I had such a great experience at Smoothie King today! From the moment I walked in, the store was incredibly clean, bright, and welcoming -- which always makes a great first impression. I'm currently on a weight-loss journey and explained to the team member that I was looking for something low in sugar, high in protein, and not bitter. He was honestly one of the nicest and most knowledgeable employees I've ever met. He took the time to walk me through 3-4 smoothie options, explained the different supplements, and helped me understand what would best fit my goals without feeling overwhelming or rushed. I ended up choosing the Shredder Strawberry, and WOW -- it was so smooth, refreshing, and genuinely delicious. You would never guess it's a healthier option because the flavor is that good. This location truly delivers on customer service, cleanliness, and quality. If you're looking for a smoothie that supports your health goals and tastes amazing, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back! read more

We have went to a bunch of Smoothie King's over the years. This one on Parker is our absolute favorite. Everyone's who works there is so friendly and even greets customers by name. They make the most delicious smoothies and make you want to come back the next day. Would highly recommend. They have such a variety on the menu also. The owner Jay is amazing!! read more

Smoothie King - 32 oz Peanut Power Plus - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Plano, Texas

They were nice but orders didn't go right. That's probably the nicest way to put it. Again, the main guy was nice. It's not up to quality of a place to go. read more

This location looked very clean and organized. This was one of my first time ordering at Smoothie King. I asked the cashier what her favorite smoothie was. I think it's always good to see what the staff's favorites are. I believe it was a wellness drink. I don't remember the name. The cashier who was helping me seemed to have worked with the company for a while. After helping me, two more groups followed. She was a rockstar! After taking the orders, she hussled and got the smoothies done quickly! I will definitely come to smoothie king more often. TYSM! read more

Amazing customer service, they remember my name, my husband's order and are always so friendly. The owner is wonderful.

I have much to say about this smoothie king 1. GET THE PEANUT BUTTER POWER PLUS!! 2. The acai bowls are so bad and only half full.. sorry 3. Pricing is outrageous 4. Will not deliver unless you get the largest size.. c'mon 5. Workers are all very nice I love coming here but sometimes I can't come in the store because of my job. So, I would like to have it delivered ",but they only deliver if you get the largest size.. which is $11.69. With fees it's $17. Which is crazy for a smoothie. The peanut power plus is what has me coming back I will say. It is delicious. I would recommend over and over. Please make better açai bowls!! They are half full and lack flavour. Almost tasteless. If I'm going to pay almost $12 for a smoothie bowl, I expect it to at least be 75% full and not less than 50%... read more

Great service and friendly faces. The drinks were the best and the ambiance was good.

Love coming to smoothie king on Friday's for the 32oz $5 special. My husband loves the Gladiator with strawberry. I pick a new smoothie each time because I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices. read more

Smoothie King - I need a full cup!!! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Plano, Texas

!!!! there should be a rating of less than 1-star. ! I was ROBBED by this vendor. This is no way to treat a VET that served over 30years for this Country. Store owners like this should be put out of business. I got two-16oz drinks and one-40oz upon which the receipt shows $21.62. However upon checking my smoothie rewards and bank statements. I was fraudulently charged to the tune of $90.54. This was brought to the attention of Jana and her male colleague. They called Aunty Bobbie the owner who verbally said over the phone our money would be refunded in 24hrs. That was 3days and a few followup calls ago. I have heard NOTHING BACK...the drinks were lackluster at best. I AM SO DONE WITH "AUNTY BOBBIES SMOOTHIE KING"..words for the wise. read more

Service was excellent ~ Sweet lady! Ambiance was clean and tidy. My food aka smoothie was on-point and very yummy!

I have to give mad props to this location for being just simply amazing. For those of you not in the know, all Smoothie Kings are NOT a like. Because they're franchised, there are a few locations (Preston and 121) that just don't cut it; however, this one makes me want to drive the extra miles just for the friendly staff (I think it's run by a family of really smiley people) and very clean, plentiful store. They have a wider selection of menu options and every drink I order is made just right. If you're in the area and in need of some Smoothie magic-ness, seriously go here. You'll not be disappointed. read more

The service is always fantastic and they're incredibly kind. Consistently go to this location instead of one that has a drive through specifically for the great experience! read more

I got the mango kale smoothie and it was amazing. I came with some really indecisive friends and the staff was patient with us and super friendly. Service was fast. I'll return soon! read more

