered an açaí bowl and asked to substitute banana for coconut flakes. The girl taking my order said it'll be extra but I can have extra blueberries and strawberries on my bowl instead for no extra charge. I said okay perfect. She was kind of rude, repeatedly cutting me off while I was trying to order. I received my bowl and it's halfway full? It looked like someone ate half and sprinkled granola and a few pieces of fruit on top. They removed the banana like I asked but there were no extra strawberries or blueberries. It was the most pathetic bowl I've ever seen. Also, I think I received a dragon fruit bowl because it did not taste like açaí AT ALL. I'm very upset I paid $10 for this. Won't ever be going back. read more

Wasn't even greeted when I walked in and when I went to order I couldn't even order because 1 they don't take cash of any sort and 2 the tap wouldn't work. Cashier is just silent and has no customer server experience it seems. Very young seeming girl with not even a smile to greet you with. Literally let me walk out with no smoothie because she couldn't seem to help ....isn't that your job? Couldn't you have helped me place an order online or something. seemed absolutely clueless. Maybe find different employees Nektar. Working a juice bar isn't that miserable! read more

I ordered from the app at 6:14pm. I got an e-mail confirmation that it would be ready at 6:30. I showed up to pick up my order at 6:40 and THEY WERE CLOSED!!!! This is the second time this has happened to me! What kind of business changes their hours without making sure people can't order from the app when you are closed!?!? The first time was the Eldorado/Custer location when they changed their closing time from 8pm to 7pm on a Friday a few months ago. The app currently says you close at 7pm. The hours on the door have been taken off so that no close times are posted. I would have understood if maybe I got an e-mail or phone call to let me know you wouldn't be able to fulfill my order because you were closing early but I didn't find out until I arrived. The link in the app to "CALL STORE" doesn't even work. It goes straight to a message that says "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service." Tasty bowls but terrible business practices. I would recommend Jamba or Chop Shop instead. They are both less expensive and they've always been open when I arrive to pick up my orders. read more
