I cannot praise the staff at this location enough. Not only do they go above and beyond for ALL customers, but this exception really stands out to me. I had placed an order and gotten into a car accident on the way. Which delayed my pick up and I was quite frankly pretty upset about it as I treat myself to Everbowl occasionally. When my husband went to pick it up, and explain the reason for the delay, they made him a smoothie, me a fresh bowl along with my previously ordered bowl. This was my first time here and it will be the last. To start off the bowls are pretty average. I recommend going to vitality bowls and the customer service there is outstanding. When we walked in we were greeted by a woman with long black/ brown hair. She showed kindness and standard customer service. We looked at menu for a couple minutes to figure out what we wanted. My boyfriend asked where to order. A woman with a scar on the side of her face by her eye answered with the only emotion of irritation "here". She looked at us with annoyance and was bothered. My boyfriend ordered one berry boost. With a dead pan face she stared at him and ask if he wanted anything else. She never acknowledged my presence until I spoke up and ordered my bowl. She didn't say anything to me only look annoyed. I don't understand why she was so irritated and annoyed by us. I work in the restaurant industry I understand having bad days and there's times you cant hide your emotions. I left a tip hoping to see a smile but dang she didn't even say thank you. Maybe we caught everbowl on a bad day, but our bowl base was glue-like and slimy. I am not sure if it was in the freezer too long or what... but it was almost inedible. On a positive note, the toppings of the bowl were nice and fresh and the store was clean and the employees were nice. read more

Service was great and everything tasted fresh but it's your average açaí place, nothing special. I was sad that they ran out of bananas and it was a Monday morning, so not sure how you can be out of stock so early in the day. I was very disappointed with the employee working as she was on FaceTime when we walked in and let out a couple big sigh's when we walked in and while servicing us. We came in at 8:38 and the store closes at 9 as stated online and on the door. We walked out and sat in the car to enjoy our food and she turned off the open sign at 8:45! I got the Chewy & tried the Full Moon bowl. The sizes were small and priced at $7.99 each. Both were pretty good. The Chewy was subtle in flavor (maybe because they were out of açaí base that morning) and the Full Moon was much sweeter in taste. The price is kind of steep but the worker was very kind and she was knowledgeable about the product. On par with other açaí bowls I've had, but nothing extraordinary. read more