I've only visited this location twice & each visit consisted of good customer service & tasty smoothies. I normally get the Gladiator (mangos & bananas), which has just the right sweetness I need especially when I'm craving something sweet yet fulfilling as a meal replacement. I HIGHLY recommend going on Fridays when medium smoothies are only $5! That's $5.41 plus tax, FYI. read more

The customer service here was very sweet. I rolled in on an assistive device and a really nice man kept asking me if I needed help coming into and leaving the store. It was quiet and they fixed our smoothies super quickly. Minus one star, the smoothies though good, the flavors were heavily ice muted .... but all smoothie makers vary person to person day to day, so thar ya go. I'd go back for sure. Pleasant. read more

Owner goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your smoothie. Very clean store

I have been going here for years and I have never once been let down. The owners of the this location are very sweet , as well. I believe this location is the best one in plano. The customer service is amazing and the quality of the smoothies is amazing. read more

Best smoothies and staff in town. I would highly recommend this place. Mango kale is my favorite!

Highly aggravating when I drive specifically to this location for a good smoothie.... $5 Fridays, correct ?....yes ....."but not that one" Ok....whatever, up charge me a buck from the promotional pricing....not good, but i came here for a good smoothie.... I then simply ask for a power punch plus with peach slice plus flavoring/fruit (which we've done before at this location and all others) and the lady immediately tells me in very arbitrary fashion - "no you can't do that" I'm out ..... read more

This is my favorite joint for a fast protein shake / smoothie . Fast and friendly service. They offer $5 medium smoothies on Fridays which is both flavorful and healthy . Essentially the Theranos of the Smoothie/Drink Industry. Smoothie King touts itself for promoting smoothies that help you "rule the day with a purpose." After visiting their website, I was soon enticed by the plethora of flavors and variety of ingredients and decided that I would stop by on "$5 Friday"-- where 32oz. smoothies are offered for $5. When I first walked into the store, I was impressed by the sleek design and efficiency of the store. Customers would wait along a wall of healthy snacks across from an array of blenders working their magic into "healthy and flavorful" smoothies. Immediately things turned south when I walked up to cashier who displayed an example of poor service and quickly forced me to order from an overwhelming menu. As a first time customer, I was highly dissatisfied with this lack of care for customers. After being steered away from the "Daily Warrior" and "Blueberry Heaven," I finally settled for the "Premama" (which at the time I did not know was specifically made for pregnant women). The operation from how they make your smoothie to your first sip is highly opaque. I could not see what went into my smoothie (since their counter is wood), but I could hear squirts of syrup jettisoned to the blender. By the time I had my first sip, I could already taste a lie. The smoothie was so sweet that you could probably trick a 5-year old on Halloween into thinking it was candy. Walking out the door, I saw a couple that collectively weighed probably 500 pounds walk in, feeling happy that they were changing their lifestyle. Boy were they in for a surprise... read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Plano, Texas

It wasn't the smoothie that was bad but it was the service. The girls name was JANU was working there was taking my order and then I told her I didn't want the extra fruit. She said that I couldn't do that because she already put the order in that wasn't even made yet. She said she also didn't know how to cancel extras put on the order. Completely incompetent. She also used the same lids while making someone's smoothie which is a FOOD SAFETY HAZARD. what if someone was allergic? Terrible never going back read more

Smoothie King - "Satisfaction Guarantee" - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Plano, Texas

I arrived 30 minutes before close and the doors were locked. Ordered an paid with online app. Did not receive a refund from this location.

I work right by this smoothie king and sometimes get a smoothie for breakfast or lunch. I am pretty sure it is owned by family members, the woman works in the AM and the man in the afternoon and there are a few other employees that are much younger. They are always really nice and friendly. When my punch card was full they remembered me and that I always get a caffeine add-on in my smoothies, so they gave me the add-on for free in my free smoothie. It is those little touches that make it easy to give them your money... especially when the product is so consistently good. I also give these guys a lot of credit because I have been in there many times with obnoxious high school kids jerking them around and the staff is always nice and respectable even when the kids get really offensive. Kuddos to you for holding your heads up! I will be back this week :) read more

I think I may become a regular here! It's been a long time since I've walked into a place and felt so welcomed. The man behind the counter was super damn sweet and I swear if I asked him to pull down his pants he would've. Not that I would ask that... I ordered the vanilla slim and trim with an energy enhancer. I actually sucked the whole thing down in about 10 minutes. It was a great flavor - not too icy or sweet. This is exactly the place I've been looking for! read more

I've noticed a lot of variance among the different Smoothie King locations in the area and one thing's for sure- this one is the best. Excellent and prompt service here- I always feel like family when I walk in. Unlike the other locations, this one is well-organized and runs very smoothly (pun-intended) I'm a man of simple taste- the strawberry-banana smoothie has always been my go-to and no one seems to make it as well as Smoothie King does. Keep up the great work guys- this location rocks! read more

I love smoothie king. Don't get me wrong. However, service here- terrible! Perhaps I'm too spoiled by my "regular" smoothie king. When ordering my smoothie, the woman could not be bothered to come around to the end of the counter where I was standing, but instead had me shout to repeat myself across the wall bc she couldn't hear me the first time. After waiting in a long line for my smoothie, it was made wrong. She had completely forgot one of the two ingredients I had asked for. Thoroughly disappointed in this locations service. read more

This Smoothie King location is very good. However, the last 2 times I was there the strawberry smoothie was dripping down the sides of the cup and was sticky. Garbage can was over-filling. Overall, good tasting product. read more

Love this location especially since it's so close to my office. Their customer service is excellent. The guy I always see there is so nice & helpful & doesn't try to rush me to place my order. He has the best suggestions & tells me about the specials. Friday they offer $5 smoothies all day! Ive only been going for breakfast for a couple of visits & he remembers my name & usual order. He also helped me with the app so I can earn points & pay with the app in case I'm running late in the mornings. read more

Horrible!! Tired to pay with my bank card and the Indian clerk demanded I entered my pin # or I could not buy my shake. No thank you!!

This is the best Smoothie King in the area. I am so happy when I find a place to spend my money that actually cares about their customers. If you go enough they will remember your name. They are friendly, efficient, the place is always clean and always busy and they have great selections of healthy snacks and supplements. I always order the Angel Food which is basically strawberry banana. It is sooo good! You can get Splenda instead of turb to help cut down the high sugar content that already exists thanks to the fruits. Each Smoothie King is a franchise so be sure to support the best! read more

I really need to invest in a Nutribullet or something because this place is slowly draining my bank accounts. I love the protein options. You can't really go wrong with the strawberry gladiator, Lean1, or the mango kale smoothie (my favorite breakfast). Run by a sweet Indian family, their business tactic is to follow you out the door with a friendly "See you tomorrow!" This cracked me up the first time because I hesitated at the door and was like "I.. don't think I said I was coming back... but thanks!" One visit actually rubbed me the wrong way, though. It was just me and another customer in line. One of the owners working the counter told her cashier son to "Give HIM a coupon!".. while I just stood there, paid, and proceeded to feel like chopped liver. I come here 3 times a week.. pretty sure it wouldn't have killed you to NOT single me out and make it obvious. Ugh, whatever. Thanks for the gains. read more

I got the carribean way smoothie and it was delicious! The people working there were really nice as well.

As always the smoothies are tasty, however in the last few years it seems as though smoothie prices have gone up too much. I think it's not worth the $7 for a 32 ounce angel food smoothie (strawberry and banana) when you can get a nice sizes lunch for $7. Needless to say, I do like smoothie king, but the prices force me to go infrequently. read more

Smoothie King - $6.99 for a 32 ounce smoothie, what!!? I remember when they were like $4. Anyways it's still tasty. Got a strawberry banana - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Plano, Texas

This is mainly for Smoothie King corporate. Please include ALL smoothies for $5 Friday deal, instead of excluding Meal Replacement smoothies. It would simplify the process and still maximize profits. The last 3 times I've gone to this location on Friday just for the $5 smoothie and each time I've ordered the smoothie not on the $5 list. Most people don't even look to see if it's MR and then you get up to pay and they tell you "sorry meal replacement is not included on $5 Fridays." The staff and customer service here is fine and I have no issues with the quality or taste. However, I won't be going back on Fridays since I end up paying what I usually pay if I go during the week. Plus, another big drawback of this location is the lunch traffic, it can be a real nightmare and parking is limited. I left with a decent smoothie but still frustrated and dissatisfied. read more

This will no longer be a smoothie King location I choose, after a few Im a smoothie king regular (about two years now) at a smoothie king near my job in Richardson and every experience is amazing and accurate not to mention the cool staff. Those location is very disconnected and can never get drinks right. I went a hand full of times and had my drink remade every time because they are not paying attention. Anyways I don't want to complain to much but they are not the best location to visit regularly if your a smoothie stickler. I hope others can have a better experience than the ones I have had.
